Such a gem in this town! Great place to watch sports as they have a full size bar and huge covered and heated outdoor area for adults, or anyone wanting to mingle and yell on one side of restaurant. The other half, is more for family and tons of booths and table seating. We came here to grab dinner as I was too tired to cook. My sons got the BLT & steak and I got the Philly cheese. We had the wings for apps. Food was fresh, hot and delicious except all our fries were soggy. I hate soggy fries but I understand it happens. Came here after a baseball game with 4 families...zero wait to be seated! Drinks came out quickly. Yay! We ordered lodes fries, a giant pretzel, and a couple other appetizers...all were delish and huge portions! This is still my go to place during the week if I'm at work. While the food is still quite delicious! Service has gotten pretty bad. I've stood at the check in for several minutes while people walk past me and don't offer help. I've been seated for over five minutes before a server stops by. It's taken up to 20 minutes for salad or sandwich to come out. Still no stop by. No drink check. But definitely here is the check. This isn't every time but as a place trying to stay open and is usually packed, the staff including the bartender aren't doing themselves any favors. LOVED the service here! My boyfriend and I stopped by here last Tuesday night for some food and drinks and we sat up at the bar. As soon as we sat down, we were kindly greeted and asked what we would like to drink. Even in those first moments, the service was impeccable. That continued on throughout our entire dinner there! Our server was awesome and she was so friendly and kind! I wish we had caught her name to praise her for her wonderful service, all I know is that she has a pet Maine Coon cat!! We ordered the smoked brisket nachos which according to the menu has drizzled bbq sauce and cilantro lime crema, see pic attached of item on the menu. I even asked the waitress if cheese came on the nachos since cheese was not listed as an ingredient. She said yes so we ordered them. The nachos came out with jalapeños, onions, lettuce, tomatoes in big heaps on the nachos. After waiting 6 minutes, another waitress finally walked past our table. We pulled her aside and sent the nachos back and said we wanted the nachos that were on the menu. Another set of nachos came out but still had lettuce and tomatoes on them. We had to ask for the cilantro lime crema because it was not on the nachos We were told that there had been changes to the menu but corporate had not updated the menu. We just left in a bad mood. Well, my husband laughing because he knows why I'm in a bad mood. I didn't get the name of our server but she was very blonde and it was long and straight hair. She was an OK server but was very inattentive to us and our needs. Several times I put my hand up and tried to wave her down but she paid more attention to the bigger WHITER tables than me and my Latino husband. Also, we ordered chips and queso to start. The chips were extremely stale. I tried to eat some and not say anything about them but they hurt my teeth, so I got the attention of another girl, mixed black girl (maybe some Spanish), who wasn't wearing her mask right (not over her nose; like what's the point of wearing a mask, lol). Anyway, we asked that girl to replace our chips. She took the basket and brought them back a few minutes later. Still stale. I didn't say anything else to anyone else, but let's just say, my severe TMD flared up real bad. We normally have a really good visit (before and after quarantine) and the servers are usually GREAT and very attentive. I met some friends today for lunch only to find out that they do not have paper menus. If you do not have a Smartphone, you cannot pull up their menu online. I have a Pay-As-You-Go flip phone which I only use for emergencies. One member of our party ordered quesadillas, but I drank a couple of beers and the other member drank iced tea. The service was sorely lacking and we were always having to flag our waitress (who was standing around talking to other employees) to get her attention. My Fiancé and I just left this place, after sitting at a table for over 20 minutes on the patio without getting any service. We wanted to really like it as we just moved to the area and we were hoping to find a new hangout spot. There were multiple servers standing around, leaning against the computer systems used to put orders in. The male server on the patio was sitting down with his table right next to us. I worked in the service industry for years and I totally understand that sometimes it can get busy, but in this case it was not busy at all. There were maybe 5 other tables in the whole restaurant. We loved bringing our two mini weenie dogs to the covered patio. On a chilly day it was nice and toasty. Our server Don was so awesome. Food came out, our kid's flatbread pizza was burnt, my husband's burger was raw, and my food didn't even come out. My husband sent his back once our waiter finally came around again after another 10 minutes. They remade his burger, finally brought out my salad, but his burger had onions on it and he only wanted pickles and cheese and the fries on the plate were way fewer than the amount he originally had. By this time our kids were restless and ready for bed, seeing as it was 8:30 and we hadn't even eaten our food, I got a box for my salad and my husband left his burger that was wrong AGAIN on the table. And because our waitress was waiting on all the inside tables herself it was ten minutes before she noticed. Twenty minutes later our order was taken and it took over thirty minutes for our food to come out. The manager walked around talking to other tables and avoided ours. The table closest to us got their food before us even though they ordered after us then we finally got ours. Manager came and asked them how their food was and walked right by us.
