The Copper Bottom Grill is located inside the Marriott Hotel at Legacy Park. I was visiting the hotel for work for a conference being held at the hotel. I hit the Copper Bottom Grill for breakfast. They have a custom omelette station. So I ordered an omelette with fresh spinach, mushrooms, fresh jalapeños , onions, and Monterey Jack cheese, topped with Avocados and side of their spicy house made salsa. Plus a side of smoked salmon and bacon. And a glass of water, V-8 juice, and coffee. The omelette - and the house made salsa - was outstanding! My only complaint about the restaurant - is when I entered, there was no staff visible. I entered and wandered around for about 2 minutes, calling out to see if any staff were present. After I was finally seated, it took about 5 minutes for the Omelette chef to show up. After that, my server kept hovering. He even came over and took my completed check before I was done eating. I'd eat here again. They just need to work on some staffing issues. #CopperBottomGrill

The stage here was made of two 4x8 riser sections. My live projection screen fit well inside a 20 foot cut-out section by the back wall.

Is breakfast buffet open on weekdays for walk-in customers? What's the price per person?

Yes! My husband and I recently went on a Monday. It was $24.95 each and that included juice and coffee.

Music was loud enough to where I could hear my husband across the table but not anyone else around me. We could still hear the comforting sound of the fountain and fans that blew a cooling mist too! We ordered the pretzel bites as an appetizer and it came out in literally 60 seconds. Bread didn't taste like pretzels, but it was tasty and the sauces yummy. Like, I could order the bites and some beers and be perfectly content. But I was here for the fish n chips and I was so happy! I'd have preferred a full filet of fish, but the batter was so crispy and salty (I love salt!). Fries were okay and basic but not bad with malt vinegar (I can literally drink that stuff!). Husband got the elite brisket flatbread. It was huge and honestly we'll probably just split this next time we come. It was delicious and back of the throat spicy, but the toppings were outstanding and brisket was tender!! Service was soooo quick and easy and the waitress has the decency to look away as you tip. I was so impressed with this experience! I'm an introvert and hate trying to new things, but this may be my favorite spot now! We were there 7/11/26 at 12 pm. Our fantastic server was young and blonde and very polite and professional! 7/5 stars!!

We ordered the Boss Hog flatbread, chips and queso, and two margaritas the Skinny Bear on the rocks and the Caddy frozen margarita. We definitely enjoyed the happy hour discounts, which made the visit even better. We started with our drinks, and both margaritas were mixed very well. The Skinny Bear did seem a little stronger, but both had great flavor and were easy to enjoy. For appetizers, we ordered the chips and queso. The chips were thin, crispy, and had a nice dash of seasoning on them, but we do wish they had been served hot. The queso was warm, but not piping hot, and the texture was a little gritty, almost powder-like. We were expecting a creamier cheese, so it was good, but not our favorite part of the meal. Now, the star of the show was definitely the Boss Hog flatbread. It was cooked to perfection, baked really well, and had that nice crispy texture. The toppings were generous, and every bite had great flavor. I would absolutely order it again. The ambiance was also amazing. We loved being able to see the brewery, and the dim lighting set a cool, relaxed tone. The employees were nice, friendly, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I would definitely come back to try more menu items, and I recommend Union Bear for a cute date night, happy hour, or a laid back evening with good drinks and food.

Service was great...attentive without being overbearing. Our drink order arrived quickly, and the flight of shareables + salad that we ordered came out quickly as well. We started with the short rib croquettes which were a solid appetizer, especially when paired with the red pepper coulis that it comes with. Then for the main entrees, we shared the French dip with fries and the blackened fish & shrimp. Both of these dishes tasted good, though the steak in the French dip was a bit tough to chew and not as tender as I would have liked. Finally, we finished our meal with the pistachio tres leches cake which was just delightful -- perfectly nutty and not overly sweet!

You can add as many components as you want( clearly you pay for the more items you have on your charcuterie board). We chose three meats and two cheeses. The ricotta was so good! Especially when you put a little bit of honey on it-delicious. For the main entrée, I had the crest de Gallo and it was cooked absolutely perfectly. Pasta was perfectly al dente. Chicken was nice and moist. I had a glass of white wine to go with it and I thought it paired really well. I had the Ferrari Capo white wine. I went to the bar, where I've picked up orders before, but the bartender didn't even look up or acknowledge me. I then made eye contact with someone at the register who appeared to be a manager. Before I could even say anything, he put his hands up, shook his head "no," and walked away. Eventually, another gentleman came over and asked for my name. He looked through the three tickets on the rack for quite a while, then came back and told me he didn't see my order and that the kitchen was slow. I explained that DoorDash showed the order as ready for pickup. He said he had told the GM, who also simply walked away toward the back. My order eventually came out, but by that point, the issue wasn't even the wait, it was the complete lack of acknowledgment, communication, and basic customer service. I understand that restaurants get busy and kitchens fall behind. What I don't understand is staff acting as though a customer asking about an order is an inconvenience. The overall level of apathy was honestly pretty shocking and extremely disappointing from a location I used to really enjoy.

Priscilla was an attentive and kind server who really went above and beyond for us! As we walked up, we really liked the cute patio vibe with cute flowers and a pergola with a lot of fans, even in the scorching Texas summer. We opted to sit inside and it's a cozy setting with a nice looking bar. We came in close to opening and it wasn't too busy but it definitely picked up as we were wrapping just to show how popular this place is on a Saturday. Priscilla greeted us and walked us through the menu and we started with some great coffee. I had the breakfast pot pie and we also had the French toast and eggs benedict. Everything was pretty flavorful and the breakfast pot pie was so heartwarming and tasty. I would have preferred a little more seasoning or spices for some extra flavor, but that's my preference. My parents were pretty satisfied with their dishes. Maybe just a little more refinement to make it 5 star worthy. Overall, we were impressed with our experience and will be back again to try their dinner options that looked really good!
