My wife and I stopped in here to take some food to go. The restaurant was very clean and orderly and the service was extremely fast. They had our bowls and juices ready in minutes. The bowls were very delicious and filling. All the ingredients tasted fresh and were served nice and hot. The juices were really tart and sweet and paired well with the chicken and veggie bowls. Extremely disappointing experience. I have placed several scheduled catering orders with this Original ChopShop location, and they are consistently late. My most recent order of 14 meals was delivered 1 hour and 10 minutes late, despite being scheduled well in advance. When I called, the employee laughed at me and said it didn't matter that the order was scheduled because they were too busy during lunch. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable customer service. If you cannot accommodate scheduled orders, don't accept them. I will not order from this location again read more

This was our first time ordering here, and i am a first impression, last impression kinda guy. Ordered the Grilled Steak Sandwich and was very disappointed. It was missing a very key component of the sandwich, steak. The sandwich was cut in half and only one half had steak in it. So the second half was mostly bread and arugula. I know steak is a high food cost item, but if you can't afford to put a decent portion of steak on the sandwich, take it off the menu. OR raise the price a little and add more steak. I was surprised to see they have a more "veggie" based protein shake called Pina-Kale-Ada where they use apple juice and soy milk which I liked too. Their app is easy to use and convenient for ordering ahead. You can easily customize and remove any ingredients you don't want. We are in the area for a soccer tournament. We were looking for a healthy place to go to fuel my boy for his upcoming game. We found the Original ChopShop with Yelp and are both SO glad we did. The aesthetics of the restaurant are calm, clean, and crisp. When we first walked in, we were greeted by CJ who stood at the counter prepared for us. There was a great selection of drinks in a small cooler to the left of the counter. Although I didn't get one, I saw several flavors of kombucha and even boxed water. The meal selection was quick and easy and CJ was very welcoming to us and shared a few things from the menu we may enjoy. My son had the teriyaki bowl and LOVED it. I had the shrimp bowl and LOVED it. I got 1/2 forbidden rice and 1/2 sweet potatoes as my carb. CJ recommended this and I'm so glad he did. We both enjoyed fresh teas from the "tea bar." I really enjoyed my elderberry iced tea. We both loved the location, the feel of the restaurant, the friendliness of CJ and the others, and the food. Thank you Original ChopShop! I was considering taking my daughter here but was disappointed to find that Original Chop Shop does not even list menu prices on their website. When I called to ask about pricing, I was told I had to download their app, create an account with my email, and then sign in to the app to see prices. After all that trouble, still no prices. That's unnecessary, inconvenient, and frankly feels like a way to collect customer data rather than offer transparency. A restaurant should make it easy for customers to know what they're paying (instead of hiding it) before they arrive. Because of this, we chose to dine elsewhere. read more

I love when a place has its own focus and does it well. Healthy food that doesn't skimp on flavor. I tried the cheat day wrap with turkey. Wow, what a surprise. The entire wrap was nice and warm. That alone was a nice change. The blend of brown rice, egg, cheddar cheese, avocado, and turkey was perfect. The side of salsa lime sauce was really great as well. I decided to have one of the fresh juice drinks as well. The "face lift" was really nice with a zing from some fresh ginger. I wish these places existed in my area!
