The sandwich itself tasted fantastic, very simple and are provided with a range of sauces for your taste modification. Joel's special sauce was delicious and a personal favorite of of all at the table. Service was prompt and friend. We tried the poblano cheesesteak half chicken half beef, and a classic. Both came out hot and fresh, and the chicken was cooked up perfectly. Tender and juicy, with onions and roasted pepper throughout. The beef was decent, not the best and definitely not the worst. The buns are unassumingly delicious and though the exterior lacks a crunch i usually desire- the softness/juice soak upability/sturdiness all more than make up for it. I decided to get the cheesy philly cheese steak combo cuz I'm cheesy like that! My daughter had the kids cheeseburger and my son had some nuggets. Very casual so you can wear your socks and sandals or some chanclas con calce tiñes (Spanish) to relax even more. I liked the sand which, however I was thinking the nacho cheese (without any kind of add ins) so when I noticed some green diced peppers in it, my cheese journey came to an end.
