Where do I even start. I placed an online order through the Torchy's Tacos App, and it was scheduled to be ready at 8:28. I've ordered this way many times before and usually receive my food earlier than the scheduled time, so I had certain expectations. This time was different, which initially wasn't a big deal. However, when I asked about my order, an employee (wearing a mask) told me that 8:28 was "when the ticket was supposed to print," not when I should receive my food. Meanwhile, several customers who ordered in person after I arrived received their food before me--even though I had placed my order ahead of time. My food finally came out at 8:29. Again, not a huge issue, but definitely frustrating. The real problem started when I got home and realized my order was incorrect. Items were missing, including my Bushfire tacos. I called the store and asked for my missing items and was told to come back to pick up the missing items. When I did, the food I received was not only poorly prepared but honestly disgusting--and to make matters worse, it upset my stomach. This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially after spending around $40 on tacos. I've never had this level of poor service from Torchy's Tacos before. read more

Great new Torchys in town. I'm happy I don't have to drive to Rockwall anymore for this. Great tacos and nice place. The staff will catch up soon and know about everything. So ecstatic that we finally have a Torchy's. This location is so open and love the outside seating as well. Their bar is great as well. Had the queso, which is so delicious, and brushfire tacos. They are just sooo good. The margarita was great too. None of that sweet "fake" mixes other places use. Loved the service and the attentions as well. This will for sure be my go to spot. read more

I ordered Torchy's for my family. We ordered the Trailer Park, Trailer Park Trash, Naughty Santa, Baja Shrimp, and the kids grilled chicken. I have to say it was all delicious. Various sauces were provided, but only thing I used was the pico on the grilled chicken. There was no need. The portion sizes are street taco size. But they were full and delicious. I went inside to wait on my order. There was a bar inside and a layed back vibe. Food was prepared quickly and it was an easy grab and go from the pick up. My go-to taco is the Mr. Orange . It's perfect for when I'm watching what I eat and trying to steer clear of fried food. It's filling, flavorful, and makes the choice between fish and heavier options like beef or pork an absolute no-brainer. Healthy and delicious? Yes, please! The service was top-notch--staff were everywhere, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, and all of them were incredibly friendly. I also noticed they've got a good number of TVs, so I made a mental note: this is definitely the spot to catch a game. The menu items for vegan/vegetarian were different from the location I've been to in Dallas so I was a little intimidated at first. I ordered the Fo Sho and it was banging fa sho! We truly love a few of the tacos from Torchy's and we are happy they are here in Forney. Our first visit here was no disappointment. They recently updated their app and when I went in the lady at the counter was very patient while I updated the app on my phone so I can earn my points. We also found this location to be very clean and has ample seating inside and outside. Their taco, the Democrat was outstanding as always and we also tried one of their new bowls and it was full of healthy ingredients and quite delicious. My hungry belly was truly satisfied. read more

Their food is not as good as it used to be (not just Forney one). Is sad because we used to absolutely love Torchys Tacos, but food was not cooked well. Meat was dry in tacos, & churros were not cooked. Biting into raw dough is so gross. Service was excellent as it is in most Torchys. read more
