Toast was over cooked, not buttered, it was not edible. The last time our coffee was refilled was by a man that looked like he had just come out of the kitchen. He was very nice & we were grateful that our coffee was being refilled without having to get up and ask for it. The servers were still lolly gagging behind the counter while the gentleman was refilling our coffee. I have worked in the restaurant business from being a server & also in management.
