This is one of the best Panera locations around! The service is wonderful, employees (managers, too) are kind, respectful and genuinely care about their customers!! The restaurant is always sparkly, clean and buzzing with happy people!! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and so delicious! All of their soups are incredibly tasty, my favorite is the tomato... their mac & cheese is the best!! Don't forget about those "kitchen sink, cookies" it's a game changer for sure! It's definitely a good place to try something new, you will not be disappointed... so maybe get an extra one for later??? lol Panera is also great for corporate events - breakfast, lunch, or whatever your event, they do a fantastic job! read more

Yelp 100 Challenge 2023 #39 Panera has delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options. I ordered three breakfast items through the drive thru during this visit. Scrambled Bacon, Egg, and Cheese, a blueberry muffing, and a frozen caramel cold brew with dairy milk. The service was fast and my order was correct. The reason behind the four stars, is because the young women passed the frozen caramel drink out of the window with caramel spilled all down the sides and no napkins. It would have been better, if they checked the slides or at least provided napkins. read more

Ordered from here Tuesday, October 17. My daughter is a vegetarian so she ordered a salad with no meat. It came with bacon and chicken on it after the order. Receipt even says no meat we have not been compensated for this item horrible customer service. read more

I wanted to share my recent experience at this location, hoping it can be constructive. After a long 12-hour shift, I stopped by for dinner to bring home for myself and my husband. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, there were several mistakes with my order, including missing items and a sandwich made incorrectly. I called the store a bit frustrated and explained the situation, hoping for a resolution. The staff seemed confused, and after requesting to speak with a manager, I was directed to a manager who was even more confused than the staff member. When I arrived at the location, I was left waiting for several minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. A large, dark haired woman with tattoos yelled at a staff member to get to the front. I kindly asked him to get the GM and the large, dark haired woman came back. I began telling her why I came and she rudely stated that I spoke to the shift manager and not her. She proceeded to tell me she was the highest ranking manager at this location. Jessica,which I later found out is her name, then took my order from my hands and seemed frustrated as she pulled the items out of my bag, slamming them on the counter as she went through the contents. When I mentioned concerns about unsanitary conditions I witnessed in the kitchen, she dismissed them, stating that gloves made the practices acceptable. Fortunately, I did record this and will happily be reporting this as well. While Janet/Jessica ( I say this because she lied and told me her name was Janet originally) did eventually refund my order, incorrectly I might add. I paid $47.01 and she refunded me more. I asked her to fix it to exactly to refund what I paid and not a penny more, but she said this was the best she could do. (Red flag if the manager can't balance the register!) The way the situation was handled left me feeling disrespected. I was literally shaking by how rude,angry and argumentative she was. Janet/Jessica did not apologize for the errors or for the way I was treated. She also told me I would no longer be welcome at this location, which honestly, who cares anyway. I believe in the importance of kindness and professionalism in customer service, and it's unfortunate that my experience here fell short of these expectations. It's a reminder to businesses that a positive and empathetic approach can make all the difference in customer loyalty. We won't be returning to this location, but I hope this feedback is taken to heart for future improvements and perhaps consider terminating Janet/Jessica. read more

First visit to this fairly new location. Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken was delicious and came with a fresh piece of baguette bread. Only ordered a half salad and it proved to be very filling without feeling that sluggish, heavy, over-eating feeling. Friendly service, clean facility and reasonable prices. Noticed the drive thru on the way out, how convenient! Definitely recommend this Panera location for a fresh tasting salad. read more

Two times before yesterday I tried to wait in line to ask questions and the person behind the counter spent over 10 minutes with one customer going back-and-forth around the counter. I finally just placed an order and when I got it both times the lettuce was not fresh like it used to be I did the quick order yesterday drive-through, and although it was quick, the order was not correct. Our first time at the new Murphy location. We did our order from one of the kiosks. I think it would be faster ordered from the counter when they are not busy. Anyway the food was pretty good. My wife had chicken noodle soup and I had a salad. Nothing was a WOW but there was nothing wrong with it. The place is new and very clean and the folks that work there are all very polite and attentive. read more

I ordered the cream of chicken wild rice soup, and it came out super cold. I asked if they could get me hot soup and I saw them put my bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds while laughing at the fact that it was cold. They left my orange juice back there as well. Then I got it back just as cold, and I decided to just take it home and heat it up myself. The floor was so sticky my shoes were sticky even at my house. I think ima stop coming here for soup all together. For 8$ a bowl of soup it's NOT big at all. Then on top of that, I had literally all carrots in my CNS, I tasted the carrots in the broth. Smh. While I generally think most Panera's have a nice atmosphere, the Firewheel location has a severe plumbing problem. I've been having meetings there since the first of the year. Minor problems like repeatedly running out of coffee were resolved after bringing it to their attention. But there is a walkway in front of the drink machines that leads to the restrooms that is normally wet. They have near permanently placed warning wet floor cones in that location. They closed last week to resolve the plumbing problem. They've opened again, but it appears it didn't resolve the problem. My friends and I realized that since it has stayed wet there over months and months there is surely a potential for mold growth. Not to mention traipsing to the rest room is nasty and a slip hazard. I give this location an extra star because of the great employees that work there. I write the truth of this for them. They deserve a better work environment. read more
