I came here recently for lunch with friends. The setting is exquisite. The colorful hanging lanterns really transport you to another time and place. Vegetarian options were few and far between, but I tried the hummus plate which was good. The kebab portions were enormous! The staff were busy effecting some repairs on the rainy patio but they were very kind. Our waiter was terribly anxious to recommend the tea which is a specialty of theirs. The plates were pricey, but the portion sizes guarantee that you'll have leftovers to take home, so take that into consideration. read more

This place is mainly a hookah bar from what I can tell. They do have food, but it's a little pricy for what it is. We were really excited the first time we went and had a good time of it. Since then, we've been back twice and had a three star experience both times. We go for lunch and each time are the only people there. The food is prepared fresh, but lacks some seasoning. For the price I would expect it to be fantastic. We ended up taking most of it home and dressed up the dishes with our sauces and seasonings. It was pretty good after that but shouldn't be necessary. This place is great, will be back! The lanterns inside are beautiful, and patio like a garden party. Came for mothers day in a large group. Service was great, the food all came out as it was ready. The food was really good. Calamari was next level good, so light and delicious. Pear salad dressing was nice and tart. The Turkish pizza was amazing, a must try. Lamb shank well prepared but needed little more seasoning. Hidden burger came out late, it had too much dough and was under baked. Falafel was rock hard, fail. We've been to our fair share of restaurants that serve this cuisine. Hands down, one of the rare ones where all the meats are cooked to perfection. Everything was seasoned well, juicy, and flavorful. A lot of places get the red meats right but the chicken is always dry and not good. That is not the case here. We thoroughly enjoyed nearly everything we ordered. I love me a good dip sampler and theirs is delicious. The lavash bread is warm and soft, and the perfect accompaniment. Their lahmacun was good and while I'm not usually a fan of any lahmacun, my brother how is loved it. We did the family style kabob platter and food was more than enough. I usually love dolma but I was not a huge fan of it here, and the salad was pretty basic. Special shout out for their onion salad and pickled cabbage - we might be on of the few parties that absolutely devoured those two side dishes. Still, an amazing dining experience. Went to this Halal restaurant for the first time and the overall experience was good. They have seating inside as well as outside in the patio with fire pits. During our visit we saw a lot of people coming in just for hookah. Customer service was good as we were checked upon multiple times in a timely manner. Overall presentation was good as well. Menu is pricey for the amount of food you get. For the food, we got Mixed Grill Board which came with all of their kebobs except any of the shish and Hummus. Their house bread and Hummus were good. For the Mixed Grill, based on its price, it should have came with the few mixed shish kebobs as well. We noticed quantity of doner to be more than all the other meat. I guess this is because doner meat is cheaper? Taste of doner was also not good. Taste of other kebobs were reasonable. I tired their Cocktail Tea and it was okay but nothing special. I came here for the first time with my friend and I must say this is one of the cleanest restaurants with such delicious food and I had a hookah that lasted me for 2 to almost 3 hrs without burning. I was actually craving a gyro and this place is just down the road and we've never been. We ordered for pickup, however I regret not actually eating in because my husband said that the inside looked cool and pretty nice. Keep in mind he's an electrician and he tends to judge places based on their lighting fixtures and he said they were pretty awesome. He said there was a nice patio as well. We got hummus and Esme, which I've never had before (the Esme). The hummus was good but that Esme was such a delight. I think it's roasted garlic , tomatoes, peppers and tomatoes with a beautiful combination of spices. It wasn't just a tomato relish like pico de gallo. It was sooo delicious, and a wonderful compliment to the hummus. Well they don't have a Gyro proper (which is expected because this place is not Greek), but they had a wrap. The meat (donner) (obviously a different spice profile from gyro meat) was very good, tender, moist well seasoned, and there was a generous amount. I couldn't eat the whole thing. And the wrap part was not a classic thick Greek style pita but it was still very good and I would order it again. They have awesome french fries and I'm particular about my French fries. I think they do that double fry technique which gives them a extra light and crispy exterior. My husband got the Adana Beyti, and he said it was the "best Middle Eastern food he's ever had". My only problem was that I asked for a extra side of tzatziki sauce, but it didn't make it into the bag. I'm guessing it was just an oversight or a miscommunication, The wrap did have a little tzatziki sauce on it but I would have liked more. The place is BYOB which is a major plus for me (I'm a bit of a tightwad ). So we'll definitely be going again soon but this time I want to eat in. read more

