Love to see more local coffee shops pop up in the Wylie (bordering Murphy) area. I stopped by here as I was getting my car fixed. The inside is really gorgeous, clean, and modern. The staff were very friendly. There is a lot of space for working, studying, or chatting with friends and family. The bathrooms were clean as well! I enjoyed my hot latte; the coffee flavor was great and the ratio of milk was spot on. I also ordered a breakfast burrito, which was good. It wasn't the best burrito I've ever had in my life, but it did its job. the price was pretty reasonable for a coffee shop. Overall, I'd definitely come here again if I'm ever in the area.

Love the owner's show, her bubbly personality made me so sad that I couldn't support her in visiting when she opened locations on Allen. Happened to be driving through Wylie and realized Armor coffee was on my way during lunch time! The atmosphere is chill, kind of industrial with a light and airy feel. The staff is very nice and helpful, and my order came out nice and quick. Everything tasted great, the sandwich is a good portion (tbh I was leery of the price until I got it)! Keep doing what you're doing Jen, it's fantastic

I speak highly of the service and drinks here after my first trip to the Allen location. This was my first time ordering from this location(Wylie) for a medical office and although the service was amazing, I was disappointed to get feedback that there was a hair inside of the waffle. I tried calling the place to report it but the number goes straight to a vm that has not be set up. This is my way of notifying them without giving a poor rating for one mistake.

We are frequent fliers at the Armor Coffee in Allen so when we heard a new on had opened in Wylie, we wanted to check it out. First, this location is much bigger inside and has a lot more to offer (food and pastry). The kids and I came on a Friday afternoon for an after-school treat and to play games. We easily found an open table big enough for all four of us (not likely at the Allen location). Next we perused the pastries and coffees. The kids were stoked there multiple options for cake pops and settled on the fall chocolate cake pop, a kids chocolate milk with whipped cream and their signature chocolate chunk cookie. I enjoyed my cold brew with almond milk. We hung around for over an hour playing Apples to Apples and enjoying our treats. The ambiance was casual and quiet. One or two people worked on computers and others came and went. We will definitely be back!

I've been visiting Armor Coffee in Wylie since they first opened, and they continue to impress every single time. The team is consistently kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Today's visit is a great example--I went through the drive-thru and realized I'd ordered the wrong drink. When I asked if it could be remade, my barista, Jaden, didn't hesitate for a second. He listened carefully, confirmed what I wanted, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. That kind of customer service goes a long way. If you have a few minutes to spare, the inside is worth checking out. It's stylish and comfortable, with plenty of seating, contemporary decor, and even a small meeting room that appears to be available for reservations. The atmosphere is relaxed and balanced--not too loud, but full of the right kind of coffee shop energy. Come for the coffee, stay for the vibe, and definitely come back for the service.

Armor Coffee shop is a new-ish place to grab food or coffee in Wylie/ Murphy. It's really cozy inside. The ceiling is more industrial with dark, exposed beams. The rest of the interior features a lot of warm wood colors and warm lighting. There are a ton of of plants and all the chairs are either booth style or heavily padded to be super comfy. I tried chamomile tea (which was standard and yummy), but they also have breakfast options like waffles, avo toast, and more. I found the servers friendly. My only constructive feedback is that I found the music a bit loud for being able to hear the people I was talking to at all times. I could imagine it may be distracting if you were trying to read or work, depending on your focus abilities. I love supporting local businesses, and I will add this as a great go to spot to meetup with people. I would be glad to try some food options next time!

I always try non-bux coffee places when possible. I saw armor coffee while driving and decided to try it. The cashier was very friendly. I was disappointed to discover they do not have dark brew coffee available. I went with a medium roast. It was good, but not as good as I like dark roast! I saw they have a big kitchen and had breakfast options. I might have tried that if I hadn't eaten breakfast already. The sitting area was spacious, clean, and even had a few people who looked like they were working. I learned after walking out it's veteran owned. That's another bonus to support my fellow veterans! I'll come back if I'm in town again!

Stopped by for a coffee and it's nice. Spacious interior with the lots of seating, great for meeting with people or getting work done. There's even a semi-private meeting room (semi- bc it's a glass room with a big meeting table). The drinks were fine. Flavored latte was not overly sweet which I appreciate. My brothers got the cherry blossom chai and flavored frap, both enjoyed their drinks, I thought they were on the sweeter side. Service was great! They have a pretty extensive menu. Might come back to try some of their seasonal drinks and enjoy the space.

