First time at a Dutch Bros; we do not have one we're I'm from, so I was really excited to try it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He helped me find the drink I would like. He was so patient and so helpful. Nice, clean, walk-up coffee place for a quick drink. I told the staff member it was my first time and he said it was on the house. Almost every location I have been to is extremely slow. There should be a busy radar just so we don't make an order with an inaccurate estimated time and get to the location with an extremely long line. read more

Dutch still hasn't won my heart yet, unfortunately. However the drinks I have tried have been good. This is strictly a drive through. The order takers were off duty due to weather so you'll order at the window. I had seen the advertisement for the cereal inspired drinks. I love lucky charms so I had to try it. I got the iced latte one. It was pretty but I wish it was a little sweeter and had more marshmallow flavor. I have had other drinks and they have always delivered on flavor ... but again I am not sure what is keeping this from being my go to drink spot. I never say..."man I need me some Dutch Brothers " But hey the loyalty program does help because I did get this drink free. read more

The customer service will never be beat!!! We were stopping from out of town and I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location. By the time we arrived it was 30 min later, the manager instinctively remaking the drinks and stood there chatting with us the entire time (we had 5 drinks) so it was a little while. He found out we were in town to say our goodbyes to my sister who was put on hospice. He was so kind and said he was sorry we were dealing with that & told us to come back for coffee again on him so it would be one less thing we'd have to worry about. Not only was his kind words and actions enough for me to be a lifetime customer when we went back the entire crew was so happy and joyful it was a nice distraction from our sadness. My daughter for her bday wanted to give them a try so we were in the area and I got the iced carmalizer I ordered whipped cream and Carmel sauce as well but I didn't get it which I was bummed out by and my daughter got the pumpkin caramel freeze which she loved! We both ordered smalls and I will say they are bigger then most other coffee shop smalls which you can definitely appreciate. This location is conveniently off a major highway, I-30 and Broadway. The lines go fast because people are efficient and take orders at all three lines that merge into drive thru. I got the double chocolate mocha and it was super tasty! This was my first time trying a Dutch Brothers and was pleasantly surprised. The stars of this place are the employees. There was a nice young man outside taking orders. I didn't know what to get but told him what I liked. He suggested the drink I got because I love chocolate, like a lot. This drink was perfect. I got up to the window and the girl at the window was so sweet and bubbly. She was very personable and is a great person to have at the drive thru. Waiting that long to receive the order - not good! 3 car lines open and walk-up window open. 3 girls taking orders with one guy inside. orders were being made at the window - what is the purpose of taking order prior to? People in line were beginning to lose their patience. This is a Bad business model. Suggestion - if understaffed - close the walk up window and close a car line or 2. I'd like to tell you how good the coffee was but this was unacceptable. i would recommend going to the starbucks that's a half a mile down the street. read more

Depends on the location, the coffee seems to easily burn ... but if done right, it's great. I've been told they're supposed to dump the espresso shot if it's not the correct color, but unfortunately not all baristas/locations do. It is really nice they have a couple more sugar free flavors than Starbucks. The sugar free golden eagle when the coffee isn't burnt is one of my fav coffees. read more

I absolutely love Dutch bros, they normally have very good customer service. There was this girl named melon " Melanie", I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. She was very rude to me. I'm not a coffee expert I'm sorry, before I can get the words out my mouth she was very snappy. I had told her I wanted the candy cane hot coffee with the whip cream. She proceeds to tell me " the CANDY CANE MOCHA ? CANDY CANE is just a FLAVOR! I NEED TO SPECIFY WHAT YOU WANT" . Well geez lady , is there more than one candy cane flavor? Didn't taste like the Dutch Bros I'm use to. The ordering process is HORRIBLE especially for mornings or maybe they need more employees outside. My order was wrong but I was in line so long I didn't have any extra time for it to be corrected. The employees were super nice. For that, I gave them two stars. I actually love Dutch bros and their coffee. This location is awful in the drive thru. You can pull up in the middle lane behind one car and wait 5 min. Next thing you know, someone pulls up in the first lane and instead of the employee coming to you next, who's been waiting already, they go ahead to the other car that just pulled up and happened to get into a lane with no cars. It literally makes zero sense. I come to Dutch bros almost everyday and spend a lot of money here so I don't understand why you wouldn't take care of customers in the order of arrival as best as possible. This did not happen during peak hours, and when confronted about it, the employee had a smart retort. Disappointing. read more
