Been here several times and every time I go, I try something different. There's really not one item that I can recommend more than others because they are all delicious and fresh. The place is small, possibly enough for about 10 people to sit down inside so any large parties should be aware of this. Also, it is located on the backside of the gas station and can be easily over looked. The ladies inside have been friendly and quick to serve our orders. The fruit cups are great. Fruit is always fresh and the chamoy is yummy. Also, the brisket nachos are delicious and a quick meal for someone that's hungry. read more

Café Chamoy - $10 for Conchitas Preparadas!!! We'll never go back here, it's not that good to be worth $10. The ice cream wasn't that good either. - Desserts Near Me - Rockwall, Texas

I tried the Dubai chocolate . And I can say it didn't disappoint at all. Place is always friendly and food / ice cream is always good.

Tacos are not good at all. Limes were hard meats were dry and the beans and rice tastes and look like it's from a package. Service was okay lady's were nice. read more

Fast fun easy. Great for a snack or light meal. Staff was cordial and helpful. We will return. Recommended. read more

We love the food. We have had a couple of issues; the hours online in wrong. They should tell you they stop serving food at least half an hour before closing and tell you they only sell snacks then. If you Arden nachos you may want the cheese on the side because your chips are smothered and soggy but the flavors are very good. read more

I really wanted to love this place but it just was not it for me. I ordered the taco plate with 3 chicken tacos and a side of rice and beans. Now opening the container and looking at my food I was like ok looks like it has potential to be good. But I was so disappointed. The rice was bland no flavor, the beans were runny and very bland as well, the tacos had the flavor there but the shells were a weird hard/soft and rubbery texture idk what happen to the shells. The cilantro was not cilantro it was all stems, the limes were super dry couldn't even get a drop out of them. But the green salsa was good. I doubt that I will be back to visit this place or give it a second try it was not worth my money. read more

Authentic and delish! Cute little place and the prices are reasonable! Would definitely come back

Café Chamoy - Elote (halfway eaten, there was crema and cheese on top I promise) and brisket nachos (jalapeños not pictured) - Desserts Near Me - Rockwall, Texas

Best shakes, really good tortas and snacks. We come here for dinner or just to get some fresh fruit. We've had the brisket and ham Torta, love the bread they use and they're generous with the amount of brisket and ham. Very tasty! Okay the shakes are the best!! You can't go wrong with them, any flavor you choose will be very good. The elotes, mangonada, bananas splits are good too. Awesome customer service as well, the young lady at the counter is very nice. read more

Café Chamoy is a small, Mexican snack store that my sister had discovered when craving an Elote. This is my second visit here, and I have yet to leave displeased. I ordered a small Elote and it was honestly one of the best ones I've ever had! They do a great job of balancing the mayo and the cheese all while giving you options for hot sauce. There are 3 different sizes, (all reasonably priced) but a small is enough for me. I also ordered Fresas con Crema and it was delicious! The creme is a subtle sweet, sweet enough, but not too much. My only thing would be the amount of strawberries they put, because I personally like the creme more than the actual fruit. Overall, I definitely recommend visiting this café. I promise you won't be disappointed! read more

Cute little shop with lots of snacks such as ice cream, cookies, muffins, and classic Mexican foods like tacos, tortas, quesadillas, and elotes!! The staff is insanely friendly and so sweet. Will be coming back often!!! I think we found our new go to spot I got the frescas con crema, medium elote, one brisket and one chicken taco. Elote is always great, been going for years and I've never had a bad experience. Always great service, and food is wonderful.

Hidden Gem! I've had their Corn in a cup and it was creamy and not watery as that happens when they scoop the corn in a cup and do not strain properly. Nice little Mexican "snack" shop. They have everything from fruit snacks, to sweets and ice cream. Various coffee's, juices and Coke's. And taco's and quesadillas. The space is small, only about 4 tables, but very neat and clean. I had a brisket taco w/ a cup of watermelon and a water and thought it was pretty good. read more

Stopped in with family while visiting from Louisiana. Delicious! We'd been playing at a nearby splash pad, in the sun, sweatin'. We're driving by after, saw the sign advertising 'Mexican Refreshments' and turned the car around! Raspados with fresh fruit, excellent ice cream and milkshakes! We had a Tamarind & Pina flavor, so good! The food looked and smelled delicious! So glad we stopped! read more

I love the brisket nachos!! The brisket itself is flavorful and the cheese sauce is hot and gooey it's served with pico, jalapeños and I believe it's cojita cheese sprinkled on top all enhancing the entire dish! My kids love it too! Their fruit cups are delicious a little pricey but I guess you pay for convenience. I love that you can customize the fruit you want in it and what toppings you want (chamoy, tajin, salt, valentina etc) The Agua de Horchata is always a go to as well! read more

Our go to when we want a mini picnic type date with simplicity. Elote, ice cream flavors, meals are good too!

Best Mangonada ever! I mean, really, the best. I haven't try anything but their shaved ice options. A must try! read more

Yum!!!! This is a cute very clean little shop located in Fate Texas where you can grab an authentic Mexican snack or a delicious scoop of Haagen Daz Ice Cream. I took my kiddos here after school for some brisket nachos, cheesecake and ice cream. Everything was delicious and the customer service was great! They offer fruit cups, corn in a cup, cookies, muffins, chips and many more fun treats. Be adventurous and try something you normally wouldn't, you wont be sorry!
