Delicious Latte Drink.
Julie C.

As soon as you walk in the coffee shop it, smells amazing from all of the bakery goods and delightful aromas of those coffee blends. The staff their are very friendly, making sure your order is made freshly done right for you. Very nice and comfortable place, to enjoy, highly recommendable.

Gorgeous cafe in the middle of downtown Garland. They have breakfast/lunch available until 2:00pm. The details of the entire shop are just beautiful to stare at. Even the bathroom is a photo op. Great place to hang - wifi was a bit slow for me with my laptop but I won't knock them for that. Customer service could be a bit friendlier when ordering though.

Such a gem! I stopped by Rosalind Coffee to meet a friend and was instantly impressed by the earthy, peaceful vibe -- exactly the kind of atmosphere you hope for in a coffee spot. They had a great selection of drinks and treats, and I really appreciated the variety of non-dairy milk options (always a plus!). I ordered the Midnight in Paris and it was fantastic -- rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You can tell they put care into what they serve. I'm not often in the Garland area, but Rosalind is definitely a place I'd make a point to revisit. It's the perfect spot to catch up with a friend, get some work done, or just relax with a great cup of coffee.

Top notch soup to nuts coffee experience. Centered between Dead Wax records, community murals and Garland's Big Hat installation we have this sizable coffee jaunt. Loved the smells upon walking in! Service - order at the counter. Mini treasures/wares dot the counter for purchase, as well. My friends and me were able to catch them for breakfast hours partaking in the tacos and egg sammy. They feature a rotating seasonal menu. Today, we tried the Nutella latte, chai latte and DP zero. The lattes were the perfect temp to complement the cooler temps kept indoors. All rounded out great flavor pairings with the meals themselves. Definitely pack a sweater/jacket if you plan to beastmode for a while. There's WiFi and ample seating at tables and/or at couches, to your preference. Plenty of parking in the square or near surrounding restaurants. Enjoy!

Chicken salad sandwich on croissant bread

Long story short...Rosalind Coffee is now one of my top coffee shops in DFW! My friend and I came specifically to get out the house to work. Not only is it located in the cutest part of Garland, but the outside/inside is so beautiful. From the exposed brick, to the wall decor, to the tiled ceiling, everything was beautiful, which made for the perfect work day. My go to order is always a lavender honey latte with oat milk, and it was amazing of course. I had a lovely conversation with the barista also! Everyone was friendly! We did end up staying for lunch and I had their chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, it was good, and while I typically despise raisins and grapes in my salads. It was great overall. Definitely will be back with family and friends to show them this gem!

I love iced coffee and Rosalind is my favorite local coffee shop in garland! I first fell in love with the location 3 years ago I love the inside decor and ample seating , however I keep coming back for the coffee! My current go to is the iced cinnamon maple latte I love it so much that my husband and I come here almost weekly for it! It's also a great place to do some work if you work from home and want to get out of the house. The service is always great , I can't recommend this place enough!

Back again. Cardamom latte. A must have.

Samoa Latte, Peaches and Crème Matcha Latte

WHAT I ORDERED: Two seasonal drinks: Samoa Latte with Oat Milk, Peaches and Creme Matcha Latte PARKING: Shared parking lot INSIDE: Spacious place with lots of seating. Could be a nice study area if you like a place that's not too quiet or loud. Service was quick and bathrooms available near the back. THE FOODS/DRINKS: Although I didn't order any food, the aroma filled the place and smelled good. The peaches and cream matcha latte had a nice peachy flavor that was present without being overpowering. The samoa latte had a well balanced mix of coconut, caramel, and mocha. Oat milk was a good addition to the drink too.

Very quaint coffee shop in downtown garland! Tried the Brown Sugar Latte and the London Fog and both were delicious! The cafe was spacious but still fell cozy with lots of seating options. Staff members were friendly and service was efficient! The syrups for the lattes are homemade, which is a plus! Stop by here for a catch up with friends or a quick grab-n-go beverage while enjoying a stroll around the square!

Cold brew, warm vibe

I pass by several coffee houses to get to Rosalinda. Everything on the coffee menu is top tier. I'm a basic fella and love the cold brew and Nutella latte. But it's the vibes more than anything. No pretension, friendly service, and an atmosphere perfect for knocking some work out or chatting with a friend.

