I hadn't gotten Jersey Mike's in years so I ordered some for delivery! I got two subs, one being The Big Kahuna cheesesteak, and the other being a giant-sized The Original Italian. I got both on gluten-free bread. First off, the gluten-free bread was quite good! And at only a 1.30$ more to add, that's cheaper than Firehouse Subs. I also thought it tasted slightly better than Firehouse's GF bread. The only downside was that the bread seemed to absorb more of a papery taste from the wrapper upon for leftovers after left in the fridge overnight, but fresh it was delicious. The delivery bag was sealed well, and the sandwiches were wrapped so nicely. The Big Kahuna cheesesteak was really good, and i'd definitely get it again, with plenty of meat. The giant-sized The Original Italian was indeed giant, and I really liked how it came together. Sometimes italians can be too oily for me, but this was just right, and was very filling. Italians still arent my favorite, but this is the best chain sub italian i've had; far better than Subway's. Really good experience and they made a fan out of me! read more

I love Jersey Mike's subs-I have tried all the locations closest to me (N. Garland) and found them to be very inconsistent-not to rag on 'kids' or trainees, but they don't seem to listen(or understand) when I say everything but no oil,vinegar or salt,but slather everything else on there.....so when I tried this location-sure there were 'kids' behind the counter,but an older gentleman running things-and man what a difference! N ot only was my order right,but they were running a special at the time as well! Needless to say I went back this week and same gentleman was working (o good-my sub will be right and I won't have repeat my requests or correct any mistakes) and my sub was great-just like I ordered (next time I will get his name so he can be personally recognized). Given the circumstances surrounding COVID19 I'm sure every fast food or sit down eatery has been under much stress when it comes to following guidelines, etc but the boys working in Jersey mikes today were so kind and were working hard and doing a great job!!! I try and visit this place at least once a week. They are as good as they were on day one. The customer service is always there. I've been in at 11am and as late as 8pm. Different crews but same great attitude. The food quality is consistent. The rosemary bread is the best. They are a little pricey but it's worth it. Everything is always fresh so it's worth paying a little more. Don't be afraid to ask for stuff on the side. They are very accommodating. I really like that they are law enforcement friendly. They added a nice food option in Murphy. Give them a try for sure!! read more

There was a little mix up with my catering order yesterday but Brian, the general manager quickly fixed it and threw in some extra sandwiches for free. The staff was all very nice and helpful and I appreciated the set up of the restaurant for social distancing. The catering orders were all wrapped in a new way to help protect the sandwiches. Seeing their attention to Covid precautions was excellent. I was so impressed with how they fixed my order and will definitely use them again for my future parties. This is a newer location hidden in a new strip mall next to Walmart. The store itself is pretty tiny. Two things bugged me about this location. Ok so Jersey Mike's is known for slicing their meats fresh for the sammies. I always order the no. 9 which has roast beef. The day I came, they were down to the very last bit of the roast. I'm sure they're told to use the whole thing but it just didn't look appealing to watch the guy trying to use the very last bit of it. The second thing was the guy that puts the sandwich together was so sweating I thought the sweat from his face would drop into my food. If you know me, you know I love Jersey Mike's but this was not a good experience. read more

The sandwiches are delicious. I love the soft bread. So far the restaurant is kept clean and inviting. The staff are all friendly and helpful. This is currently my favorite sandwich shop. I live Jersey Mikes. This location has been really good for awhile. However I believe they have a new manager because they have started making there tubs poorly. I have purchased tubs and sandwiches from several locations and this one now sucks. The last 2 tubs and a sandwich I paid for extra meet. I barely received a regular meet potion. Then you add in very little lettuce making your tub less than 1/2 full. This isn't Jersey Mikes standards. You are better off to make your purchase from the George Bush location. read more

I have been eating at Jersey Mike's for years now. I am required to keep all my receipts for expense purposes, and have always been given a receipt by other Jersey Mike's locations. I visited this location today, then drove all the way home and realized they didn't give me a receipt. I called and the manager answered. When I told her what happened and asked if they don't typically give receipts, she said "well he probably just forgot to give you a receipt, cuz he's been giving them out to people all day", and told me if I wanted one then I was free to drive all the way back to pick it up. No apology whatsoever, no indication whatsoever that she or anyone there could possibly care less, only the inference that it was my problem and that I can deal with it. Would readily give zero stars if I could, this place sucks. read more

I ordered a cold regular-sized sandwich with a bag of chips and my total came out to be around $7. I almost wanted to cancel my order and go to Jimmy john's, because I felt like the size of the sandwich was small for what I was paying. I got the wheat bread which was really good and soft, I liked the flavor of it. I am not sure if I would be back for a cold sandwich, I might try a hot sub but I wasn't too impressed to rush back. Convenient location in a strip mall next to Walmart. A little hard to get to the shopping strip as there is no entrance from Murphy rd side. Entrance is near Walmart garden center. Big kahuna is delicious and place is very clean. Staff is helpful and courteous. read more

Love the Italian fully dressed and all of their cheesesteaks - especially the chicken cheesesteak. My mother and I drove by right at 9 and the open sign was still on and flashing, when we made the decision to turn around came back and there was a young man that was locking the door. Man these guys are so friendly and quick! I always call in my order. They have it ready and correct everytime. I always leave in a better mood than when I came in because of how friendly they are. We appreciate the loyalty program and have been eating here over Firehouse Subs for the last 3+ months solely because the difference in service. Firehouse has gotten so poor with their customer service/friendliness of staff.
