Came in 8/18/26 to a empty store placed my order and waited for 15min only to notice them making other customers order before mine! Then they bring me my smoothie and forget to make my chicken wrap. They prioritized Spanish speaking customer and let them skip the line while i waited i will never return or recommend this store horrible service read more

I feel bad for the guy who works mornings. His manager is never there to help him, and he's been by himself the last 4 times I've been in. He handles the stress well and still makes everything perfectly, but this results in really long wait times to get your order. Please hire/schedule someone to help this guy out. read more

Just a genuinely terrible experience through and through. There was nobody remotely enthusiastic to help when I arrived (only customer there at the time) and when someone did finally help, it's like it was an inconvenience that I was there. Then other customers started trickling in and as I started seeing other patrons get their order before mine, I got up back in line (since I don't want to cut in front of other customers) just to ask if my order was ready. The lady said it was and made a remark about "oh you probably didn't hear your name". I was literally sitting at the bar area watching and waiting the whole time. The gentleman that served me was clocking out so I guess he didn't tell anybody or the staffers there didn't hear it or forgot. Nobody called my name. They were too busy ending their shift or yapping away amongst themselves. Took me 20-25 minutes to get an order that typically takes 5 minutes if that. And by the time I got my order, it was watered down more than usual adding insult to injury. Will definitely not be visiting this location again at least until they change ownership. Because this is a reflection of ownership. read more

Great experience today compared to the last time! Everything was ready when I arrived and I thankfully had no issues. This new bowl was very good and filling! read more

Every time I go in there the service is terrible. Today I ordered a smoothie on the app. I got there early so I watched from my car. I went in to get it. I was the only one in there. When I told the guy my name he acted like he had no idea where my smoothie was. He grabbed it out of the blender. It was not blended well. Bad service. read more

I freaking love the blimey limey smoothie and they have ok food - my problem is the wait. Even if I place my order and show up on time 45 minutes later it's never ready. On Thursday at 4:10pm I came in to pick up three smoothies and three wraps. I ordered 45 minutes ahead of time and even waited an additional 15 minutes- so I gave it an hour. Not ready. I had to wait an additional half an hour. It shouldn't take 1.5 hours for simple smoothies (one had to be remade as she put peanut butter in my allergic daughter's drink even though that wasn't an option on the menu, which is why she picked that one) and some wraps. I'll take my business to another location. read more

Friendly helpful staff and very fresh ingredients. I'm not much for buying smoothies - we make them often at home and I am bougie enough to own my own juicer. But I don't have any of my equipment at work and it's really nice to be able to run over for a spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana and ginger smoothie (just 180 kcal). read more

Love TSC where I live a little bit up north so I was happy to see one close to hear where I was for the day. Can't I'm and there wasn't anyone in line. There was someone counting money at the register. Walked up to the counter and stood there between 4-5 mins and was never greeted or acknowledged so I decided to leave. Probably won't come back here again. read more

we got an açaí bowl with nutella, so fresh and delicious. and we also got a dragonfruit bowl so tart and tip, nutella doesn't go well with the dragonfruit bowl. the wait was only 5 mins, if you want it faster, definetly order on the app or order ahead. the vibe of the place was clean and fresh and calm. read more

Love that this restaurant have great food choices aside from smoothies! I ordered the veggie wrap and asked if they can change it to a bowl, and they did it! The veggie bowl had black beans, tomato, avocado, lettuce, pickled onion, rice and hummus! Loved it! Will definitely go back to eat again! read more

I ordered delivery from UberEats and the Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread tasted okay, but the Kale slaw was insulting. It didn't have the usual good flavor and good taste with the dressing, which either the kale was that unfresh and/or the dressing was lightly applied. It was not as light or good as I've gotten at other locations and Chick-Fil-A. The sweet potatoes I don't know if they were only burned and charred, but it definitely looked like one of the pieces had black and grey mold on it. I really don't think this Tropical Smoothie should be in operation. The kale slaw was that unbearable and I couldn't even eat the sweet potatoes. read more

Ordered Doordarsh from here The bluberry blast was more icey than smoothie, but still delicious. The detox green smoothie with added pea protein was silky smooth and hit the spot, they have An option where you can use Splenda instead of using regular sugar which will save 200 plus calories. read more

Tropical smoothie cafe is my go-to place when I'm deeply depressed and chewing takes too much energy. All I wanted today was a smoothie so obviously we found one of these. We got the detox green something or other, as I do most times, and it is so tasty and refreshing, like I honestly feel partially revived. This particular location was great! Very relaxed environment, polite and helpful employees, and seemed really clean. read more

Amazing atmosphere! Upon arrival I was greeted with a hardy warm welcome from an embracing team. After our order, they got right on top of it. Team members on the floor were training new staff how to make drinks correctly, and in a timely manner. Seeing this made me reassured my drink would come out delectable! Thank you guys for being above and beyond!! read more

