When I arrived, no one greeted or acknowledged me. I waited patiently & eventually asked if the order was ready, but the response I received was very dry, unwelcoming & not the type of attitude expected in a customer-facing role. Additionally, the drinks were not packaged properly. I was carrying a large order in their provided box, and a couple of drinks were leaking onto me as I walked out. Proper packaging is just as important as friendly service, especially when handling delivery orders. As a delivery driver, I discover many new restaurants that I later return to as a customer, but based on this interaction, I would not choose to come back here personally. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing during my visit.
