Love how they are a church restaurant and the food is fantastic so definitely go there

Chick fil a is typically good to us, it's a weekly staple for us, especially for the kiddos. However, during my pregnancy this summer I would ask my husband to stop on his way home and bring me breakfast once every 2 weeks. He usually would take the freeway and grab it in Rockwall but when he takes the back roads he ends up at the Wylie location. One time I sent him to get me the sausage egg and cheese with added tomato, pregnancy craving I wanted all week. He gets there and the young man tells him they do not add tomatoes that "they don't have it" So I asked him to just start going back to the Rockwall location instead. (I was able to add it at the Wylie location a few weeks later when I went by myself) So this Friday I asked my husband to stop by and bring me the same breakfast, he said it would be the Wylie location. I reassured him that they do indeed have tomatoes for breakfast sandwiches. He order my sandwich and the young lady repeats the order it's right, (I'm on the phone with him) some guy comes out and replaces her (keep in mind it's 6am my husband was first in line he waited for them to open) the guys takes the payment and when he gets home, they added tomatoes and took away egg and cheese. I don't know what the guy did or what the girl didn't do but it's annoying that they keep messing up a basic breakfast sandwich with added tomato. There's never rude service or anything like that, these young people just mess up from time to time. It becomes frustrating after a while. read more

Our family orders Chick-Fil-A regularly from the Wylie location because: 1. The temperature and quality of the food has always been excellent. 2. The employees have always been pleasant, respectful and professional. 3. When the owner communicates with customers via the app to offer deals, he puts his name on the communication. He doesn't hide his identity from customers because he is committed to great service. (I believe he also owns the Chick-Fil-A in Murphy) 4. The line could be twice as long as other restaurants, and still move twice as fast. But it moves fast because of efficiency, and not employees that hand you the order, close the window and walk off without saying a word. They are courteous, and professional. 5. Even though they are fast to keep the line moving, they are unbelievably accurate with the orders. We have never received an order that was missing an item or had the wrong items. Right down to the number of sauce packets. It is such a relief knowing that when we get home, we will not have to go back to get our order fixed. Chick-Fil-A has a winning system, and it shows because I consistently receive good service regardless of location, but for our Wylie store in particular, the great service has been consistently impressive over many orders, and over a long span of time. This shows that it isn't a lucky interaction, it is the norm for them. This store is reliably consistent with their great service and great food. read more

Usually I love the service but I was disappointed with them today. I ordered breakfast online for pick up and I ended up being in the line for 22 minutes. By the time they got to me, they told me they weren't fulfilling breakfast orders even if they were placed online before the cutoff time. This was very inconvenient because even though they canceled the order, I didn't have enough money to reorder for the group of people that were waiting for food since the money takes 3-5 days to go back on my account. I am tired of my orders getting messed up, anytime I have had food delivered or gone through the drive-through. They have gave me the wrong sauce for my chicken or not giving me any at all, this needs to be addressed. I placed an online order today and I called to verify and make sure they added the correct barbecue sauce and they sent me Chick-fil-A sauce instead, thanks for ruining my meal once again !!! read more

This place is immaculate inside and out! Once we walked in and ordered, our food arrived quickly and accurately! It was hot and tasted delicious! Everything was perfect. But more importantly, this restaurant is clean, well lit, and beautiful! The employees came to the table to ask if we needed anything and once we finished dining, they took our tray of mess away! Whoever the owner/Manager(s) are, they need to train all restaurants! They were constantly cleaning and working to keep the restaurant looking and feeling like a GREAT place to visit and dine! read more

