Second, I use the pick up service and order online before coming in as there's almost always a wait. The last several times I've visited I've been told that my order was "ready for pick up" but when I arrive there's still an 8-10 minute wait. First I thought it was simply because they're adding ice to the matcha latte only when I arrive ... but lately it seems they simply need to update their pick up order system.

The cream puff was exceptional, super light crust with amazing filling. The Japanese cheesecake wasn't too sweet but had a wonderful texture. Overall this place is a must try if you're in the area!

Also, they are big on putting in your phone number every single time, but I feel like for as many times as I have purchased coffee from them, their rewards program doesn't really give back much. A medium tea was around $4.50 before tax/ tip for just basic tea bag tea. The air conditioning was not working properly on the particular day we visited. I enjoyed the mural on the wall, but not so much the overbearingly loud music which made it harder to hear/ concentrate on our conversation. It doesn't have particularly conducive vibes to invite you to stay a while to study or hang out. It may be more of a "it'll do in a pinch" sort of grab coffee places, but there's already Starbucks for that. The employees were friendly but had difficulty knowing readily which of the tea options were decaf. Too many great coffee shops in the area to recommend a special trip to this one.

Relax in our cozy cafe or boost your productivity in our modern cowork spaces. They are absolutely correct you will feel so productive working from this space or just relaxing. Highly recommend stopping by and seeing with your own eyes. There are other areas but I stayed outside this day. I believe there is a backyard area you can rent for events as well.

You order at the front counter - there was a very long line during my visit. I think things were held up by the fact that there was a paper menu, and also a digital display board menu (sight lines were poor though) and the menus didn't match! Employees didn't seem sure which menu was "accurate" which slowed down ordering for everyone. Once I'd ordered and selected a table, service was great. They bring your order to the table with the matching number. Bathrooms were clean. They had a separate room for groups to meet. Overall, it's a cool space. Again, it didn't feel like a coffee shop. If you're just popping in for a cup of coffee, it'll probably feel like "too much" but if you want a full breakfast experience, it's perfect.
