I had such a great experience at Bloom Lounge! The ambiance is beautiful--stylish, inviting, and the perfect atmosphere for a Sunday brunch. I'll definitely be back. I ordered the Wagyu burger with the truffle fries, and both were absolutely delicious. The burger was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. My friend ordered the omelet and really enjoyed it as well. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, attentive, welcoming, and made us feel genuinely valued throughout our visit. I wish I could remember her name because she absolutely deserves recognition. Exceptional service like hers makes all the difference and is one of the reasons I'll be returning. If you're looking for a great brunch spot with a beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Bloom Lounge. Wow! This place has a 5 out of 5 stars in every category. Ambience is beautiful. We went for brunch and the floral, fun decor was perfect for a Sunday brunch. Service was excellent! Our waitress was amazing. She was incredibly attentive. We had a large group and she was on top of each person's needs. Food & beverages were amazing. They have a coffee bar with several hot & iced espresso drinks. They also have a full bar with a great cocktail & wine list. Drinks: We tried a cappuccino, Americano, hot chocolate, & iced chai. Went here for brunch to celebrate a birthday. I am all about a place with photo backdrop and this had all the artificial floral brunch with them tea party vibes. Yet there is something lacking. The table could have used a touch of fresh flowers being an upscale niche. It just appeared as if it was trying to be photographed place but in reality it is just a lot of glued artificial flowers and chandeliers. The food menu was odd that there were Lebanese items like shwarma burger. The presentation was nice but the portion are small. I didn't find their food to be memorable. Absolutely delicious! It was hard to pick food from the menu when everything sounded delicious. It lives up to the hype, though. The crispy chicken and bacon waffles were phenomenal and the Benedict was very decadent. I also got the bananas Foster's coffee and it was one of the best coffees I ever had. Service was friendly, kind, and informative. There wasn't a moment we felt like we were waiting too long for anything or that we were being pushed too much. **CANDLELIGHT DINNER** We were super excited to make a reservation for The Bloom Lounge's Candlelight Dinner, which promised captivating ambiance. When we arrived the candlelight ambiance was not ready. That first impression was a huge disappointment. Luckily, our waitress was a total rock star and managed to keep us smiling while chaos unfolded around us. But when the transformation finally began .. lights dimmed, candles flickered, and live music filled the room, suddenly, it felt magical. Unfortunately, we were nearly six feet from the live music. No doubt Abby Litjens has an amazing voice ... but at that range, we were basically her backup singers. Conversation? Nonexistent. We just sat there, smiling politely, held hostage. Honestly she could have performed without speakers and it would have been so pleasant in that tiny space. My two cents. The ambiance was beyond amazing: crystal chandeliers, wisteria hanging from the ceiling, and a walkway lined with candles.. so sexy, and definitely romantic. Except... they squeezed way too many tables together. Between everyone's winter coats, purses, and the wait staff working on the table behind us, sitting at a two top was absolutely miserable! We were shoulder to shoulder with our neighbors. Upon leaving, I could hardly squeeze my way out, while holding my coat up in the air, and coming around the corner I brushed up against the candle labras to doge a waitress and nearly caught my coat on fire.. no lie. If I had been tipsy I wouldn't have cleared it. That was very uncomfortable moment. I want to leave this review on a positive note: the food was perfect and it redeemed the night. The lobster bisque was creamy, flavorful, served with fresh crouton style bread slices. The Chicken Piccata was one delicious large tender breast, served over a rich lemon butter wine sauce and had a generous portion of fettuccine noodles. The food was absolutely delicious, we had the salmon balls for an appetizer, I had the steak bowl and it wasn't oily at all even with the chimichurri, the steak was so tender I could cut it with a fork. My girlfriend had the Benedict it was so fresh and light. To top it off we had the tres leches to finish off and they were so good. Better than any tres leches I've had since being in Dallas. The service was so fast and I was never out of water longer than one minute. Diego the bartender was super polite and quick with making all the drinks for the entire restaurant. We visited for the candlelight event to celebrate a birthday, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Our server was so sweet and genuinely great the whole night. The only downside was my food. I ordered the wagyu sliders well-done, but they came out medium-rare. When I asked to switch to the pasta dish instead, the server said she asked the owner and was told no. She said the owner wouldn't allow it...(even though the prices are nearly the same). They did remake the sliders so that was fine. Price is a tad overpriced and tables are way too close together. I can't tell you how many times I heard people apologizing for being in someone's way. Bathroom only has two stalls and is tiny. Parking is plenty. Most likely won't be back. read more

