I picked up an Uber Eats order here. I found the guy working there rude. It's hard to see who's in line. After I saw two customers go up, I went after them. The order wasn't ready and when I turned around, he said to the woman standing there, "Wow, everybody keeps cutting in front of you." He was complimenting the customer before me on her pants and asking her about them. It's not on the customer to know who's ordered. It's his job to address the customer who's been waiting. You can be incompetent, or you can be rude. You can't be both. We stopped by to give this place a try as we heard this place originated in Dallas. We ordered the banana cloud matcha to share and it tasted great! I did ask them to adjust the sweetness of the drink (one less pump) and that was perfect for us. The banana was not artificial (at least it didn't taste so) and paired well with the matcha which tasted standard to me. This place is more of a grab-and-go spot but there is still seating by the order window and if you're in a rush, there is a drive through option. I ordered a Banana Cloud Latte in which I was really excited for. First 2 sips you could taste a lot of flavor and the fresh banana rather than artificial. However, after that, it all tasted like water downed coffee. Couldn't even finish it. To be honest, I had heard mixed reviews of the place beforehand but wanted to give it a try myself. When I saw the place was packed, I really thought it was going to go well. Definitely would not be coming back. There was no cold foam, so I asked if there was supposed to be. She said yes and asked if I wanted it remade, I said yes. She comes back and said the barista put in the cf and that it sunk to the bottom, then asks if I still want it remade. At this point I've been in the line so long I just say no and leave. They already said they would remake it, so I don't know why she would ask a second time. If it sinks to the bottom then the drink wasn't made correctly. La La Land !!! My first time experiencing this place. Definitely fun workers. Nice and up beat Matcha squared latte. Wow. Very good. You can tell they use ceremonial grade here. Perfect amount of sweetness. I opted for whole milk instead of fat free that they usually offer Vanilla latte. Needed to be a little sweeter to me. Service was quick. I got to try the La La Latte with espresso. The taste of espresso was not too strong or bitter. It was good, but the after taste was weird. Yikes, came by on a Saturday afternoon for a pick-me-up and sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes (I understand that places get busy so I don't mind waiting) before coming to the realization I was never going to make it to the window let alone the menu to order. There were several cars ahead of me that left too, we never even made it in far enough to be "stuck" in line. This location only has a walk up and drive up option, no inside. Second time around I finally did get to order and part of my order was just a straight coffee black. When I got to the window, I was given everything but that because, according to the employees, the printer does not print when you order straight regular coffee. How? What? Why? Huh? It took these poor kids forever just to get a cup of coffee. And, kid you not, FOUR different employees came to the window and asked if I wanted cream and sugar. Why did I have to repeat myself four times for just cream and sugar? While their signature drinks do taste good, they are nowhere near worth the excruciatingly long wait and hassle. This place is just across the street from me, but I could drive to 7 Brew on Arapaho and get a better tasting coffee for less and faster even with the drive. read more

Like my go to is the Keith Lee and they've either changed from the ceremonial matcha to culinary or whoever makes it has no idea what they're doing. Not only I was not greeted, cashier who took my order sounds annoyed. She just literally look at me. When I got my order, no napkin, no straw. I actually have to ask for it. DT is closed, I think it's under construction. Surrounding is ok, pretty clean. if only you have a bigger menu sign on your pick up window. They kept on screaming on the pick up window to the employees that taking their breaks outside though, to let them know their times is up. Overall from this experience, I will give a 3 stars. This location was wonderful! It is surrounded by a bunch of great establishments and has a big parking lot. Despite being a pretty large La La Land, this specific location is solely drive thru/walk up to window from the outside. There is no seating inside. Service was great, the matcha came out fast, and everyone was friendly. My go-to order is the strawberry fields matcha latte with the la la cloud on top. I had a great experience and will definitely return if I'm in the area again! It is a lot easier to park at, get to than some of the other locations in Dallas. read more

Great coffee and avocado toast. Has the perfect amount of citrus - most coffee shops don't add lemon to the avocado and it taste bland. But this place does it right! Good balance of lemon and the chili flakes make it taste even better. I love their bread choice. Their coffee is good as well. Stopped by here for a coffee run while visiting Dallas. The vibe of this is really adorable. They focus on "kindness" yup... the staff is super friendly. The yellow color theme really adds into the good vibes. Tried the Vanilla Bloom Latte and it was delicious not too sweet and good espresso beans! We also trie the Crookie (Croissant & Cookie) ... it was alright, the cookie in the middle gets hard when warmed up. All & all - love the cafe's vibe.
