Our wait was about 40mins, which was pretty good considering ppl coming after us waited over 1hr, and others have shared their waits were exceptionally longer. My partner was very impressed with their burger (except to say they would not order mustard & ketchup next time, as it was a bit much). However, I found the burger lacking, tasting too greasy (which can be common with Wagyu meat), and it really needed lettuce & tomato (which they do not offer at all) to enhance the flavors. I dumped the pint (it had that odd colored overcooked rice too), i added quite a bit of water, brought it to a boil, reduced to simmer. I had to add seasoning to this as well as some tobasco. I ate about 1/3 of it or so, then just pitched the rest. *a few hours later (said in that French accent you're now reading it in)* I'm pounding Nauzene, and pounding the toilet.
