I still remember my very first Jamba Juice experience back in the summer of 2011. I was a year into my new home in Austin and still exploring this (at the time) small city. I somehow found myself at the ONLY mall in the entire city (again, at the time) and lo-and-behold... a Jamba Juice (and coincidentally an Auntie Anne's just a floor down). I was instantly hooked. Just something about the ingredients. So fresh, flavorful, and not too sweet. From that moment forward, whenever I'd see a Jamba Juice, I'd hit the brakes (mental or physical, take your pick) and stop for a drink. Granted, Jamba Juice is a chain. As with all new chain stores, the GRAND OPENING experience can be great because OOOH NEW! The employees are amazingly pleasant, the store is sparkling; and of course, the offerings are top-notch. The true test is, how long will this experience go for? Will you always experience that shiny, new feel? Are the employees in the back always that awesome? Is the food going to keep it's appealing and tasty sensation? Will it somehow set itself apart from the rest of the chains? Consistency is key, and it's my only hope that seeing as how it's now linked with Auntie Anne's, it will stay the same AND now able to provide new offerings that will surely appeal to a wide variety of taste buds. Time will tell, amirite? Stop in, give it a try if you haven't ever already, and let your taste buds be the judge! As for my taste buds, they really enjoyed the PB Chocolate Love (with a boost of whey protein) I had this morning on my first visit at this Woodbridge location. This location of Jamba also has an Auntie Anne's as well.. both inside the same store. I tried their pomegranate paradise smoothie. I would have to say not my favorite... a little too tangy and not sweet enough. The staff were in the process of making new pretzels as I walked in... the smell was amazing and the store itself was clean and open. The staff were not very warm or friendly... didn't acknowledge me or say anything more than taking my order. Probably will not be back to visit this specific location... also seems like Jamba has sized down their menu a lot. read more

The reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead if 5 is because the wait is always ridiculously long regardless of the time of day. The worst part is that there isn't a thank you for waiting or sorry for the long wait ever given. While the items in the menu may be worthwhile, customer service goes a long way. Now, let's talk about this chunky strawberry bowl and the strawberry surf. So freaking good. The bowl is actually made with Greek yogurt which I do not like, yet, if the wait wasn't at least 20 minutes each time I would literally go every day to get one. It's just that good! read more

Walked in about 12:30pm in the afternoon, place was empty, unhappy teen working probably their Summer job. Ordered pepperoni pretzel bites which were reheated and didn't even fill up the cup. I asked her why and she said, "When we reheat them they shrink". What kind of response is that? She could have said, sorry I will make you a few more. Also, it's an Auntie Anne's/Jamba Juice location and they have signs saying they are not serving Jamba Juice items at this time. Don't come here. read more

I came to this Jamba Juice/auntie Anne's for the first time and it was a great experience! I ordered the pretzel bites and cheese dip with a lemonade on the app, the process was quick and easy! I walked right in and picked up my order. The store inside was super clean and new, and they even have a drive through. Will definitely be back for a smoothie with my pretzel next time! read more

Great clean interior with a drive through! Every Jamba Juice location should have a collaboration with Auntie Anne's. The only down side is the limited flavor of pretzels. They don't carry sour cream and onion from what I see. read more

My pregnant wife wanted a yogurt bowl. So we went here. Arrived at 7:29, they closed at 8. Said they could not make a yogurt bowl because they had already put everything away. Nowhere on the menu does it say certain items stop being served before closing. Won't likely be going back. read more

I have always been obsessed with Jamba Juice so I was super excited to see this location open! This is the first Jamba/Auntie Ann combo shop I have ever seen, but it is a great concept and still has most things a regular stand alone Jamba Juice shop would have. Pretzels were hot and fresh. Other places get soggy. And the breakfast items are really good. And Jillian was friendly. Good service.

Workers very uninterested when I walked in. Person who served me wasn't rude but just uninterested to help.

This is now my favorite Jamba location! Store was clean and the staff was friendly. Jillian took my order and upsold me on a pretzel combo. Delish! Loved the combo. I knew I loved the smoothie, the pretzel was perfect. I will be back. read more
