This place was okay. There was little to be desired. I got a very popular item on the menu and the flavor was a little bland and there wasn't much steak in it. While I am new to this location, I am not new to Snappy Salad. I first discovered Snappy Salad over 9 years ago and I am a huge fan. If you love a great salad, this review is for you. If you are not a fan of a great salad, continue reading anyway; perhaps this review will convince you to checkout Snappy Salad. As many places do today, Snappy Salad uses a model where you can build your own salad. If that's too much work for you, they have some delicious menu salads which make the process a little easier. In the case of the 'build your own salad', you are limited to a specific number of items (i.e. veggies, cheese, nuts, etc.) before incurring extra charges. Also, protein (chicken, beef and seafood) is available for an extra charge. I tend to stick with their menu salads with my favorites being the "Grilled Avocado" and the " Texas Taco". My protein of choice for the "Grilled Avocado" tends to always be their mesquite grilled chicken meanwhile, the "Texas Taco" comes with a very tasty ground beef. As for this location, I recently came across it while in the area meeting a family member for dinner. Like me, they try to keep it healthy and having been to Snappy Salad a few other times (with me), they suggested going to 'that one salad spot'. I knew immediately which place they were referring to turned to my handy-dandy Yelp app to see if there was a location nearby and this one was the closest. Upon entering, the staff was very friendly and quickly greeted us as we made our way to area for ordering. We went with choices from the menu salad and the staff made sure to ask if we wanted them as listed or if we wanted to substitute any items. All the items were well stocked and very fresh. The dining area was super clean as was the soft drink dispenser area. Located in a strip mall area, there is plenty of parking available in a shared lot. If you are in the area, I highly recommend checking out this location. If this location is not convenient, find the nearest Snappy Salads; you can thank me later. read more

One of my favorite salad places. Where Salata gives you a more customized experience I like variety. Snappy has some salads already predetermined that take out the guess work. It also reduces the variability of my misplaced choices in a big salad bar. Two of my favorites are the Texas Taco and Steak Chimichurri. In this picture you will see the Steak Chimichurri. We have been regular patrons of this Snappy Salads location for years, mostly during the lunch hour. In the last 6 months, my husband and I have been going here for dinner. We have noticed during that time that they prep to close earlier and earlier. Tonight we arrived at 7:15pm. They close at 9pm. We were asked to sit in the front 3 tables so they could put the stools up around the restaurant, which they did at 7:30pm! By 7:45, they cleared off their veggies. It made us feel like they wanted us to leave. It certainly wasn't inviting for people who were walking in to get their meals. Very disappointing. The food is good. If I owned this business I would be upset that my employees were 'closing' down more than an hour before their advertised hours. We will not be back for dinner- it was not a pleasant experience. read more

Looking for something healthy and quick? Snappy Salads is a solid option. We were helping a friend move and needed something quick that wasn't fast food. We ordered the grilled avocado salad and Texas taco salad with chicken subbed for 'taco meat'. Both salads were large - in fact, if we hadn't been running up and down steps all morning, a half would have been plenty. We were offered bread when we checked out, but declined. The grilled avocado salad came with plenty of lightly grilled avocado and tasty corn relish. I'd ask to go lighter on the vinaigrette next time. The Texas taco was good with the chicken and jalapeño ranch. My partner might customize with different greens next time. Made a lunch date with my wife to Snappy after her recommendation from previous visit. I hade the 1/2 Snappy Fried Avocado and she had the Cobb Salad. The servings are generous but based on cost fair. My first recommendation would be to download the Snappy App and get yourself a free meal, and peruse the menu. Back to the meal... I enjoyed the salad but somehow they put my chicken add - on my wife's Cobb. Oh well we shared. We ordered online for pickup. When we received the email it was ready, we drove to pick it up only to be told we had already picked it up. I explained we had not so they checked and were told that someone with the same first name as my wife was given our order. I waited 20 minutes while they remade our salads and finally brought them out to the car. I ordered the Bam Bam and it was delicious, my wife ordered the cobb and my daughter had a custom salad. I've been to another Snappy Salads location and felt like they all were the same. I like this location best. I visited during lunch hours. It was very crowded but not to the point where I had to wait too long to order what I wanted. I ordered the Cobb Salad, which was amazing! I loved how fresh the ingredients were. Their menu is extensive and I believe you can substitute ingredients. I'm sure you can since you can create your own salad. The inside of this restaurant is very clean and inviting. Decent place to grab a healthy salad. No frills, easy in and out. Came here for lunch one sunny and hot afternoon as I was craving something healthy. It's fast casual time place and so you just walk up to the counter and pick out the kind of salad you want. Some of the ingredients looked fresh but some of the items looked soggy and not appetizing. I ordered a mixed greens salad, and it just had waaaaay too much dressing in it, and I wanted to wash it out with water. I am once again disappointed by Snappy Salads. The ingredients are fresh and the salads are well designed for really good flavor, but there is always something wrong with my order. When I order over the phone, it's never ready at the promised time, so I decided to go inside and eat. I made the mistake of agreeing to let the lady mix in my dressing instead of getting it on the side like I normally do and my salad was so drenched and soggy that I only ate half. I'd be willing to overlook most of the mistakes they've made on my orders in the past, but it's about $12 for a Half salad. That is way too expensive for too cheap of ingredients for them to be providing such a poor quality of service. Moral of the story: if you're looking for a great salad, it's a good choice; however...
