This used to be a favorite but not anymore! These kids need to be trained in health safety. They forgot to put tapioca in my kids drink so I brought it back. She had already drank it and punctured the sealed cup with her straw. This girl (who was wearing her headphones) looked so aggravated that she had to get up from her friend to go back to the counter. I told her that the tapioca was left out and she said "take out your straw." I was confused, but obliged. She took the cup, grabbed a knife and cut the lid off. Then she went and scooped up tapioca and spooned it in there. She grabbed a coffee cup lid and popped it on and handed it to me. What the heck?!? Clearly these employees haven't been trained, or are don' care about customer heath. I told her she wasn't supposed to do that, it was a health code violation. She didn't care. I was interrupting her. That's our last trip there ever. read more

Best boba in Rowlett! I love Feng Cha and have been to several in the dfw area. It is really one of the best tea shops you can visit as the quality and taste is unmatched. I'm obsessed with their cheese foams which have a cream cheese taste and often get double the cream cheese when I get any milk based drink. My favorite is their taro breeze which is essentially a taro milk tea smoothie blended perfectly with ice. It is one of the best taro flavored drinks I've been able to find and I never get an substitutions. Lychee and regular Boba toppings are unmatched. The boba is perfectly made and I love how you can taste the freshness with every chewy and sweet bite. Other drinks I highly recommend are their creme brûlée dirty boba drink, Oreo cheese milk tea, matcha latte, the citrus lord, dragon fruit. If you're looking for a quick sweet to eat for dessert, they also serve delicious cakes: tiramisu treasure, matcha love, Oreo cheese, sea salt pearl, taro chocolate, and strawberry princess. Everything is good! Not the greatest place to study due to high traffic volume but it's an awesome place to hang out with friends and play some games. In the venerable Timberland Shopping Center, Rowlett Road & Lakeview Parkway. This center has been upgraded a few times now, looking real good. Tonight, I got 16 ounce hot Vietnamese Coffee, and it is perfection. I'm staying warm because we have Deep Freeze cold storm arriving Thursday into Friday, which will be down to °10 degrees above Zero! Be safe everybody, check on people you know in housing challenges. My experience at Feng Cha is always good. I have no complaints. Which is why I want to come on here and correct a bad review given by a customer. I was present during her visit. Her situation was her kid did not receive boba in her drink so she took it back and didn't like the service she received. This costumer came in with an attitude already. She jumped into a conversation between another customer and a bobarista thinking she knows more than the bobarista. Regarding the review, The young woman with the headphones got up from the table with her friend when the customer walked in. She asked the customer her problem and apologized for the inconvenience. She politely asked her to remove the straw to which the customer responded "You're gonna use the same cup" with an attitude. The young woman explained to her what she was doing and explained the situation. The customer just stared and disbelief, took the drink and left without another word. In my experience at any boba shop if the boba is forgotten they just add it into the drink and put a new lid on. You'd think you know how your favorite boba shop operates right.
