The Turkey egg cloud was something I had to get used to as I continued eating but it was light and filling along with the smoothie . If I'm ever seeking to imbibe my favourite obliterated fruit beverage I head here with great alacrity. I can order from the app, customise the pulp out of my bespoke smoothie, then dash madly into the shop and pick it up in a whirl of cloud. So I been coming to this location for the pass 2 weeks at least twice a week after my gym workout and it's meh. Customer service is sub par, slightly above average except today. Today Henri took our order. We asked about the $5 Friday 32oz special and this dude was rude and have this attitude like he don't want to be there. We asked him what's the special and he mumble and said everything that's not a meal replacement. We was looking around like ok what does that mean. He's like everything without the M. Not friendly or helpful at all. My buddy was pretty steamed like wtf. We come her because of convenience, but after today we might take our business elsewhere. I have visited here over 3 times and the employees are always really friendly. I generally take the drive through so I can't say much for the interior, but their drive through is well optimized with 2 lanes and it is really quick. Why is y'all's lights always turned off by 7pm? The amount of times that I could have gone but I would think y'all were closed! The lights are always off inside by 7pm and y'all don't close until 10pm. It's not only at night it's also in the morning, y'all open at 6:30 but the lights are all turned off so it makes it seem as no one is working. This is ridiculous, get your employees in line! If I could give zero stars I would. From the outside it looks clean and new, and inside looked the same. Walked in to 3 employees who did not acknowledge me and 2 customers waiting for their orders inside, with a couple of cars in the drive thru. I had enough time to browse the menu over, grab a cookie and walk it to the register to only stand, and watch the employees before just walking out. Once I walked out, as I was half way out, I heard a employee mention me walking out. I came to your business because it was convenient to where I was and knowing I would overpay for what you have to offer, which I am ok with. When asked what time they closed, the employee stated 8 p.m. Clearly Smoothie King employees are not staying open until closing time.
