Our bill. Covered by our tier perks $30. With tip we paid $8.48 ($6 tip)

Would I eat here again? It's on site of the Hotel so yes. We had the continental breakfast with choose 3 as our member tier perk. The staff is really friendly, the decor is chic/modern and our oats were made right. I would return to try other dishes based on the friendliness and cleanliness. On our next visit we will try the chilaquiles verdes and the Heirloom breakfast and will try to do a dinner as well.

Had breakfast here twice during our stay. Pleasantly Surprised!! Food was excellent and the service as good. Avocado Toast was one of the best I've had. Presentation, food quality that you could see and taste. Never thought a spinach salad with breakfast would be appealing but it was very good. The muffins were fresh and moist and croissants toasted perfectly. Seriously and nice breakfast that will hold its own anywhere.

    Good looking continental break.

So Heirloom kitchen is in a hotel lobby and was a nice surprise. They practiced safe distancing, service was spot on, very attentive, friendly, and there breakfast was perfect every morning. The restaurant was nice and clean with a great view of the lake.

Had dinner at the hotel as we had a long travel day and didn't feel like going out. We also had some wine which was an amazing price. I ordered the crawfish deviled eggs and they were amazing. I wish I had more they were that good. The bartenders are awesome and attentive. My co workers had a salad and a shrimp Rueben. Both look awesome and we all cleared our plates. Will eat here again.

Ate here for lunch during an HR conference. There was also a large wedding going on at the same time. Service was decent - a little slow as I think they were short handed due to all the events. I ordered the 44 burger which was prepared as ordered. Portions were huge but it was a bit salty. The sweet potato fries were good but not warm when they were delivered to the table. The biggest issue was getting the check paid at the end. The server brought the bill which has the convenient box to put your room # in but if you aren't a hotel guest you have to flag them down to take your payment.

    House Burger with fries

10/10 recommend the handmade House Burger and fries with a cold craft beer for a great lunch with a view.

We are served drinks and appetizers in the lovely bar area overlooking Lake Ray Hubbard, then move into the dining room for dinner.

Large selection of deviled eggs with options allowing you to try multiple ones! You can also get egg salad, in a bowl, on a bagel, or in a larger container. Catering available. Order at counter. This is mostly A TO GO PLACE as there is only one two top inside. The area does have a couple tables outside and benches you could eat at overlooking the lake. Staff were beyond friendly and willing to walk you through the menu. They truly cared about making it a good experience and crafting the eggs perfectly - which looks tedious. I got a 6 PACK and enjoyed every single one! Chicken Caesar (top left) BLTE (top middle) Everything Seasoning (top right) - simply delicious! Ballpark (bottom left) Cheeseburger (bottom middle) Chicken Bacon Ranch (bottom right) The different yolk mixtures are great with preserving the integrity of the deviled egg while amping it up just enough to make you go, WOW! It's amazing how they can perfectly pack so much in such a small vessel to get the complete taste of the item in each bite. Kudos Deviled Egg Co! I hope we see more locations in the Metroplex as you grow!

It was cold outside so imagine my surprise when I see NO inside seating as all the videos I had seen leading up to me coming showed seating - apparently this is at another location which I guess I totally missed. There was some outside seating (two tables, 4 chairs) but it was COLD outside! We ordered 2 6 pack eggs to get a variety however no utensils so sharing became not an option. Some eggs were better than others but that's once again based on what you like, however these were some pricey bites. I can say I've been there and tried that. The guy who was working there ~ KUDOS to him! He explained eggs to me and then I realized he was also making the eggs as he was the only person working there that evening and he was handling it like a champ.

Mom ordered the Western omelet with hashbrowns and fruit; I ordered the Farmer's skillet with fruit. The hashbrowns were cooked perfectly - not pale and not too crispy, just perfect. The vegetables were fresh and also not cooked to oblivion - they were perfect. Whoever is in their kitchen, really knows how to prepare/saute veggies properly AND my over-medium eggs were also textbook! Our server was friendly and helped us track down the brand of iced tea they serve - again, delicious! Can't wait to bring my hubby here.

For food, I had the chicken fried chicken, which was crispy, flavorful, and pure comfort on a plate. My son ordered the waffles, and they were light, fluffy, and devoured in minutes. A huge shout-out to Maddie, our server, she was AMAZING. She knows the menu inside and out, gave honest recommendations, and brought the perfect balance of spunky personality and excellent service. She truly elevated the entire experience. Great food, great vibes, thoughtful details, and outstanding service. We'll absolutely be back and recommending 30 Brunch House to everyone we know!
