Cheese enchilada
Jamie S.

We gave adios fajitas a shot after I saw people compare it to Pappasitos, which is my favorite! We ordered the Medium combo fajitas that's supposed to feed 1-2 people. It's def not a lot of meat and was $40. So, depending on the appetite, I would probably order a larger size even for the cost to make sure you have enough. The meat was good but could've used a little more seasoning. It did come with a cup of melted butter that was nice. The sides were all good. The salsa was really good, probably the highlight for me. I also got a cheese enchilada on the side. It comes with a chili over it and it was good. So, with all of that said, Adios Fajitas was good but it's expensive for what you get. I mean a 4 oz queso was $4. 4 oz is tiny. Given their prices, I wanted to love it.

Thank you Gavin for a great experience for my first time at Adios! Amazing chips and salsa it was some of the best I ever had, wow! Also ordered the chicken fajita salad to top it off! Amazing service and look forward to being back!

Medium Wagyu Beef Fajitas Delivered.

Great Fajitas. I will say that they are expensive so you are paying more for quality if you get food here. The meat is Wagyu Steak (not Japanese) and is tender and flavorful. The accompaniments are all great quality as are the chips, salsa & Queso. I am curious to see how the concept works as the food is great but the prices may test the market. That being said, we enjoyed the delivery during the cowboys game.

The food line was long and the food was great

Well I'm building a new Sprouts Farmers Market next door to those locations. I needed a catered Xmas party for about 50 of my trades - this turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. They delivered, setup and the food was spectacular!!! I Highly recommend to all , the taste and service is excellent.

Beef fajitas, chips

These fajitas are amazing. No joke some of the best I've ever had in my life as a native Texan. My family of 5 (with 3 boys) got the large combo fajitas to go, and it was enough for us. The beef is super tender and flavorful, and the chicken must be marinated a long time because it was excellent and packed with flavor, and I'm usually not a huge chicken fajitas guy. All the fixings are top quality, and with generous portions. Some reviewer said it's overpriced, I disagree strongly. The value is excellent for what you are getting. The included guac is something you'd pay an extra $6-8 easily anywhere else, it's way more than a tiny scoop and it's way more delicious too. Plus all the included sour cream, pico, rice and beans, and chips, and I think it's a good value. If you're looking for cheap fajitas this probably isn't the place for you, but if you value quality and flavor, you won't find better than Adios Fajitas. Staff was super friendly with excellent service too, seems like a really well run place.

Bacon wrapped shrimp.

I was really hoping that this place was going to be good! It definitely disappointed. Way over priced and food was not good. Steak was chewy and hard to eat, flour tortillas were undercooked. I paid 18$ for five shrimp that were not good wrapped in uncooked bacon. Sadly I will not be going back here again.

The food didn't impress me. The jalapeno sausage was bland and the thick slices of processed American cheese in the tacos were off putting.

Parking took a little hunting, but that's downtown for you. Consider it a brief appetizer of frustration. Once inside, the restaurant was quiet, and the service was excellent. Our drinks never ran dry, and the chips and salsa runneth over. Both were really good, which made it difficult to remember we had actual meals coming. We also ordered queso, because apparently chips need options. It wasn't my favorite; the flavor was okay, but it was THICK. Less "dip your chip" and more "check your chip's structural integrity." I'd probably skip it next time. On our server's recommendation, I tried the brisket enchiladas. Definitely a departure from the traditional version: the tortillas were filled with mashed potatoes, with brisket on top and sauce underneath. Those potatoes soaked up the sauce like they'd been assigned the job, which made the dish a bit greasy. That said, the flavor was really good. Would I come back? Absolutely. I'd probably explore some other dishes next time, but the friendly service, quiet atmosphere, and steady supply of chips and salsa made this a pleasant lunch. Worth a stop if you're in the area; just leave a few extra minutes for the downtown parking scavenger hunt.

I got a ranch water, which was weak and the seltzer seemed kind of flat. Others in my group got on-the-rocks margs and were likewise not impressed.

It's on the smaller size but don't underestimate it! Ben greeted us and told us we could sit anywhere, we found our seats and ordered drinks and appetizer. My husband had a Mexican Coke and I tried the happy hour house margarita. It was made fresh by hand! It was so good. Perfect balance of flavor. I also enjoyed their jalapeno margarita. For app we got the queso blanco which was flavorful and delicious and we enjoyed the hand made chips. For entree we ordered the steak fajitas and omg they were the best steak fajitas we have ever had and their beans are black beans and so yummy. So I have to give props to back of house Emmanuel and Kendall. I know it sounds like i'm affiliated with them, but I assure you I will just leave a great review when it's deserved!

Instead told us the online menu shows the new prices. But that's irrelevant since we agreed on menu prices when we ordered. For these prices, I would've expected better service. It took almost 35-40 minutes to get our first dish. Then another 20 minutes for the 2nd dish since they forgot it. Made it up by giving us free dessert which is fine. Birria tacos were okay, nothing special. Birria Ramen was better. One of the waiters didn't seem to know what belongs to what. Had to keep asking for help. Almost gave us the wrong item twice. Seemed a bit disorganized. Ambiance was okay. Felt like any typical Mexican restaurant. Nothing memorable.
