Still great and the new menu items are top notch. I tried the bacon wrapped shrimp on this visit. Well grilled. They really cooked the bacon which is nice since most places either deep fry them or serve the bacon limp. The jalapeño slice was not spicy too my taste. Went here Sunday as a small celebration for my special son While the food was just ok. We expected the wings to be amazing to match their name as their specialty. As we left we were undecided if we would return. However today cemented it! Our ticket was $97.31 that's what I signed for! I left a $10.00 cash tip, as that's what our service warranted. I pulled up my account and to my surprise the server added $18.29 to the ticket as an extra tip!!! So in essence she felt like she deserved $28.29!!!! A third of the total bill. I called and thankfully the manager says she refunding the tip charge. She didn't apologize. She didn't say that the employee would be spoken to. She simply said you're welcome to me saying thank you for the reversal of the charge. We won't be back. read more

Located within the cozy mixed urban/residential development off Campbell, it is a place that just feels right - cozy, casual, approachable. The second night I went people from all walks of life came out to watch games or socialize - yuppies, buddies and dates. Now for the food. Warning, if you don't like salt this is NOT for you. Now if you love salt, keep reading. I crave salt regularly and these wings hit every spot. Spicy ranch honestly didn't taste like ranch to me at all, tasted a bit more like Montreal steak seasoning with some chili flakes, but again it didn't bother me because even on their own they were DELICIOUS. The jalapeño ranch is amazing too - helped restore the ranch flavor in the wings. The fried mushrooms weren't the most flavorful on their own but with that jalapeño ranch again the crisp and savory mushroom with creamy ranch has me drooling now writing this. Spicy Cajun will likely be my flavor going forward, it was like amplified Cajun seasoning. Very garlicky and savory! The wing size warrants its own paragraph. View the photos below. We went here during a company lunch. This place is like a sport's bar theme with a golf tee as one of the games and TV for sports. They have a lunch menu and the prices are not bad as some of the meals are $10.00 like the chicken fried chicken, but I ended up getting the steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I ended up eating the whole entire thing. I think the steak was a little dry and chew not the best I had, but decent. Sides were good though. The decor is your typical sports bar, various teams paraphernalia on the walls and games on the tvs! Which would make for a fun place to watch them. They have pretty fair priced lunch menu and if you do the 5 wings and side combo for $11, along with splitting an app, it makes for a good amount of food for a reasonable rate. I have been a patron of this wing spot for 10 years easy, and it has always been my go-to for an all-around experience. Friendly fast service, excellent quality food (especially for a bar environment), and various sports options on the 15+ tvs. Had 4 wing flavors Caribbean Jerk, Dry rub Ranch, spicy lemon pepper, and original. 3 out 4 were spot on, but the Caribbean Jerk was missing the Jeerk Ceeasonin*(in my best Caribbean accent ). Service is bad to horrendous and heaven help you if you get the owner to wait on you. I have been there many times and unfortunately, she is terminally crabby, has a bad attitude towards customers and is generally rude. Not to mention that she left out two things in my simple to go order! The rest of the waitstaff is professional and courteous, but I will not order in person anymore because of her. BTW- I read a couple of the reviews posted here and have to take exception with some of the outdated or incorrect info: - The staff does not wear skimpy outfits. They are tastefully dressed in T-shirts and jeans. Maybe shorts in summer. My experience is they work hard to make sure you're taken care of. -It is not "trying hard to look like a dive bar in an old section of some mid-sized city". It actually started out as a cajun restaurant and the style was set then. IIRC it was a displaced Katrina refugee that opened the joint. They had pretty good food, but ultimately failed. Probably too many of cajun joints opened after Katrina, and the well established Pappadeaux and Razoos are just down the road. It went through another iteration as "Bikini's" a sports bar where you guessed it, the waitresses wore bikinis. That didn't last too long due to the poor food and service. Enter the Wing'd Nut, and while the owners have not done any major changes to the decor, they have 20+ TV's so you can likely see YOUR game, as well as a half-dozen others, and more importantly, they have a solid staff and great pub food. Very solid, went here for my 19th birthday after meeting the owner and hearing him mention his restaurant has spicy ranch wings, I knew I had to put it on the list. When my family went out 45 wings hit our plates along with some fried pickles. The chips and salsa is a 3.5/5. But the wings and pickles are a out of park 5 star for sure. Not a single wing came out small and every flavor was amazing and the spice/heat on the Spicy (4-5 flavors around the table. All enjoyed.) ones were just right. The fried pickles has some well put into them as well! It's a drive out as I'm living over by lake Lewisville but it's most definitely a place to check out when needing somewhere to watch a game. Came here to watch the big game and eat dinner. The place is clean and is a well decorated sports bar with nice framed memorabilia to check out! Staff is friendly and happy to serve. Bathrooms were clean and even had a foot bar on the door so you could open with your foot and not have to touch the door! The bbq wings were amazing and the fried Oreos are yummy just like the state fair kind. I thought the atomic wasn't going to be a big deal but my wings were slathered and I was in pain eating those things. And the pain lingered the next day. I think I burned a whole in my intestines.
