    Burned chicken.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst meals i've had in 2026. The chicken was burned as well as the kabob and the food wasn't seasoned. Was not edible had to throw the meal away. Would not come back.

Absolutely delicious! Service was incredible and fast. I would love to try more of the menu items. The garlic sauce was amazing on my french fries!

We decided to give them another shot on DD because they lowered the prices back down to a reasonable level. I'm so glad we did because everything was delicious and our order modifications were followed. It arrived hot and fresh.

Ordered the lamb kebab. It was a lot of food so I shared with my mom, the rice is perfectly cooked. The chutney has a little kick, but very tasty. The woman at the register was very helpful. My order was to go

Nice day in Sachse to try new choices at soon to be favorite restaurant

Well ... what can I say? I am on a roll. When you like a place you just ventured in ... one day, you are going to try most of the choices on the menu. This is my 3rd choice. Good prep and presentation of food is top notch, taste is ... oh wait ... that's coming soon. Catch me again on the next one or better yet come and try it yourself.

The food came out fast and was delicious. Gyro plate had a bit of a spice to it even though I didn't get the green sauce which I was told was spicy. My husband agreed as well. Place was clean, but sticky. The floor was very slippery but didn't seem wet. However, still clean. Staff was friendly. Prices were a bit high for the location and what they offer.

You can order everything, you won't be disappointed. The lamb skewers, chicken skewers, shawarma plate, the gyros - I mean just order it all. I haven't been to the location - I ordered via Uber eats and it DID NOT disappoint. We had a play date with another family, so decided to order some food, and we stayed under 50 dollars for 4 adults and kids? LOVE TO SEE IT! Also the pita from here - SO GOOD! I ordered the gyro overload for another dad and he loved it! It was big, filing, and tasty! I tried a bite of the chicken shawarma plate and loved it! My favorite might have to be the lamb and chicken skewers. I had them two days in a row it was so yummy

Gyro.. the iceberg lettuce was the first sign that I had picked the wrong place
    Tia R.

I have been wanting a gyro for quite some time so I decided to give this place a try. There were a lot of people there so I figured it could be too bad. The gyro meat was good but that's where it ends for me. The tzatziki sauce was nothing but ranch and the sign did say special sauce and when I asked I was told it was spicy ranch but I was also told it was standard to have that on a gyro. This literally was nothing more than a salad with some gyro meat.

Look at all the burnt particulates I picked out of the gyros overload sandwich.

Always great food. Highly recommend. I would request no spices sauce on it. Always great either way!

You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. We love Middle Eastern food so we were quite pleased that this restaurant exists in the middle of the Texas countryside. I am sure that the people of Murphy and Lucas do not consider themselves as country dwellers, but coming from Dallas, it is countryside. Not saying that is good or bad, just an observation. Anyway, the restaurant. We started with a side of hummus and it was very good. I like a bit less tahini and more garlic, but I am not complaining about this hummus. It came with pita bread. I wish it had been warm. I ordered the shish taouk (cubed chicken breast) and it was excellent. Chicken was tender and very flavorful. It came with rice, some pickles, and an olive dip that I never saw before but it was good too. The wife had the beef shawarma and it also was very flavorful. Beef was tender and good quality. Her's also came with rice. Both of our dishes were excellent and we both would order again. Service was very friendly. It's a family owned restaurant and you can tell that they really care. It was not terrible busy on a Saturday night so I hope they are successful. If I lived in Murphy or Lucas I would be here once a week for sure.

The food was ok, but nothing really stood out as memorable or spectacular…read more We ordered the 3 course appetizers and those were decent. $17 For 3 picks. The spinach & artichoke dip is runny, however, probably the tables favorite! Why sooo runny? The babaghanouch was a strong second! (I felt it was missing much of the fire roasted eggplant). The baked feta dip is a NO reorder for us. It was way too liquified and bland. Lots of pita bread to go with the mix which is a good thing! Unfortunately, some of the service took away from the experience. Our waiter made several notable mistakes (wrong food) (wrong drinks) and was slow with refills, which became frustrating over the course of the meal. We got tired of requesting refills. Hmph! I think our server was stoned/high/or hung over or a combo of all. Come on, plus cleanliness is a big thing in food service. He lacked most of these attributes. My poor iron skillet chicken and potatoes were covered in this greasy sauce. I couldn't taste any of my food because it was literally smothered in sauce. Boo! My friend's short rib Benedict was again smothered in some sort of hollandaise sauce. It's just too much on any of the sauce! A little goes a long way. Chef, don't be so heavy handed. The bacon wrapped dates are decent and again smothered in aoli. You get 4 dates with each order. The crispy brussel sprouts are really yummy! The wild mushrooms and asparagus risotto is ok, as is the Ferah ten spice chicken. (Again, everything is smothered in some sort of topping). A real turn off for all of us in the group since we shared. The best feedback I can give your restaurant as a returning customer is to STOP drowning all your wonderful dishes in aoli or sauce. You don't need all that! Your food can stand alone without the smothering of sauce. The drinks are fantastic specially, the espresso martini and ginger snap! Overall, it was an okay visit, but better service would have made a big difference. For the price and service, I think our team needs a complete do over. January 2026
