Pictures speaks for itself I believe this is a family owned business. Very nice people, listened exactly to my requests on meal prep. I asked for crispy fries they delivered crispy fries! Burger is very good, for such a stacked burger it held together well did not get sloppy eating. If Elamonds is closed this is your next best option!
My husband and I decided to stop in this place for lunch on 11/1. We were pleased! He got the Tri Burger, and I got the Mushroom Cheeseburger. They give you a generous portion of fries - which is a good thing! So many food establishments are stingy with them - but not this place! The cashier, Olivia, was very pleasant/cheerful. One area for improvement: I wanted to substitute in an Oreo Shake for my drink - IF - I got the combo. However, I was told I would have to pay FULL PRICE for the shake. That's not good! I was prepared to pay the difference or so - but not full price - so I ended up not getting one.
Checked out this burger spot and had a pretty good experience. The burgers had solid flavor, though I wish the patty was a little less well-done and juicier. The fries were super crispy, which I loved, but they could use some seasoning. They serve Pepsi on tap and have Coke in cans if that matters to you. Prices are a bit high but not crazy, $40 for two burgers, two fries, and two drinks. The floors were a little greasy and the windows definitely need a good cleaning. Minor stuff. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was when the young man who was working the front counter, went out to start wiping tables and salt and pepper shakers, he dropped his wet cleaning towel on the floor and just picked it right on up and started wiping tables and salt and pepper shakers again with it. I'd go back if I was in the area.
Decided to try a new burger. This one had been in my list for a while. I also decided to eat inside the establishment which was a good choice due to freshness level. The service was good. Quaint seating area. This is what was ordered: Onion rings- 8 oo 10 crispy and perfectly cooked. Could have been seasoned once taken out of the grease. Burger 82- 7 1/2 oo 10 what really carries this burger is the bread and fresh ingredients. The ingredients have a perfect flavor profile. The meat had a hint of seasoning but was not as tender as I prefer. Could have used more seasoning and crispness around the edges along with tenderness. Sweet potatoes fries- 4 oo 10 The fries could have used some seasoning after being taken out of grease. They were cut well. Lacked a soft and warm inside and crisp outside. Fancy BLT- 7 oo 10 decent flavor. Fresh ingredients.

It's a good place for take out, but it has a new, clean, bright area big enough for about 30 people. They have lots of different burgers, sandwiches and salads. But I just ordered the standard Cheese Burger, Fries and drink. The Burger was about a 1/2 lb and cooked to perfection. Juicy enough to drip a little but not so much that it sogged the bun. The condiments were cold and crisp. It was a REAL burger. The fries were some of the best I've ever had. Crispy but not brittle. But I loved the flavor. They have Pepsi products. OK one negative. This is Texas. They should offer some Coke products. But that's the only think I didn't like. I liked Burger 82
If you are in the mood for some hot, tasty, flavorful food, then Burger 82 is the place to be. It's cozy yet quaint and modern. Burger 82 offers a large selection of foods which includes burgers (beef), chicken sandwiches, various no meat burgers, Phillies, BLTs, salads, a large variety of appetizers and a bunch of sides. Pricing was between $15-$20 per person which was a complete meal (burger and side) and drink of some sort. Burger 82 has a casual vibe with wooden tables and chairs. It is a perfect spot for lunch or relaxing dinner with family and friends. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The service was excellent. They were rather prompt with the food considering it was all made to order. Having food that was made to order made the experience even better. This place is a must visit. I will definitely return and try out more menu options.

First time here! You walk in and seat yourself, and the food comes out fresh and hot. I got the House Burger 82, which comes with bacon and is a super juicy burger with cheese and grilled bell peppers. I really liked this burger, but it is pretty heavy. I also got the onion rings which were heavy on batter, not that good in my opinion. The fries however were hot and delicious! For a juicy sloppy burger I would say this place is pretty good, above average. Service is really fast and the lady taking my order was very friendly. Ambiance is like a simple yet clean interior for a quick burger. Will come back again!
Enjoyed this place a lot! The individuals working the kitchen/cashier were kind, attentive and you can tell they care about the establishment. The burgers and tots portions were big and overall great for a quick burger. Lots of beverages to choose from and a clean space. Definitely recommend!

