From the moment we stepped foot into Seager & Sons, the staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and happy to let us choose our own table for our large party. Joshua was an attentive and charismatic server, consistently--but never overbearingly--making sure our drinks were always full and that our food was prepared exactly as ordered. They are known for their pizza and fried chicken, but their chopped brussels salad was incredible and could be shared with multiple people. I sat at the bar waiting for our table, and it was crazy how many massive plates of fried chicken and pizza pans were rolling out of the kitchen. I had an end seat and closeup view to the kitchen. It was incredible. Their bar also has 4 different types of Pappy for those fancy bourbon drinkers. If you like spicy food, order the Cacio E Pepe Fritters appetizer. The place is massive inside and had a cool 70s-80s vibe with the music playing. Our server was attentive, friendly, and gave great recommendations. We started with the crab rangoon dip. Friendly and professional. We started with the Crab Rangoon dip. This was delicious, and it made you work for it. Be careful scooping it up initially with the wonton chips - it is hot and runny, but so worth the effort. For our main, we spilt half a fried chicken. We don't even eat fried chicken, but damn, this was a revelation. Every bite was hot, crispy, and juicy. The skin was perfectly done - crunchy and not greasy at all. For my death row meal, I say I would always request one of my mom's recipes, but this fried chicken made me seriously reconsider. It's that good. I loved this place! I am in Plano on a work trip and me & a few coworkers stumbled in here for lunch and so glad we did! The vibe of the resturant was so different and fun and we got a really nice circle booth. Me and a coworker split the Chopped BLT Salad & the Parmy Carmy sandwhcih and both were so delicious. Our waitress, L, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and had the cutest family-friendly jokes that kept us smiling throughout the evening, even though we were all adults. What truly stood out, however, was her kindness and compassion. During dinner, she overheard part of a conversation about the difficult time I've been going through with my parents, including my mother's dementia and recent surgery. The place was packed and busy but you could still have a conversation without screaming to be heard. This a beautiful well decorated bar. We got there one hour before closing and the bartender was very attentive and gave us the menu and time to think about our drinks.