Armor coffee just recently opened up nearby, so we had to give it a try. We went for their soft opening. The vibes inside were really nice and aesthetic. I respect a nice and clean workplace. that is going inside the shop. I would say this is a perfect spot to study. They do have wifi. It looks they have a study room as well which is pretty cool. It was one of the worker's first day, but she did really well. Service was great. I got the seasonal drink (cherry blossom iced chai), the signature drink white sands, jalapeno kolache, and chocolate banana bread The cherry blossom iced chai has a really floral coffee taste to it. It was okay to me. White sands tasted like a combination of vanilla, white mocha, and almond. It did have a slight peachy taste as well. The chocolate banana is really good and pairs well with the coffee. The jalapeno kolache was pretty solid. Pretty solid spot for coffee and good vibes!

Armor Coffee is great! Comfortable, spacious and clean coffee shop with great vibes. It's easy to catch up with someone or get work done here. Coffee is not too sweet and tastes pretty good! They gave me a FAT piece of the Banana Chocolate Loaf which I greatly appreciate

The experience here for us was a total fail. When we arrived, the drive thru line was not too long, but the service was extremely slow. It took at least 15-20 minutes to make it to the window. The ham and cheese croissant was mostly bread and hard. The large jalapeño kolache had just one jalapeño on the top of the bread. Both items are overpriced for what you get. Our coffee was terrible. We ended up going to Starbucks afterwards. The ladies working there were extremely nice. I might try to go back to try the coffee again because I really love the Allen location when I lived in Allen.

What a great place for the community!…read more I have driven past this place several times but never really stopped in and checked it out, or honestly, gave it much thought. I am not being negative, it just did not register with me. That all changed today when my granddaughter's dance company held a recital at Acacia Collective. My first observation was that there was ample parking, which was nice. In addition to the parking lot in front, there was also an even larger lot in the back. Walking in, I was impressed again. The architecture and its use of woods helped make the place very inviting and relaxing. The people inside were as welcoming as the facility itself. There is a lot going on here... The Acacia Collective houses an auditorium, a coffee shop, a childcare/mother's day out facility, an l shared work space, and more. At the tables there were puzzles being built, people drinking coffee, people enjoying the wonderful baked goods from the coffee shop, and others enjoying the Wi-Fi on their laptops and more. I personally had an Asiago bagel with cream cheese, and also a cinnamon role muffin. Both were delicious! I would be remiss if I finished this review without mentioning the staff at the coffee shop. They were super polite and a joy to interact with. Great customer service! They also worked hard handling the influx of people. Acacia Collective also proved to be a great place to hold a dance recital!

I always get a little envious of how every suburb of Dallas seems to have such a cool town square,…read moreand Plano is no different. Located among the shops and bars of historic downtown sits 1418 Coffee, a cute and genuinely great little shop that fits the area perfectly. Inside, the shop is fairly narrow but offers a good amount of both indoor and outdoor seating. I arrived with a friend a little before 11 am on a Sunday, and it was absolutely packed. A biking group was posted up outside, students were inside working on homework, even though most colleges have not started yet, and plenty of other patrons were taking their Sunday mornings easy. Despite having at least 10 to 15 people in front of us, the line moved pretty quickly. My friend who was more of a regular at the shop knew a lot of the staff and had convos with them. It feels like a little community! I ordered the Maple Sausage Croissant sourced from Sugar Loaf Bakery along with a hot Purple Haze latte made with lavender and vanilla syrup. My drink came out fairly quickly, and I thought it was great. It was well balanced and not overly sweet. As for the Maple Sausage Croissant, it was exactly what it sounded like, a maple sausage tucked into a croissant. I initially expected the croissant itself to be maple flavored, similar to a McGriddle, but it was still fresh and enjoyable. They had been keeping them warm in a heater throughout the morning, which definitely helped. I have stopped by 1418 Coffee a few times when visiting Dallas, and I plan to keep returning. They consistently do a great job and fit right into the charm of downtown Plano. RIYL: A warm haven in a beautiful downtown.
