Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea is a hidden gem for coffee aficionados, offering the convenience of a drive-thru along with a tantalizing selection of coffee, tea and treats. For some reason I always think of it as Starbucks but Asian and better. The drive-thru service ensures a quick and efficient experience, perfect for those on the go. I love getting my Vietnamese Coffee here, which captures the rich and robust flavors that this style of coffee is known for. The balance of strong coffee and sweet condensed milk creates a harmonious blend that's a delight to the senses. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast or simply looking to try something new, Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea's convenient drive-thru and their expertly crafted drinks make for a delightful and satisfying visit.

Double iced cinnamon oat milk latte & the "Dreamy"

Went here for the first time Saturday morning... Really nice coffee shop! Nice baristas, Lots of places to sit and enjoy your coffee, tea or snack. They even have a printer you can use, which may come in handy for those having a business meeting, or students doing schoolwork, writing a paper. They have a great menu, lots of options! I had an iced cinnamon oat milk latte, husband had the "Dreamy". He said it was the best iced coffee he's ever had!! We also got a ham, egg and cheese, croissant sandwich, and pumpkin chai swirl bread, both of which were delicious! We also took a sour cream walnut coffee cake to go. Looking forward to going back and trying more yummy drinks & food!

First time here and had an amazing experience! Kate was so patient with me while I was asking questions and looking at the menu, and I got a lychee sticker!

With drive-thru!! Murphy, Texas now has a Sweetwaters Coffee & Teas (and Sweets, Treats, and Sandwiches). Kinda pricey, to be honest, but a very nice ambiance, and nice staff. WHERE? Along Murphy Road, north of FM 544 (near Country Burger). Next door is planned for a CINNAHOLIC gourmet cinnamin rolls. This Sweetwaters is not as big inside as the North Richardson location. A big laptop table inside the entrance, with really nice pop-up power ports. And then, the seating is kinda like living in a submarine along the wall. In far back are 4 upholstered lowback seats around a small coffee table. (Moms with strollers need to grab these if open). There are 2 child highchairs stored in back hallway. 2 restrooms, both unisex / ADA posted. DRINKS & FOOD: A massive menu, a lot of options here. The pastry display is very delicious looking, and easier to pick from than printed menu up on the wall. Do your online research before you get here. Drive thru is approached from the back of the building, signs, menu, and lighting are very good. The exit takes you to Murphy Road, or turn south back into Murphy Crossing shopping center to access FM 544 I had a hot, double Nicaraugan Organic Fair Trade (black) coffee for $3.09 and it was smooth, with low acidity. Sweetwaters, may your future be sweet in Murphy, Texas

The coffee is was great and the baristas were kind, but making one person work the entire shop themselves is CUREL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Our new favorite coffee spot. Such a nice place. We especially love the tiny fairy door at the bottom of the front counter...

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The front person was so kind and friendly, making the whole experience even better. It's always a treat to visit a place where you feel genuinely welcomed. If you're in the Murphy area and looking for a great tea or drink spot with a lovely atmosphere and friendly service, Feng Cha is definitely worth a visit! We got the strawberry breeze and bursting dragon fruit. The bursting dragon fruit is a seasonal drink. Both drinks were really good. The strawberry breeze is great with lychee jelly.

Like the other locations, the inside is aesthetic, but the square footage here is much smaller. During busy times, it does feel a little claustrophobic. As for the drinks, I really enjoyed the Summer Fantasy (contains watermelon, grapefruit, sago, and coconut cream). It was so refreshing during the insane Texas summer weather. It wasn't too sweet, and the sago texture was perfect. Would highly recommend! Surprisingly, the coffee was also really good! Better than a lot of coffee shops I've been to... we ordered the pistachio latte! the coffee flavor doesn't get lost in the cream and milk, and the pistachio flavor was not overly artificial tasting. Lastly, I always like to judge boba shops by a classic black milk tea. I tried the regular version and the dirty black milk tea. On both occasions, I felt the tapioca pearls were just a hare too soft for my liking. While I could taste some of the tea flavor, which was promising, the drink was overall too milky. Despite the rush, service was timely!

I've been going here regularly, and as someone who's tried matcha drinks from other hyped up cafes in DFW, I can confidently say Boba Lush is one of the best. They told me their matcha drinks take longer to prepare, but it's so worth it since they whisk-to-order. The matcha is incredibly vibrant, and the flavor doesn't get lost with the other components, such as the milk, syrups, fruit, etc. I also like how because this is a boba shop, you can also use the standard boba sweetness scale for the matcha lattes. You can even purchase some tins they have on display; they have highly regarded and coveted brands like Marukyu Koyamaen, Kanbayashi Shunsho, etc. My favorite matcha drink so far is the crème brûlée matcha; the crème brûlée here is so delicious! The other matcha drinks are very solid too.

We got the Thai Green Milk tea & the Earl grey matcha w/ boba. Both were splendid and great quality. The boba is perfectly cooked (which I can't say for most places) and the matcha is insanely high quality straight from Uji, Japan! What sets them apart is the high quality and how seriously they take crafting each drink. I highly recommend anyone to give them a try. I highly doubt you'd be disappointed.