Food was okay, but not great. Ordered an appetizer as a meal since I don't eat a lot. Chicken bites didn't have much flavor and were just OK. Tasted the food of the others in the party and most of it was bland also. Feta cheese rolls, were the most bland. They were supposed to have spinach, but did not. The phyllo crust on the feta rolls was nice and crunchy but the inside was soft and tasteless. We were the only ones in there for most of the time, so the service was good. We only had three in our party, but we were charged an 18% service charge. I didn't see that on the menu at the restaurant snd didn't notice it on the handheld gadget we paid with. But the menu online, which was different from the one in the restaurant, said 18% for parties of six..... there were three of us. I was generous in my tip, but I would not have left as much if I had known I was going to also be charged another 18%. Waiter got 50% + just from me. Might go back because my friends like the place, but probably won't order much due to the higher prices and upcharge. The interior of the restaurant was amazingly beautiful. They glass chandeliers and lighting for stunning. Overall, I was disappointed. I was looking forward to trying something different that I hadn't had before. This is a newer Turkish restaurant located in the North Dallas/Richardson area. The decor is lovely! We really appreciated the gorgeous ambiance and chandeliers. We recently enjoyed a family dinner here celebrating my dad's birthday on a Monday night. While the service was a bit on the slower end, the staff were still very kind. We had to ask for water refills and silverware a few times. The food was pretty good! We ordered hummus, feta, and olives for appetizers, and the meat platter to share for entrees. I think the pricing was a bit on the higher side than other Mediterranean spots I'm used to. The hummus was delicious but I would choose a different entree item the next time. Probably a chicken skewer. They have hookah sections all along the patio so I would be prepared for that if you have little ones joining you for dinner. Indoors was fine. read more

The service and management team were warm, friendly, and helpful. My daughter pass this restaurant quite frequently. We kept saying that we wanted to try it. Last week, we stopped. Since we weren't familiar with some of the dishes and language, one of the managers stopped by our table and offered descriptions and suggestions. Not a huge fan of lamb, I was pleasantly surprised when the suggested dish,lamb, had an amazing smoked flavor that was well seasoned, the rice, and salad added a wonderful balance of flavors. I had lunch with a Friend here during a weekday and it was pretty empty and quiet but I had the combo and the food did not disappoint. I was surprised that not many people were there for lunch. I was visiting Richardson in Texas to spend some time with my colleague and his family and since he is from Middle East, I urged him to take me to the best middle eastern or Lebanese place in Richardson. He took me to this American sounding name and I was a little concerned, but as soon as I saw the food, all my concerns evaporated. The food is made fresh, fresh, fresh, did I say fresh and it is so yummy. We had the fresh Afghan bread, with hummus and man it was so delicious and creamy. I almost lapped it up. We had the chicken kebab followed by the beef kebab and the Eggplant bartha with some basmati rice along with some salad and we polished it off. This is an amazing place where it takes a while for the food to come in. But boy is the food the best. We wanted to try something else not because we weren't full, but just to try the meats, so we ordered the Adana Kebab, it came one skewer with rice, we added the pears and pomegranate salad instead of the rice. The meat was perfectly seasoned with parsley and onion, a mix ratio of lamb and beef - very yummy! The salad was amazing, I would have liked it a bit chopped to smaller cuts, but very yummy and definatly and amazing dressing! I want to try the entire menu, they even have apple tea which I love, so I will definatly be back! The only down side there is no alcohol! Simple and nice interior decor. Clean, spacious and pretty outside seating. Love all the light fixtures. They have a good menu with many different options. We got the turkish saute and the family combo for two and it was enough for all of us (2 adults and 3 kids). The food was presented so nicely and all tasted delicious. We enjoyed the meal fully and because the presentation was so nice we already planned on bring family and friends there too. The only downside I would think is the confusions they seemed to have on who is hosting/serving. We didn't get plates and utensils until later. However, our server was extremely accommodating and helpful. I want to say that because they are new, they probably are trying to still figure things out. This place is WOW! Always looking for unique food places and got a recommendation on this one. Drove 30 min and it was above and beyond worth it! We eat at a lot of Mediterranean restaurants, and this is by far the best one we at in a long time. Prices are reasonable for the quality and amount of food, the flavor is outstanding, and the desserts are awesome. It is hard to find a restaurant that everything you try, and all courses are great, but This place definitely nailed it. Went here on a Friday night for dinner and hooka . But quickly realized it was a big mistake. The crowd was there for the buffet. It's definitely not a date night kind of place. No alcohol. Food is mediocre, and it's no surprise since it's the same owner as the Turkish Cafe & Lounge in plano. Our waiter was extremely nice and did his best, but nevertheless, the service was just poor. We ordered sparkling water, and they brought 2 perrier bottles with no glass or lime as if we were at a convenient store buying them. I ordered the Beyti, and it was room temperature as if it were made ahead of time to save time. Couldn't wait to pay and leave.