Tha We tried the waffles with chicken and the Italian eggs Benedict. Overall, the dishes were good but on the pricey side. The waffle syrup was the star--smoky, with just a hint of bacon, and surprisingly light for how rich it sounded. I expected heavy, but it was perfect. On the other hand, the pesto on the Italian Benedict overpowered the dish a bit, and while one egg was cooked beautifully, the other was overdone. It was okay, I didn't feel like the pricing matched the quality of the food that was served. I paid roughly $20 for French toast. The pieces of toast were big, but I barely got any syrup to go with it and the overall taste of the toast was dry and seemed rushed. I've had better at places like ihop and some mom and pop places. This is definitely a brunch location where the focus isn't the food but the social atmosphere. There were more baby showers and people hanging out than individuals focused on actually eating. We went to this amazing looking place for two birthdays. As the name sounds, it is a bloomy kind of place. They do accept online reservations, so do reserve it before you go there. The good thing about this place was accessibility for us and location from my friends house. We were very happy with the decor and the plates, the settings everything. I would still say it's a bit cramped being in Texas, but they have a good outdoor space for parties and events which they open it up if it's not reserved. They even had a classy bathroom :) For Food, I would say eight on 10, their salmon dish is to die for. I tried the Madeira chicken and was a good size portion but a bit low on flavor the truffle fries was very good. This is MY kind of place. The vibe is super cute first of all - there are flowers everywhere and it is sunny and bright inside. Plenty of parking in the little shopping center too. Our server was helpful and attentive, and the food came out in good time. Everything we had was excellent with the exception of a coffee I ordered at the end - it was an elderflower latte and I usually love elderflower but actually I didn't like the flavor of this one. That said -- the luxurious mimosa (rose flavor) that I had was sparkly and tasted like what it said it had, including rose! My friend got the orange carajillo cocktial and really liked it, and we shared the tres leches pancakes and a truffle omelet - both of which were delicious. We also got a side of zatar fries, and that was very unique. Overall the menu has SO many fun things to try, and has lots of both sweet and savory options. Tons of floral flavors too which personally I LOVE. And side note, the bathrooms are very clean, no issues there. I hope I can make it back out soon! read more

The food at Bloom was excellent, and we genuinely enjoyed the quality and taste of everything we ordered. The atmosphere was also pleasant, which made the experience start off very well. Unfortunately, the service at the end of our visit left a disappointing impression. When we ordered our cake to celebrate, we were abruptly informed that our reservation was limited to 90 minutes and that we needed to take our food outside to finish eating. The message itself may have been understandable if there was another reservation waiting, but the way it was communicated felt rude and unprofessional. A special occasion should end on a positive note, and being told to leave while trying to enjoy our cake took away from what had otherwise been a great dining experience. Bloom has excellent food, but I hope management can improve how time limits and guest expectations are communicated to customers. read more

The Bloom Lounge is appropriately named because the interior looks like a bouquet. The ceiling is a vivid peaceful blue that showcases the elegant chandeliers. There are pretty gold accents that hold blue and white teacups and teapots. The ceramic tile behind the bar on the floor is subtly pretty. This would be a beautiful place for a shower. I didn't go with the highly recommended brunch entrees that other yelpers discussed. Instead I choose the wagyu beef mini sliders. First of all, this place is so cute!! Lots of great photo opps if you like to do that. It's small and intimate. The patio was enclosed so perfect for a cool, 67 degree day. When we first got there, we walked past the hostess podium because we didn't see it. The lady walked right past us to help the people at the podium, our mistake so we let it go. But then we didn't get sat or noticed until my friend asked if we could have a table. She apologized and said they were a bit short staffed, so we let it go again. Onto the food and drinks. My friend loooved the white chocolate mocha. She said the cold foam was like whipped cream & was so yummy with the mocha. My mimosa was the way you'd want a mimosa--light on the juice. Now onto our server and the food. He was very nice & helped us with deciding on our entrees since it was our first times. My friend loved her pancake with the strawberry and whip cream. She said it went perfect together. She did mention the eggs being a bit bland, but the sourdough and ham were yummy. My other friend's chicken Caesar salad sandwich was sooooo good she said. She loved the crunch of the bread with the Caesar salad, and the fries were delicious. I got the Italian Benedict. The flavors were so good, and I loved the Parmesan on top. Eating it w the potatoes was perfect. My only complaint about the server was that he seemed to forget about us after they brought our food. My friend wanted some jelly for her sourdough toast, but he did not come back until we were ALL 3 done with our meals. She addressed it politely just by mentioning that she was hoping to get some but that it was gone, and he was apologetic, which I understood and appreciate because of the short staff. We also had mimosas, watermelon and passion fruit, which were unique flavors I hadn't seen elsewhere. The interior is so beautiful and well-decorated.
