Unfortunately they didn't have brisket at the time of our visit but everything else we got was wonderfully delicious. We picked up the Texas Trinity w/Ribs, sausage & pork belly burnt ends with 2 sides. Every thing was delicious but the ribs were the star of the plate. Much so that you could not pick it up. You had to eat the sandwich with a fork. The big issue we had was that the turkey leg was RAW! I picked it open to feed my kids and blood just poured out. We went back to tell them and get a new one and that one looked like it was cooked better until after a few bites in, blood gushed out again. I really hope my kids don't get food poisoning, as I am starting to feel sick already. I wonder how many raw turkey legs they gave out and if anyone else even noticed they were raw.
