Had brunch here with Mom on Tuesday. We were nearby for a doctor appt and found it with the help of Yelp. Mom ordered the Western omelet with hashbrowns and fruit; I ordered the Farmer's skillet with fruit. The hashbrowns were cooked perfectly - not pale and not too crispy, just perfect. The vegetables were fresh and also not cooked to oblivion - they were perfect. Whoever is in their kitchen, really knows how to prepare/saute veggies properly AND my over-medium eggs were also textbook! Our server was friendly and helped us track down the brand of iced tea they serve - again, delicious! Can't wait to bring my hubby here. read more

From the moment we walked in, everything was perfection. I ordered the pumpkin cappuccino--rich, cozy, and perfectly spiced, while my son had the cutest teddy latte (which was extra special because if you follow them on IG and show them, the teddy latte is on the house... such a fun touch!). For food, I had the chicken fried chicken, which was crispy, flavorful, and pure comfort on a plate. My son ordered the waffles, and they were light, fluffy, and devoured in minutes. A huge shout-out to Maddie, our server, she was AMAZING. She knows the menu inside and out, gave honest recommendations, and brought the perfect balance of spunky personality and excellent service. One of the best brunch spots I've tried in the metroplex so far! Staff was very nice and friendly. Restaurant was clean and decorated well. The food was so delicious. Stopped in for brunch with my family. They were thankfully one of the only spots open for a Wednesday brunch. We're all over 21 so we sat at the bar and ordered mimosas and breakfast there. They had a range of brunch cocktails and even a brunch shot. Eggs Benedict was solid and had real nice thick slices of ham. Hash browns were crispy. Overall, solid and welcoming brunch spot. read more

My Food was so good! I had the farm market with added grilled chicken & omg cooked to perfection. I also had mini pancakes with chocolate chips and strawberries on top. I have to say that for the longest time this has been my wife's and my goto place for brunch almost every weekend for the last year or two. I'm not sure what has changed but our last couple of visits have been between disappointing to flat out gross. I am always hesitant to send food back, I assume any place can have a bad day. However one bite and I almost hurled. I didn't make a fuss just set it to the side but when I didn't want it packed up, the waiter's response blew my mind. He said yeah, our food has been getting pretty bad. Like what!? Anyhow, we give any place grace but if we have three bad experiences in a row, it gets stricken from the list. Sadly 30 Brunch has reached that stage. read more

Well, my favorite breakfast stop is still rocking and rolling. They remember me by name...heck, they even kept a pen safe for me after being gone for a couple months. Food is always good! I always get a traditional breakfast with specific requests, like extra crispy hash browns. They always honor what I want with a smile on their face! One of the sweet owners is always around for hug and a hello. Service is always great. I personally sit at the bar. Give this place a shot when you're wanting breakfast or brunch. Reasonably priced. The food was amazing better than exquisite imo I had the French toast eggs bacon and hash browns. I rarely eat hash browns because they're normally soggy but these were fabulous I ate every single bite. It's crowded but worth the wait. About 20 minutes - service was friendly - orange juice is fresh squeezed - pancakes are fluffy and slightly sweet - bacon nice and crispy per my request - decent coffee, tasted like it's medium to dark - right size portions instead of the usual huge breakfasts imo; great prices. - busy/popular place. Not too loud but definitely bustling. - located in a strip mall I had the two egg combo with potatoes and pancakes: $7. Added bacon for $3. They had brunch mimosa-looking flights that seemed fun. But I wasn't drinking this day. Mom says restroom was clean. Her only complaint was that, as busy as it is, she would like to see more stalls. I'm not a huge fan of strip mall food vibe but it was no problem. The value is great. Most popping brunch spots tax hard, because they can. The food here is fresh and tasty. Good menu. This was our second family visit here. The restaurant was spotless and very tidy. The wait staff uniforms all looked crisp and fresh. The menus had just enough selections to make it hard to decide. I had the crepes with strawberries, bananas and Nutella. Wow! Everyone in our party found something for them. Each of us were thoroughly satisfied with our meals. A few requested to sample my crepe's. Sorry there are no pictures. As a family gathering we try hard to put away the phones and just enjoy the conversation. It appears this may be an ongoing location to have a meal together. This establishment is family owned and managed. The owners are family to Luigi's Italian in Rockwall, which we have been patronizing since we were in our teens going to youth group in the late 80's. Go! read more

First time here and honestly with one look at their prices, I asked my friend what we've been doing all along paying so much for breakfast food elsewhere. On arriving, there was a wait time of 25 mins. The decor was a regular brunch spot, nothing out of the ordinary. However, there were two seats and the bar which we ended up taking. For drinks I ordered the peach martini and omg, a solid 10/10. Great balance of the peach and lemon. For our food. I ordered the Texas skillet with jalapeño added and pancakes for my side. For a $15 meal, this was more than plentyyyy plus the beef strips were soooo tasty, the veggies fresh and the balance of flavor fantastic. I took my mother here on a Thursday morning. They were pretty busy and we were offered seats outside. It took a good 10+ minutes for us to see our waitress but the hostess did take our drink orders. When our waitress brought my mom's coffee she didn't bring any surgar or milk. When we finally received it was wasn't in the cute caddy like the other tables and her coffee has already gotten cold. Our food was really good but service was extremely slow and impersonal. Not to mention the table looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. I've been to the location in Dallas and had a great time. Have only had breakfast here and we visit about once per month. We are generally pleased with both the food and service on our breakfast visits. Today we tried it for lunch and it was not very good. Wife and I both ordered the classic cheese burger cooked medium. Neither burger was cooked properly. Wife's burger was medium rare while mine was rare and leaked on the plate and table. When we asked for more napkins to mop the mess up, the waitress said it was the sign of a juicy burger. I prefer to call it under cooked. The sandwich itself was served with several pieces of romaine lettuce and lots of mayonnaise. The burger burst apart when we picked it up to eat and we needed to use our forks to eat it. We both pushed ours aside after attempting to overcome the messy sandwich. Very disappointing. read more

Great food and reasonably priced cocktails. I am pleasantly surprised to see something open up in this area that I would become a regular customer at. I had the Chicken Fried Chicken and a Wake and Bake cocktail. Just before 10am, it was not too busy and the waiters were ready to help everyone that enter right away. My plate came with a lot of chicken on it, so it definitely filled me up. I live less than a mile away and usually drive to Garland or Rockwall for great brunch options (not into diner type facilities), so this is definitely promising. I hope to visit more often to try different dishes. Hopefully they open up the side patio area for dog friendly seating even though it's a small area. read more

Are you kidding me?! This place is a gem. I walked in to a hustle and bustle of brunch. The many tables were filled with chatty customers, who by all visual cues were enjoying themselves. The servers are attentive and quick. The meals were generous and delicious and frankly, I was surprised with the low cost, especially after tasting our selections.
