Jersey Mike's always gets it right and that's the truth for this location. My favorite is the #10, tuna sandwich with everything, no tomatoes. I grab my drink and chips and I'm good for lunch. Ordering on the app and picking up is best. Service with a smile no matter how busy it is inside. Parking is tight as it's a small strip with a busy coffee shop at the corner. First and last time here. Ordered turkey and provolone. Ask for avocado and was told they could just change to a different sandwich cheaper so I agreed. Later learned even tho I paid more, no one offered the included bacon. Asked for vinegar and a splash of oil. I live across the street, and by the time I got home, brown bag was already covered in oil. Bread was old and the top cracked off with first bite. Ended up throwing half away due to oil, stale bread and slimy sandwich consistency. I try and treat myself out to my favorite places so today was the day. I stopped in and was not greeted at all the guy seemed annoyed and irritated. I said hello I would like the number "44" big. 35 mins later not even kidding a young lady handed me my sandwich which was reg a small that I'd eat within 2 bites. I told her it was wrong and she seemed like she wanted to say something back. She went to remake it and then 15 mins later my food was done I go to pay for it and she charged me once improperly for a reg sandwich. 10.23$ then goes idk what happened but it didn't charge you and I showed her my phone it did. She charged me again for the big which was 18.65$ I go hey you charged me 2x that's an error. She goes and gets the same guy who seemed annoyed in the beginning and he goes well just refund her back. The girl and some other girl goes idk to do that. At this point there's another lady in the store who hasn't been helped so she's standing there listening and then another lady walks in. Honestly, this whole experience was trash and disgusting I think the store is ran by like 18yr olds. No, customer service, no understanding just trash. I will never come back here and I hope this reaches the right person. Fantastically Fresh Food! I love how thinly sliced the deli meats are and the vegetables and spices really give their sandwiches that extra kick of flavor that you would expect out of the best subs you have had. Cory and his crew are tremendous! They are very polite and welcoming. Every time I go in I'm greeted by the friendly staff and their service is exceptional. I've become a bit of a regular but each time I visit I'm treated like a VIP. The food is great. I love the hot subs, and the cold one are delicious too. Poor service and no good resolution. I thought I would use the app for convenience. I was wrong. They forgot jalepenos on my sandwich again. I selected jalepenos on the add ins and even typed it in the special instructions so they would not forget to add it. Guess what?! They forgot it. I called up there and their response was because jalepenos was a free add on, pretty much it's not a big deal. Gave them a chance to make it right, and wanted to be smart about it. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 subs, a chipotle cheesesteak and a bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak. When ordering, my boyfriend stated "no tomatoes or lettuce" on the bacon ranch chicken as the worker was writing the order. When we got to the register, the worker taking our order wrote the chipotle cheesesteak as a chicken cheesesteak. Not a huge deal, caught it before they started making it and got it fixed. We paid and left. Before leaving the parking lot, we decided to check the sandwiches. The bacon ranch chicken, in fact had tomatoes. My boyfriend took it back in, as he clearly stated "no lettuce or tomatoes" and they made him a new sandwich. When we got home and began eating, he realizes there is now onions on his sandwich. Onions do not even come on the sandwich. They were added by the employees because they were pissed that THEY made the sandwich wrong and had to remake it. Needless to say, we will not be returning to the location. All it takes is listening to the customer. It was 2 simple ingredients asked to not be on the sandwich. Then to remake it and put something else on it that doesn't even come on it if order as is, is unacceptable. read more