Lavender latte

Rosalind is a hippie, suburban coffee shop nestled in downtown Garland off of Main St. The environment is down to earth and the perfect gathering spot to meet up with friends, read, or work on emails (On a Friday it isn't totally wfh friendly if you have meetings, as fyi). The middle of the cafe houses your seating accommodations with plenty tables or couches for your choosing. The woman at the counter was really friendly and open to take any questions. I opted for a hot lavender latte and 1 breakfast taco. However the barista wasn't very friendly and gave cold attitude when I asked her a question when my order was ready. The breakfast taco appeared to be homemade and was decent. The flavor profile wasn't my favorite and missed a few elements to me. However the tortilla, so bombbb! My latte didn't taste of any vanilla or lavender just coffee so I was bummed about that. After hearing guests order when sitting in the cafe for a bit, I realized they offer different items I didn't see on the menu at the counter so I'll definitely look to try something else next time. Crowds start to come after 1pm so head over early if you're looking for seating. Plenty street parking in the area but can get crowded depending on the time and day. This place is still worth the visit and I'll be back soon!

Strawberry Lemonade Refresher

Awesome coffee shop located in downtown Garland. The ambience is really nice and makes you want to stay longer. Definitely a nice hangout spot and there's plenty of room, so finding seating shouldn't be too much of an issue either. The girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful. She made good recommendations as well. I ended up getting their strawberry lemonade, something she recommended. The drink was made well and even had strawberry jam mixed in. Overall, definitely recommend this place, especially if you live in the Garland area!

We ordered the Tiger creme brûlée tea without boba and Thai Milk Tea with boba, both with regular sugar and light ice. The initial sip of both drinks were both met with a very sweet taste. The Tiger creme brûlée included a gelatinous creme brûlée jelly. I wasn't a fan of the gelatinous consistency, especially since the tea was too sweet for my palate. I would recommend ordering the drink with half sugar because it think it would bring about better balance for all the elements of the drink. The vibes are great! Definitely a great location to bring a friend and hang out for an hour or two. Although the drink preparation took longer than most bubble tea locations, the quality is still very high.

I am not being negative, it just did not register with me. That all changed today when my granddaughter's dance company held a recital at Acacia Collective. My first observation was that there was ample parking, which was nice. In addition to the parking lot in front, there was also an even larger lot in the back. Walking in, I was impressed again. The architecture and its use of woods helped make the place very inviting and relaxing. The people inside were as welcoming as the facility itself. There is a lot going on here... The Acacia Collective houses an auditorium, a coffee shop, a childcare/mother's day out facility, an l shared work space, and more. At the tables there were puzzles being built, people drinking coffee, people enjoying the wonderful baked goods from the coffee shop, and others enjoying the Wi-Fi on their laptops and more. I personally had an Asiago bagel with cream cheese, and also a cinnamon role muffin. Both were delicious! I would be remiss if I finished this review without mentioning the staff at the coffee shop. They were super polite and a joy to interact with. Great customer service! They also worked hard handling the influx of people. Acacia Collective also proved to be a great place to hold a dance recital!

I always get a little envious of how every suburb of Dallas seems to have such a cool town square,…read moreand Plano is no different. Located among the shops and bars of historic downtown sits 1418 Coffee, a cute and genuinely great little shop that fits the area perfectly. Inside, the shop is fairly narrow but offers a good amount of both indoor and outdoor seating. I arrived with a friend a little before 11 am on a Sunday, and it was absolutely packed. A biking group was posted up outside, students were inside working on homework, even though most colleges have not started yet, and plenty of other patrons were taking their Sunday mornings easy. Despite having at least 10 to 15 people in front of us, the line moved pretty quickly. My friend who was more of a regular at the shop knew a lot of the staff and had convos with them. It feels like a little community! I ordered the Maple Sausage Croissant sourced from Sugar Loaf Bakery along with a hot Purple Haze latte made with lavender and vanilla syrup. My drink came out fairly quickly, and I thought it was great. It was well balanced and not overly sweet. As for the Maple Sausage Croissant, it was exactly what it sounded like, a maple sausage tucked into a croissant. I initially expected the croissant itself to be maple flavored, similar to a McGriddle, but it was still fresh and enjoyable. They had been keeping them warm in a heater throughout the morning, which definitely helped. I have stopped by 1418 Coffee a few times when visiting Dallas, and I plan to keep returning. They consistently do a great job and fit right into the charm of downtown Plano. RIYL: A warm haven in a beautiful downtown.

I was able to comfortably complete some work on my laptop, with working wifi. There were also people here socializing in the morning. They no longer serve breakfast tacos, so I opted for a bacon cheddar scone at one visit and a lemon blueberry scone on another. They were both delicious! The baristas told me that their chai leans toward the sweeter side versus the spicier side, so I opted for an iced sugar-free vanilla latte, which was not overly sweet. I also tried the beez neez (latte with honey and cinammon) another time and enjoyed it! They offer 2% milk, which I don't always find at coffee shops.
