My visit was for takeout. Ample parking is available if you are eating at this restaurant. The inside decor is very warm and inviting. A fairly wide selections of items on the menu. On entering, the ordering is on the left. You then have a reasonable wait and they bring your order out to you ready to take home. I had the "Bigger Better BLT". It was all that. This place used to be good. Everything was fresh on the salad bar with lots of variety. The last few times we have eaten here they removed several items and the lettuce and veggies haven't been fresh. Today, we got there at 11. Service was good but the romaine lettuce was brown and wilted, the carrots were dry, they no longer have peas, No meat other than bacon bits, no more spicy mixed nuts, no longer have the chocolate mousse. Keep in mind these items have been gone the last few times we went. Finally, we were going to have an ice cream cone only to find out that the ice cream was like milk, had not frozen. Horrible customer service. I pulled up at 9:45pm for an Ubereats delivery and as I pulled up to the parking spot closest to the giant glass window, one of the employees made direct contact with my car and emulated a pistol firing towards me and my car...right next to his manager. So as I went inside to pick up my delivery, I grabbed my order, and asked if I could speak with the manager. I said "Just so you know, I could see one of your employees gesturing a pistol firing at my car." and the manager shrugged it off by saying "I'll speak to him." With no apology following his statement. After I returned back to my car, the employee immediately was back to gesturing a pistol firing at my car which meant the manager clearly didn't give any concern to my complaint. Comes with lettuce and tomato, Swiss and cheddar cheese and honey mustard as the condiment. Had chips with it and the chips weren't very good. I would prob order something else. We tried the jalapeño chips and baked chips and took a few out and threw them away. It's their brand of chips. But other than that it's a great delicious sandwich! Also comes with a pickle. We have dined-in several times in the past and had satisfactory results, so we figured ordering through a delivery service with relatively basic menu items shouldn't be an issue. Not so much. I will say, my order of chicken Alfredo was as expected with no complaints. Unfortunately, my child's order wasn't correct. We ordered a build your own sandwich with turkey, bacon and avocado. Pretty straightforward, right? I guess it was too complicated for the "cooks" at Jason's since the sandwich was devoid of any avocado. Also, we ordered and were charged for a slice of cheesecake for dessert, but it didn't make it to our house. The delivery driver getting an insatiable urge for cheesecake while on the way to our house is much less likely than the stunning incompetence of whoever threw our order together. Overall, mediocre at best. If you choose to get delivery from here, especially if it's on a "busy" weekend evening, be prepared. You may not get everything you ordered. read more

Long story short, Uber Eats is the worst service I've ever dealt with. My default store was in Murphy because I order lunch usually when I'm in Wylie. I was at home in Allen when I placed my order but knowing I had to put in my home address so it went to the right store, I did. I placed the order but it went to the Murphy store anyway, I called the Murphy store and they said they would stop the order. After trying to figure out how to contact Uber Eats (30 minutes), I messaged with someone God only knows where they were and they said they could not change the location because the order was made. I explained, the order was not made and I got the same massage back saying they were going to charge me the full amount because the order was made. I lost it, sent them a big F you. I called Jason's Deli and Austin the manager said he would try and contact Micheal the manager the next day to make it right. I was at work the next day and stopped by to see Michael, sure enough they made it right. I deleted Uber Eats out of my phone but I will eat a lot more Jason's Deli due to their awesome customer service. Side note, I owned and operated my own restaurants in Dallas for 25 years. Great job Jason's Deli, Uber Eats is a corporate juggernaut that can't take care of the people that take care of them!!!! That is all! read more

Terrible service. What's the point of curbside if you don't respond to your own system prompts? Waited 5 minutes for my order after arriving 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time and following the text prompts to alert the store I was there to collect it. Had to call to ask for my order to be brought out otherwise I suspect I'd be sitting curbside waiting in vain. Don't offer curbside if you can't deliver the service competently. No apologies were offered for the delay. It was clear the order was ready because immediately after getting off the call someone walked out with the order. Went through the drive-thru (should've listened to Joe Pesci, Lol), ordered a hot pastrami sandwich, got it home and it's corn beef--they actually got the single meat in the sandwich wrong! We dined in for the first time in a year in hopes to have the salad bar about 1330 on a Sunday at Store # 229. Almost $9 for 1 trip to the salad bar which was very surprising. I ordered the Beefeater and the roast beef was cold and overcooked at the same time and the au jus was barely even warmer for $10.49. $6.09 for a bowl of cold broccoli soup that was sitting there waiting for someone to bring the food out there was a film on the top. The tea and leaving was about the only thing good about this visit. Service was unremarkable, the restaurant was untidy on the tables and underneath them with dirty dishes, crumbs and trays, the drink area and the salad bar were messy and needed restocking. I couldn't get a hold of anyone to provide the feedback so we left. The line was long on people waiting to pick up their mobile orders / food delivery services. Very disappointing. Something needs to give because if this keeps up, this location will be out of business within months. I'd love our money back. We will not be back. read more

First time and last time to visit a Jason's Deli! They don't know what a deli is and they don't know how to make a sandwich!! But they charge you top dollar!! $30 for 3 sandwiches!! I purchased the Beefeater Sandwich, all the meat was balled up in the middle of the sandwich so there was no meat and cheese on the end of the sandwich, just dry hard bread!!! So half the sandwich was dry hard day old bread!! The meat they use is not deli meat it just cheap lunch meat! You do better to spend your money at Fire House Subs, Arby's or Panera!! read more