Man have things just gone downhill @ Chick-fil-A! From paper thin chicken "filets" to poor customer service and after school hangout... It's hard to come here and not have it feel like we're at the food court @ "Richardson Square Mall" circa 2005! kids hanging out, cursing & causing ruckus... Overall, an amazing food experience! Starting with the entrance, you can already be welcomed with nice greetings of a pleasant environment. Besides the occasional mess up of meals, I totally recommend the lovely service. I just finished eating breakfast here, and boy, that was an amazing meal! I gobbled it in less than 5 minutes! Ordered the new sandwich today for lunch. Was quite disappointed. I know it never looks like pictures - but really? I would say it had a tablespoon of pimento cheese on it at best. It was a good sandwich- just would have been much better with a little more pimento cheese! And I can't ever seem to get hot fries! No matter how long the line - they are always Luke warm at best. I asked for extra crispy fries and they informed me that I can no longer get extra crispy fries at this location (?). So my husband said that in the world we now live in to not expect good customer service. That I should always expect bad customer service and if I get good customer service to be happy. But don't ever expect it. Turns out he is absolutely 100% correct. Even the prized Chick-fil-A has horrendous customer service. Right now I've been on hold for over 20 minutes to get a refund on an order that was incorrect in the drive through. I know the joke is, if Chick-fil-A gets the order wrong, then they know what's best for you. But they don't. That's the thing. They don't. They don't even have the courtesy to help on the phone. Just sitting here, not eating lunch and getting horrendous customer service!!!!!! Wow!!! After waiting for 30 minutes, I was hung up on. Bravo Chick-fil-A! I love Chick-fil-A. But I don't like the wait. It's seems forever. People not knowing what to order is ridiculous. Most everyone knows what their going to get because you have to wait until you get to the menu. Then it's a battle of the lanes to go, even if someone ordered after you and you were next to go in the battle line. The other lane wants to always get ahead of you. It's so drama. Other than that. I called to notify them of this and they want to offer a free sandwich through the mobile app. They can take their sandwich and shove it where you can't see. I love chick fil a but this one you need to be careful and check your bags before you leave (I never did with chick fil a before but now I will at this location) I hate pickles and am religious about saying no pickles - I saw it pop up on the thing has "-pickles" so I know it was probably just an error on the person reading the ticket or whatever. My family and I have been coming here for years and have had typically good experiences. The food is always great but for the past few months there's been a younger girl working (I believe by the name Alyssa) who has made it very unenjoyable. She's very obnoxious and her conversations behind the counter always seem to carry across the restaurant making it difficult to focus on our own conversations. It's gotten to the point to where my family and I prefer other locations even if it means a longer drive. Overall just disappointing that the behavior of one worker can ruin the experience completely. read more

I like this new Chick-fil-a, the kids who man the drive-through window are always very nice and courteous, but for some reason it seems to always take longer than usual to get food through the drive through. I drive past three CFA's on my route to work and I usually tend to pass this one up due to my experience waiting in line - even though they have two drive bays you would think service would be quicker. My worst experience ever was on Halloween evening around 4:30. It seems like everyone in Wiley decided to come to CFA to pick up dinner. I spent a good 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. I've never experienced a problem with the food or service so I'll continue to stop here on occasion and will update my review as my experience improves. read more

There was a hair with lint inside the wrap, attached to the bread. I found the hair after I ate the first half of the wrap and felt something in between my teeth. It was disgusting and the Wylie Texas chick fil a should do a better job of ensuring its people wear the proper gear when preparing customers orders. Disgusting. read more

Honestly really disappointed with this Chick-fil-A. The staff is nice but every time I go to this location something is always wrong or messed up with my order, which I've never had a problem at any other location. This time I ordered the Cobb salad and asked for the shredded grilled chicken, which I know they can do as I've ordered it that way at other CFA's, but they gave me grilled nuggets which is fine, but then I open the salad and there's like 4 nuggets in it. And the salad is less full like they took a handful of lettuce out. It's a shame because this is the closest CFA in the Sachse area, but their quality of food and service is not where it should be. read more

The organization should run for president. Im confident that they could have the entire state of Texas tested for covid in under 20 minutes. First off Chick-fil-a isnt cheap. I paid $15 for a regular sandwich combo and 8 piece nugget combo meal. Paid extra on one for large waffle fries(best thing Chick-fil-a has) and literally was less in the large container than regular size. I know this might be petty buy it it made me mad to bring food all the way home and see this. read more

It's OK. But the fries are always always always lukewarm. never any hot fries. The sandwiches and nuggets are OK. The service is OK.
