I came in yesterday and purchased 2 smoothies and I was doubled charge I tried to call by phone. No answer. So I went inside today and explained to the Hispanic woman what happened and showed her my bank account where the transaction the lady said I only see one transaction on my end. So I called my bank and I am explaining to the lady what the bank said she put her finger up in a suggestion for me to hush as she helps another customer and pushes my concern to the side I felt it was chastising and rude. I had just had surgery so I just did not entertain her rudeness. I have been going to this place for years and will not be returning. read more

They have great smoothie bowls. However, they never answer the phone. Don't seem to be open a lot of the time. It takes them longer than the 10-15 mins THEY SAY to make items. Sometimes don't have items for the bowls like fruit. read more

I worked for a Smoothie Factory for a short time in N. Dallas but I still love going to get a Peanutbutter Powerhouse! Even though they are a bajillion dollars, they are soooo good. The frequent buyer cards are cool but after you spend like $100 on smoothies, $5 doesn't do much. lol. Good stuff, people. read more

Not real happy with this place lately. Visited on a Saturday and got the usual. The young lady did not add protein to my shake. Once she gave it to me I told her she didn't add it, and I would not take it, she got a slight attitude. The service at Mesquite's Smoothie Factory is amazing. Always smiling, always fast and courteous. They handle the grumpy Mesquite crowds well and make a good smoothie! The gym look to the building makes it all that much cooler to fitness freaks, so there's lots to look at besides the clear menu! Always a positive experience and good vibes! I have given this place an opportunity time & time again, but one day I will learn my lesson and stop wasting my money here. I just left there again today 1/28 @1:20pm and ordered a medium Energizer and like always it tastes like it's mixed with sawdust. Just yucky!!!! This is every time. There's one young lady that's very personable and pleasant that's awesome. If I don't see her at the register, I should just turn around and walk out. Things are getting better because they have hired more professional staff but there were issues with the staff beung unprofessional as well as this location not honoring their promise of free smoothies after a certain amount of purchases. They claimed that their system was shut down and each time I came in, they would say it was still shut down and for me to keep the receipt. Their "corporate" team was also unprofessional and failed to respond to me appropriately when I reached out to them. Horrible experience and will never go back. I am not sure what happened to this place but it's gone down hill. The one girl behind the counter doesn't even acknowledge people as they walk in or step up to order. She has no smile, no facial expressions, just a look like "what do you want" look. Ordered 2 strawberry patch and they were horrible. Way overpriced and we got them in generic cups not the Even the smoothie factory label ones. The drinks (cause they weren't even close to smoothies) were nothing but water, ice with a little bit of strawberries and banana.... no protein and honey like they are suppose to have. I should have tasted the drink before I left to make sure so that's on me, lesson learned. I feel ripped off, $13 for ice, water and fruit. If I want an expensive smoothie, might as well go to Smoothie King, at least they add protein and they taste good, actually. Never again. Poor service , poor product. read more

I ordered a smoothie Monday 19th at about 4ish and the girl told me with a coarse attitude and in no uncertain terms that she had to "run my card to make sure it goes through before prepping my smoothie". How disrespectful! as if I was a criminal. I smiled and told her it wasn't a problem because I expected to pay before I was served anyway. She does not need to be a server anywhere, she doesn't like her job and she's very unpleasant. Such poor customer service, needless to say I will never go back. read more
