There was El Waygu, a very good Lemonade truck, a Tex Mex truck, and a Coffee truck at this location. We ordered three(3) classic burgers (one(1) w/ everything but onions, and two(2) w/ just pepper-jack cheese, mayo & pickles, one small & one large garlic parmesan fries. At this point, they had sold out of their queso, however, we were fortunate to get a tiny amount with our order. Our wait was about 40mins, which was pretty good considering ppl coming after us waited over 1hr, and others have shared their waits were exceptionally longer. My partner was very impressed with their burger (except to say they would not order mustard & ketchup next time, as it was a bit much). However, I found the burger lacking, tasting too greasy (which can be common with Wagyu meat), and it really needed lettuce & tomato (which they do not offer at all) to enhance the flavors. Overall, I'm glad that I got the opportunity to try them out, but would have to be in the area already before I'd go back again. Equally, considering their loyal customer base and what seems to be consistency of them running out of items & long wait times. It's probably time for them to consider either a larger enhanced truck or a store front.
