Anyway, I heard the woman a few orders before mine ask if we had to do the tacos x2 (on the menu, they're listed as you getting two of the same tacos). He said you could mix it up if you wanted to try different tacos. When it was my time to order, I asked if I could do that as well, and he said I could. I ordered the sloppy taco and the fried avocado taco. Both sounded delicious, and I was going to share them with my girlfriend. She wanted to try those as well (I ordered before she texted me back... But luckily I ordered what she wanted). If you order two tacos that are different, they'll charge you the higher price of the two. That's totally OK with me, but just a heads up. They give you one of those alert squares that lets you know when your order is ready, that way you can go back to your table or whatever. I just hung out there and waited with the rest of the folks who had ordered. My buzzer went off, and I went to get my tacos. Instead of getting a sloppy taco and a fried avocado taco, I got two fried avocado tacos. They were busy, and I was content with getting two fried avocado tacos because they still looked delicious. The tacos were great. Nice crisp to the avocado. Flavor was spot on. Definitely worth checking out if you get the chance. Just thinking about them right now is making me hungry. Since that time they have provided food for three events, large and small. Each time Jessica has been extremely responsive, accommodating and went above and beyond to provide the best menu for our gatherings. The first was food truck catering for a wedding, the second was a small family meal (that we picked up at the truck one Sat.) to help that same couple celebrate an anniversary and the third event was catering a birthday/retirement party for us. She personally saw to it that we had everything we asked for and more!! I would give ten stars if I could and we will continue to visit their truck as much as possible. I opted for pork ribs and coleslaw since that's what someone else ordered. =) The ribs were really great except the rub/crust made it a little saltier than I like. But I never use salt at a restaurant, and I order my In-N-Out fries cooked light, no salt. =) I should've just rubbed a little of the salt off the ribs and/or used a little water. So I would order that again. The coleslaw had a really good spicy kick. I think I like mine a little more chopped up, but I could've just thrown it in a food processor. Anyway, definitely worth trying the coleslaw. They have an unusual pizza, but this was the first weekend they didn't have the dough. They cater. And I think they know a good cajun cook. I love cajun, so I should've asked more about whether he was catering only, or if you could pick up at the food truck. Overall, good food. Friendly owners. Innovating, but not cutting corners.