Came in to get some food because my coworker recommended it. I was immediately greeted and then placed my order. Ordered a cheeseburger with tator tots. My food came out nice and hot . The burger was bigger than expected. It was delicious! Will definitely recommend. read more

The food was decent but very pricey for what you get. I would rather go to whataburger and get my burger and fries any day. The cheese sauce on the loaded fries was like a bad version of high-school football nacho cheese. Like it was that but off. I would not go back due to the price for what you get. read more

Burger is fresh and very high quality, and the place is clean and nice, but decor is bland. Order-counter service dude is rude and dismissive, and prices are sky high. $11 burgers and $4 fries. With a drink, tax, and the solicited tip you're looking at over $20 for a fast food lunch. Burger is great, but probably won't be back - the value just isn't there. And why is their point of sale terminal asking me for a tip? There is no service here. read more
My partner and I wanted to try a new restaurant out that wasn't too far from the house and we decided upon Burger 82 since the reviews were so good. I was a little disappointed to learn that the patties were frozen but they ended up being pretty good and juicy. The burgers are served on a brioche bun (yummy). I ordered the traditional burger and added grilled onions. I ordered the loaded fries as a side. The fries were $10 but definitely shareable as it's a HUGE portion. The cashier was kind and personable. The restaurant was quaint and clean. It's definitely worth trying out if you're in the mood for a burger ! read more

This place is so good! We came for Friday dinner, and you seat yourself at any table and order at the front. We were able to get our food quickly, and the restaurant itself was very clean. Our whole group ordered the 82 House Burger, and it was so worth for the price. The burger is messy (in a good way) and HUGE -- I couldn't finish my whole burger. My friends ordered fries with their meals, and they thought it was the best fries they've had. I tried one and it was super crispy and delicious; basically everything you look for in fries. This place is definitely worth checking out. If you're looking for a light, simple burger, I would recommend trying the other burgers since the 82 House Burger is a little heavy. read more

On the hunt for the ultimate burger, we rolled into Burger 82 on a Saturday around early evening. The place is small, and unfortunately some kids team (soccer or little league or something) was filling the place up with a lot of raucous noise and very few seats. We stayed though, and it was well worth it! Service was fast, and the burgers and fries were great (and huge)! They lose 1 star for being so small and noisy, and for putting cheap nacho cheese on their cheese fries. With fries as tasty as they were, they deserved better cheese. That would have made them perfect! We'll be back soon! read more

Decided to check this place out in a Friday evening and luckily they weren't too busy. I think it's because it's newer but overall a great experience. They have plenty of burger options to pick from and some other items to try. I ordered the BaconEgg burger with a side of fries and it was delicious. I have to say that their fries were some of the best in DFW and for those alone I would go back. The burger was great too but nothing too special about it but will hit the spot. read more
Went here with my brother and son in a whim. The fried mushrooms were a massive serving and truly the best I have ever had, and I order them everywhere I can. 5 stars for those 'shrooms! I also loved that had Pepsi on tap but still served bottled Cokes. Drinks for everyone! Wish they served milkshakes. Anywho, the fries were also perfect in every way. I had some leftover and my husband said they were still perfect when he reheated them. My burger was good. The portion was EXTREMELY generous so no complaints there. My kid's chicken tenders looked like they came direct from Cysco Foods. However, he liked and ate them so who am I to criticize? Lol. All in all I would go there again! read more
Burger 82. In a newish, but non descript strip mall, on Exchange just west of the Wal Mart. I dropped by there by my own self yesterday after shopping. Bacon Cheeseburger with hot out of the fryer fries and a soft drink, $14, a bargain for a premium burger, and premium it was. Very juicy (5 napkins used up by the time I hit the finish line) and tasty as all get out. Dont be put off by the location, pretty neat inside and chow came out fairly fast. 5* on the burger scale. Tonight was the night for a hamburger. I found myself getting a more than normal lately, and seeing that Allen has added a few restaurants, it was a no brainer to eventually get down to a burger place right down the street. The location is conveniently less than a mile from my house, and on exchange which is easy to get to.. Upon walking in, the place is very clean, very well laid out, has a maximum capacity around 45 people, and the menu is laid out right there in front of you. After staring at the menu for a few minutes, my son decided on the jalapeño burger, and I decided on the mushroom burger. For a treat we ordered the loaded french fries, we tried to order two but the gentleman behind the counter told us one will be plenty. That was sound advice! The food came out pretty fast, the burger was above average, and the fries were delicious. I did not find anything extraordinary about my burger, but there was nothing bad about it either, and I plan on returning soon to check out any other items they may have. Long story short, it's a great place to get a yummy burger right down the road from my house, the service is good, the place is clean, and it is overall a fun experience with a delicious outcome. read more
It's very rare a burger is presented much like it appears on the menu. That alone speaks volumes to me about a business. My first time ordering here, sweet potato fries were out around 2PM. The regular fries did not disappoint. The burger was superb and on a brioche bun (me likey brioche bread). This is the first time in a while I have not portion controlled...Burger 82 is that good. I had my son pick up lunch one Sunday and was fortunate to try the sweet potato fries...they did not disappoint. This time I did put away half of my food before eating (I'll blame work rush that first time). By the time I sat down with my perfectly portioned meal, mini-me was done. I guess Burger 82 won his seal of approval as well. Burger 82 will definitely be part of my to go rotation. The food is that good and highly recommend! read more
