Just a genuinely terrible experience through and through. There was nobody remotely enthusiastic to help when I arrived (only customer there at the time) and when someone did finally help, it's like it was an inconvenience that I was there. Then other customers started trickling in and as I started seeing other patrons get their order before mine, I got up back in line (since I don't want to cut in front of other customers) just to ask if my order was ready. The lady said it was and made a remark about "oh you probably didn't hear your name". I was literally sitting at the bar area watching and waiting the whole time. The gentleman that served me was clocking out so I guess he didn't tell anybody or the staffers there didn't hear it or forgot. Nobody called my name. They were too busy ending their shift or yapping away amongst themselves. Took me 20-25 minutes to get an order that typically takes 5 minutes if that. And by the time I got my order, it was watered down more than usual adding insult to injury. Will definitely not be visiting this location again at least until they change ownership. On Thursday at 4:10pm I came in to pick up three smoothies and three wraps. I ordered 45 minutes ahead of time and even waited an additional 15 minutes- so I gave it an hour. Not ready. I had to wait an additional half an hour. It shouldn't take 1.5 hours for simple smoothies (one had to be remade as she put peanut butter in my allergic daughter's drink even though that wasn't an option on the menu, which is why she picked that one) and some wraps. The sweet potatoes I don't know if they were only burned and charred, but it definitely looked like one of the pieces had black and grey mold on it. The company needs to do better with staffing and supplies- took 30 minutes to get a kids smoothie! The 2 employees were running around trying to get everyones orders. They did their best and were very friendly despite their limitations. It's spring weather on a Saturday evening- demand for smoothies will be high- so do well to meet demands. Store ran out of lids for the large cups so all those that got medium and large cups had to be given multiple small cups. Smoothie flavor itself was good. Super slow and the kid running the register had no idea what was going on and actually cursed and I had my sweet young granddaughter with me; needless to say we will never return. The manager came to help and she said nothing regarding the foul language which was used in front of her. Additionally, none of their yogurt bowls could be ordered. They had no clue as to why. Awful service which is dictated by a poorly run organization. I can only assume the owner with the paw print tattoos is having a bad day as the lady before me got smoothies. We were hot and needed a smoothie. We were greeted by the smiley cashier after we approached the register. She was very hard to hear and didn't repeat the order back to us. The staff were fluttering to and fro, working very hard. Off the sticker printer, one ticket after the other was printed. There were about 9 people waiting scattered around the place, which should have been our first clue. I ordered an acai bowl which came about 9 minutes after we ordered and was FROZEN solid. It's like they pre squeezed the acai into bowls ahead of time and then added fruit on top. We had ordered 2 more smoothies and it took 29 MORE minutes to receive our order. The music wasn't tropical or relaxing but Spanish kitchen music. There wasn't a flow to the chaos. One family that had already ordered when we walked in, received their 3 smoothies right before ours!! That little girl had to be so patient. In the future, since there are other choices and restaurants who can put degrees and efficiency practices in order, we won't stop here. Maybe a sign on the front, "wait time approximately 30 minutes" so the customer can be more prepared. Picky item--chairs are metal and can fit a tushy that's about a size 0. When the manager was notified he dismissed the complaint stating that he would bump the order even though it was on the screen minutes before while he chatted around cracking jokes with the other customers.
