I was such a happy camper at 30 Brunch House. This is my kind of breakfast/brunch spot. It's totally unassuming, existing amidst the suburban chaos of a busy strip mall-- McDonald's, Dominos, cell phone stores (what are those called?), etc. -- just super casual. And as much as this place is so casual and suburban, they still have excellent gluten free options (toast, pancakes, AND waffles) and a full bar. And all the coffee... you can get a shot of espresso or an espresso martini. Which is exactly what we ordered.... Their espresso martini has horchata in it! So there's a little cinnamon flavor... So delicious. We also had a strawberry cheesecake shot (strawberry, vodka, RumChata, and grenadine). Very good. Kinda dangerous! For breakfast I had the classic.. Got the chicken fried chicken with scrambled eggs and hashbrowns ($15), meat lover omelet with pancake and hash brown ($14), and vanilla latte ($6). It was me and my smallest breaking bread before his Christmas show practice at church. We had been here before but forgot to do a review. This restaurant is located in a large strip mall so parking might and will be an issue. When you enter, you are taken to your table. Our server arrived quick and took our order. The floor set up is roomy and has plenty of elbow room. The small rhino ordered the one egg breakfast and silver dollar pancakes. I ordered the Texas Skillet that comes with pancakes. We went to wash our hands and the restrooms are extremely clean. The kids portions is pretty basic but big. The skillet comes in a bowl and I added fresh jalapeños. Pretty tasty and it didnt have a generic breakfast taste like many restaurants in the area. It was $31 for two of us and only drinking water. It was good and we will return in the near future. read more

This place seems fairly new, so it's definitely sparkling clean. It has the new trendy, basic brunch vibe going on: brightly colored interior with the grass and neon sign wall; as well as the abstract white potted plant decorations. The hostess (as well as the manager/owner I believe) was nice and sat us very quickly. The menu has traditional espresso drinks listed, but are white-washed. The espresso macchiato came out looking exactly like my girlfriend's cappuccino. Regardless it still taste good. I came because of the french toast and crepes pictured by previous yelpers, but ended up with a basic breakfast combo with upgraded Nutella & banana french toast. Everything I had was good, but didn't stand out. The house hot sauce they have at the table went on everything. It's so good! I would eat there again, but it's not worth going out of your way. Delicious, but didn't leave a wow factor. Perhaps I'll need to explore their whole menu next time I'm in town. read more

I got two poached eggs which came out fine. I got a gluten free pancake and ordered blueberry but got plain. The taste was not very good. It was dense and metallic (baking powder?). They also serve lunch, but I'm so excited about a great affordable quality breakfast with a wonderful ambience, great music, clean bathrooms, fantastic service, and a full bar. And it's convenient to work and home. My favorite are the three eggs with meat and your choice of potatoes AND toast or pancakes for $13. Oh, and did I tell you their bacon is amazing and thick sliced and delicious! Their eggs are nice and large too! The food in the ambience is really good and the servers are really nice and polite. The waffles could use a little bit of cinnamon just to give it a little something, but they were still fluffy and not dense. The chicken breast is seasoned really well. A much needed breakfast spot in the Sachse area. They should do well in this area as well. read more

The food was solid. I had the Florentine Benedict and my husband had the chicken and waffles. The hollandaise was flavorful and the bacon bits were large, they were good. Husband liked the flavor of the breading on the chicken and the size of the tenders. Definitely other things on the menu we want to try. We walked right in and sat down on a Saturday morning at 9, but it was raining so they might be busier when the weather is better. Husband tried the wake and bake. It was tasty and strong.
