I don't need to go through various food items (kimchi, egg rolls, churros, calamari, beignets) and frappes, smoothies, "special-teas", fusion teas, and the list can clearly go on. I find that when there's a lack of focus, a place finds difficulty in landing on one specialty... and girl, was I right. I had the Jasmine Milk Tea, and my tea was under-steeped and way too diluted down. Another teahouse bust in the area.

I visited this boba shop as a service driver for their stakeholder, not as a paying customer…read more Unfortunately, the customer service I experienced was disappointing. When I arrived, no one greeted or acknowledged me. I waited patiently & eventually asked if the order was ready, but the response I received was very dry, unwelcoming & not the type of attitude expected in a customer-facing role. Additionally, the drinks were not packaged properly. I was carrying a large order in their provided box, and a couple of drinks were leaking onto me as I walked out. Proper packaging is just as important as friendly service, especially when handling delivery orders. As a delivery driver, I discover many new restaurants that I later return to as a customer, but based on this interaction, I would not choose to come back here personally. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing during my visit.

I think everyone else loved their drinks as well! Service was standard and they were pretty quick filling our orders!
