Thought it was time for an update with food now on the menu. Another little milestone for us, 125k lifetime points! We visit DB's in our travels and can on and on about the great drinks, and the tasty food, but this one is all about our Wylie DB Mafia family. These kids are always smiling, always happy, and always creating such a great vibe. We love y'all! read more

I went at 6AM, and the drive thru line was relatively quick (I believe this location is drive thru only). A barista takes your order. I heard Dutch Bros is well-known for its lively customer service, and all the employees interacted with were super friendly! I ended up getting the Caramelizer. Overall, it was a solid cup of coffee! I didn't request any modifications to the Caramelizer. The drink had a deep roast flavor with not too much sweetness. read more

We walked here and did the walk through, but the drive through was super long, but it goes pretty quick! Highly recommend read more

This Dutch Brothers has to be the best coffee experience, coffee beverages and staff I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from! They are the cheeriest, happiest people that could ever work a drive-through. They work as fast as they possibly can for filling every special order and request from every customer and they always do it with a smile. They're always outgoing and friendly and personable. The coffees are amazingly awesome and delicious and as Gordon Ramsey would say "they are spot-on!" and has become my morning stop at least five days a week. read more

@DutchBros I'm visiting your location for the first time in Wylie, Texas with 12 years old son. We walk to the border window and the music that is playing is "play the f..... music loud". Very inappropriate for our ears to hear. Please correct this immediately... On a positive case, Luke who took our order was excellent. read more

The coffee is pretty good, wish the service was. Rather than ordering your coffee then getting through the line at a decent pace, people taking orders are more interested in talking rather than serving you. Then when finally getting to the front of the line, a song and dance with forced uncomfortable conversation and childish behavior/jokes is shoved in your face. Im sure many reading this post will assume i am just a grumpy gus, but i want friendly respectful service just like everyone else. However when the "broista" after seeing that customers are not interested in prolonged conversations about exciting plans we may or may not have over the weekend, should then stop trying to forcible engage people with unwanted and awkward conversation. Please, PLEASE, give us a smile, offer us our beverages, and let us go. I will regretfully not be getting any more of the delicious coffee from this location at least, and will have to make due with having a laugh with my friends as they talk about how they make other people drive them through because of how horribly uncomfortable the experience is. read more

Ordered a flying eagle with an extra shot. Balance was perfect, espresso was smooth, and the flavor was very good. Staff was kind and welcoming. Would return. read more

This location just opened about a week ago, but they are running great! The workers were very friendly, drinks were made fast and delicious! I ordered my favorite drink at Dutch bros, their green apple smoothie with caramel on top, so good! I'm so happy that there is now a Dutch bros pretty close to home. Definitely will be back! read more

This time around the line took a while to advance but always worth the wait. Looked for recommendations on tiktok and came across a White Chocolate Annihilator added soft top made with white coffee, & it did not disappoint. The service was terrible. I've never been to a Dutch that talks bad about what drink you order. I've gotten the same drink for years at other locations and never have had a problem until now. They gave me my cup super sticky and watered down. And complained the whole time I was waiting on my drink. Very disappointed. I would definitely find a different Dutch to go to. read more

This is my go to DB location, the staff is super friendly and the drinks are amazing!!

They started off fine but service has fallen off significantly since opening. Coffee is fantastic, but no one has time to wait an hour in line. Terribly inefficient business model. No drive thru speaker and wont begin making your coffee until you are at the window. Note to manager: service is what keeps us coming back. Eventually the product isnt worth the trouble. read more

Definitely recommend this place to everyone!! The employees here are so wonderful and make you feel very welcomed! Also the line here moves so fast I couldn't believe it!!! I will definitely be returning here and becoming a regular!!! read more

I left a 5 star review when they first opened but now after going there consistently for a few months I felt like I needed to change it. I love Dutch Bros, but this location is not it. 1- It takes 15-30 min to get your drink no matter how many people there are. God forbid you get down from the car to skip the line at the drive thru because they will make you wait until they finish with the drive thru to take your order. There was once only 1 other car and it still took a while to get my drink. Sometimes there won't be someone outside taking orders and it will take them over 5 minutes to finally get someone to get out and take orders. I am really not sure what is going in there, since they're probably not working on orders, but it is very frustrating. 2- Regarding the small talk, I did enjoy it sometimes. The employees are really friendly. However, during rushes, it was really frustrating to see 2 out of the 4 employees just talking when they should be making drinks. Also if you are not in the mood to talk you basically have to suck it up until they finish your drink (which they only start making when you get to the window most of the time). Although I've been there before, I don't think it is fair to blame the employees for talking to you when you don't feel like talking. They are just doing as they're told. But I can see how annoying it is sometimes and they should not prioritize conversing with customers over making drinks. 3- Their drinks are not always consistent and it can be very frustrating after waiting in line for so long. Like seriously the least you could do is give us a good drink after the 30 minute wait time. Also some of their drinks are just never good. For example, their cold brews always taste super watered down and there is practically no flavor. I don't think I have ever gotten a cold brew that made me feel like it was worth the wait. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as they do seem understaffed, but there are some things that happen that have nothing to do with the fact that they are understaffed. Also it's been about half a year and they still haven't solved these issues. It really pains me to say this as I really do love Dutch Bros, but at this point I think I will stick with Starbucks or i'll drive the extra 20 min to the Plano location since it's basically the same amount of time spent getting coffee. read more

Love me some DB. From California and we love it our there on the coast so I was very happy to learn DB has made it to Texas!!

Their actual drinks are good but they are incredibly slow. I come here all the time and i have to mentally prepare to wait 20-30 minutes every time. The line wont even be that long yet it takes them forever. Need to learn how to speed things up back there. read more

very yummy and great service all the time :p love it!! line can get very long at times but worth it:p

Really good coffee but the lack of staff and the forced conversation makes it a chore to come back here. The store really needs to work on hiring more staff, there should not be a 15 minute wait for coffee at 2 in the afternoon. It would also be great if the "broistas" were trained to lay off the small talk if a customer doesn't seem interested. read more

Wish I had read the reviews before hopping in the drive thru line. The wait is ridiculous. I don't care how good your drinks are, it's not worth the time. I went on a Sunday evening at 5:45pm. Not exceptionally busy but it still took 20 minutes after ordering to get to the window to collect my drink. I can't imagine what the drive thru is like at peak times. The drink I ordered was tasty but I'll pass on the wait time. If they can work on their efficiency and getting folks through the line in a reasonable time I'll give them another try. read more

5 stars for flavor but 1 star for the amount of time it takes. The coffees are always good but FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY PLEASE LEARN TO GET CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE LINE FASTER. It usually takes us 15-30 minutes if we decide we want to get coffee which is insane on our part that we keep coming back. The drive-thru speaker system is not up and running and sometimes there is a person outside to take your order. Then, after you're already irritable because you need your coffee they bombard you with small talk. I get that they're doing their jobs but you've gotta figure out a way to make this a little better. read more

I went to Dutch Bros tonight and Morgan helped me out, I believe she is a shift lead?