The company needs to do better with staffing and supplies- took 30 minutes to get a kids smoothie! The 2 employees were running around trying to get everyones orders. They did their best and were very friendly despite their limitations. It's spring weather on a Saturday evening- demand for smoothies will be high- so do well to meet demands. Store ran out of lids for the large cups so all those that got medium and large cups had to be given multiple small cups. Smoothie flavor itself was good. Work on proper staffing and inventory. read more

I brought in two drinks that I was disappointed with from another TSC. I voiced my concern and the guy that remade my drinks did so well! They were so tasty and not watered down like the other location. Definitely coming back because they know how to make their smoothies! read more

Been here twice in a week. The service is atrocious. Super slow and the kid running the register had no idea what was going on and actually cursed and I had my sweet young granddaughter with me; needless to say we will never return. The manager came to help and she said nothing regarding the foul language which was used in front of her. Additionally, none of their yogurt bowls could be ordered. They had no clue as to why. Awful service which is dictated by a poorly run organization. Surprisingly they are doing a ton of business mostly with young kids. imagine how much better they could be doing if they would provide excellent service. The line would go out the door. We waited 30 minutes after we ordered and they gave us an order that was supposed to be for someone else, and had not even started on our order. When we finally received our order after waiting 30 minutes, it was wrong. We left with the wrong food. Done. read more

Love Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Plano. To begin, the staff is so friendly and accommodating. They're quick and consistent. It does not matter which employee makes the smoothies, they are always delicious. Our favorites are Mango Madness and Mango Berry Cosmo. We have a serious addiction. read more

I am very disappointed with this location it seem like it is going downhill.. I placed an order ahead of time. when I went to location to pick up order a young man with braids in his hair was sitting down talking with either another worker or a friend and they where watching videos on a laptop. there were two young ladies on the side with headphones in and on their phones. as I walked in i looked at the screen and seen 4 orders and looked like none where completed. mind you I placed order ahead of time. the one dude finally got up and asked was I picking up I said yes and told him my order. now I use to work at tropical smoothis for 2 years and I know what comes in what smoothie and how much. as I watch this young man make my smoothie which is a Watermelon mojito he added 4 pumps of water and this smoothie doesn't require water at all and smoothie is water down... I will not be returning that was HORRIBLE read more

Thought it would be a quick pick up. Not only was my order not ready as promised time said in the email. I can only assume the owner with the paw print tattoos is having a bad day as the lady before me got smoothies. One of which was blueberries, so he makes her order without blueberries realizes after he makes the smoothie that they're out. Which makes me think he was hoping that the lady wouldn't notice. Just like my smoky bacon sandwich was missing bacon until I alerted the guy and he remade it. The overall vibe here at this location is 50/50 of getting my order correct or actually getting someone with a decent attitude. Worth the drive to another location in Allen. :) hope this helps tropical cafe fans read more

We were hot and needed a smoothie. We were greeted by the smiley cashier after we approached the register. She was very hard to hear and didn't repeat the order back to us. The staff were fluttering to and fro, working very hard. Off the sticker printer, one ticket after the other was printed. There were about 9 people waiting scattered around the place, which should have been our first clue. I ordered an acai bowl which came about 9 minutes after we ordered and was FROZEN solid. It's like they pre squeezed the acai into bowls ahead of time and then added fruit on top. We had ordered 2 more smoothies and it took 29 MORE minutes to receive our order. The music wasn't tropical or relaxing but Spanish kitchen music. There wasn't a flow to the chaos. One family that had already ordered when we walked in, received their 3 smoothies right before ours!! That little girl had to be so patient. In the future, since there are other choices and restaurants who can put degrees and efficiency practices in order, we won't stop here. Maybe a sign on the front, "wait time approximately 30 minutes" so the customer can be more prepared. Picky item--chairs are metal and can fit a tushy that's about a size 0. Two hours later our acai bowl defrosted and it was dicey ice. read more

I went for free smoothies for wearing flip flops and got there at 6:59 the worker told me that the smoothie wouldn't be ready by 7 so therefore couldn't get it. Worst customer service and the working was rude. He yelled to everyone but staring at me since no one else was in the line. read more

I am really disappointed to say the least. I was sitting inside of this location for 1 hour, yes 1 HOUR. Fortunately my smoothie tastes perfectly fine but they were really low on staff and my smoothie didn't get made until another lady came in about 40 minutes after I had ordered. So my top tip for this location is don't come unless there is hardly anyone there. read more

First time trying it, we were so excited, around 2pm on Wednesday, huge , smoothies were great, food quality, let's just say you're better off eating Subway, sandwiches and wraps came out separately bagged at different times about 8-10 min apart, the last wrap about 20 min later, we did get an apology, but everyone had finished their food by the time the last one came out. place could have more potential, again smoothies are great and came out in timely manner, but after spending over $40, not worth it!!! read more

Spend over $40 for three mid grade sandwiches ( very good smoothies). Dine in experience terrible, sandwiches came in separately packed thrown on our table 10-20 minutes apart. When the manager was notified he dismissed the complaint stating that he would bump the order even though it was on the screen minutes before while he chatted around cracking jokes with the other customers. It wasn't until half an hour later he finally asked if we had received our wrap yet he realized we were not happy until he apologized and offered a coupon. read more
