I wanted to give Luna Grill a second chance after previously getting food poisoning from this location. After that incident, I was given a gift card as an apology. I waited almost a month before ordering again because I genuinely wanted to give them another chance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed once again. My chicken was not fully cooked, and neither was the shrimp. This is extremely concerning, especially considering my previous experience with food safety here. After two bad experiences, I can confidently say this will be my last time eating at Luna Grill. It's very disappointing that food is being served undercooked, and it gives the impression that quality control and customer safety are not being taken seriously. given the situation, I believe a full refund is appropriate. read more

Its affordable for the amount of food you get, especially if you use the app. The service is always 10/10. I love the staff here, they make me feel like vip every visit. Luna grill is a semi fast food Mediterranean restaurant. I ordered a chicken kebab with harissa hummus, fries, and tatziki. My wife got a gyro plate with cabbage and hummus with garlic feta dip. Both were very good and flavorful and we both cleaned our plates. The chicken was surprisingly tender and juicy. The food came out very quick. I received rice instead of the fries that I ordered, but the waiter was very kind about it and quickly fixed it by bringing me a fresh side of fries which were hot a crispy (I'm a sucker for good fries). The restaurant was very standard like a chipotle or cava, but they kept it clean and the bathrooms were very well maintained. I personally would not seek out this restaurant for lunch, but I definitely wouldn't mind getting another bite here. read more

The Santorini bowl was great with amazing flavors. I wish they had more tzatki and schug sauce. The kale wasnt stemmed properly. She suggested trying one of the bowls and mentioned I could add an additional kebab for a small upcharge. I was deciding between the salmon and the falafel, and she kindly offered to include a falafel at no cost so I could try it as well. That level of thoughtfulness and service really stood out. I ended up ordering the Santorini Bowl with salmon, and everything was fresh, well seasoned, and satisfying. Both Erika and Sarah checked on us throughout the meal to make sure we had everything we needed, which I appreciated. I would give this restaurant a 3.5 stars but I only have the option for three or four Star and I don't think this is a four star meal. I've been very excited to cater in from Luna Grill for quite a while, and I just didn't have the opportunity and finally found the opportunity and ordered much more food that I really needed, but figured we can eat through the rest of it in the next couple of days. Unfortunately the grilled meat didn't look like a crisp grill like on the pictures. It was more marinated and soft and I spent over $100 on meat, so that was a bit disappointing. I ordered salad, hummus, cabbage, salad, hot sauce, fries, falafel balls. All of that was fine and I would give those dishes a four star, but really the meats were a three star. After spending over $200 for a family meal, I just have to say I was a bit disappointed for two reasons first because I didn't enjoy the meal as much, secondly, because I was hoping that would be a go to catering spot for me and the family.
