Perfect burger
Chad J.

Overall I am giving it 3 stars, but if I had just had the burger it would be a solid 4 stars. The good: Burger was cooked perfectly medium rare as I requested. Meat was seasoned well the bun was soft and fluffy. A solid 4 star burger for sure! Service was also amazing! The bad: Wife had the chicken strips, they are definitely hand made but way way to salty.... Could not finish them. Also their honey mustard was just not for my liking. We upgraded the fries to Onion Rings, they looked great but tasted blah, only ate 2.

Snuffer's has been a Rockwall staple for quite some time. You can enjoy indoor or outdoor seating or grab a seat at the bar. The servers always have a smile on their face and are quick to grab your order. I always love getting the chili dog and of course, fries. Highly recommend for a quick lunch or dinner.

I was craving Chicken Fried Steak and my wife wanted Cheesy Bacon Fries - so our choice was obvious! Snuffers never disappoints on the Cheese Fries!! They were excellent as usual! My CFS was just what the Dr ordered; yes, it had more breading than meat - but it was still good! My wife enjoyed her Sliders, and soon enough - we were full! The Tito's Lemonade is very similar to my home-fave, and it was spot on (although slow)! No more self-seating; I guess a hostess is required to insure adequate spacing - but we were seated quickly. I'm sure it is difficult to keep experienced wait-staff when the capacity is reduced (like during virus), and frankly - it showed. Service was a bit slow, but in fairness - they appeared to be training a lot of new servers. Hopefully that improves as soon as capacity increases.

It smells like stale beer ... every time we walk in The entire bar area needs a good sanding and refinish or something to get rid of this smell We do still continue to visit here and there The grill cheese w bacon avocado and tomato keeps me going back. Off menu item btw I've been going to the Original Snuffers since 1985 .. Food is always good so I rated it 4 stars but maybe should be 3.5 for this location Service is always good

Passion fruit margaritas on point. It's mango margarita with shot of chamborn. Noah knows how to make them. Get ya some

Fantastic service. The food was delicious and the margaritas were out of this world. Cannot wait to take our family.

The quality of the food was not good and the wait time was unreasonably long for the amount of people there. Will not be coming back.

My daughter had the Moline Rogue, her fiancé a gin and tonic, my wife a red wine, and I went with the Fig Paper Plane (which, I'll admit, I forgot comes in a pretty fancy glass, lol). All of the drinks were excellent. We kicked things off with the hummus and bam bam shrimp. The hummus was delicious and very smooth, but we did run out of naan bread pretty quickly. We asked for more and didn't realize there was an additional $5.50 charge. Not a huge deal, just something we would've approached differently had we known. Dinner overall was very enjoyable. My wife had the miso salmon with Wade's Brussels...great flavor, though the roasted carrot purée leaned a bit salty. Our daughter ordered the grain mustard glazed salmon, which was very good, just slightly heavy on the mustard (easy enough to work around). My future son-in-law had the blackened shrimp pasta...rich, flavorful, and no complaints there at all. I ordered the market catch, which was Chilean sea bass. Since it's Lent, I requested no bacon. The owner personally came out to explain that the bacon was incorporated into the lentils that accompany the dish, and they were more than accommodating in offering a substitution. I went with the carrots with chili crisp, which turned out to be a great alternative. Aside from the slightly salty purée and the surprise naan charge, everything was well executed. The service stood out, especially the attention to dietary needs, which was very much appreciated. Overall, a really enjoyable dinner, and I'm already looking forward to coming back, next time to try the market catch as it was originally designed.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully curated without trying too hard. The service was top-notch. Attentive and friendly server -- you can tell they care about every guest's experience. And the food... wow. By far some of the greatest Italian dishes we've had -- and that's saying a lot because we've traveled all over Europe. Every bite was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with quality ingredients and pride. If you appreciate delicious, high-quality food and a charming atmosphere, this place is a must. We will absolutely be back!

We were roaming around the old courthouse Square downtown and stumbled upon this jewel. The atmosphere is really laid-back cool and their prices are quite fair. We split the bruschetta salad.. it was HUGE!! Very fresh with a wonderful, light dressing. The cheesy bread that comes with this salad is very good. Interestingly, it is served under the salad. For our entrée, we split the meatball lasagna. Again, a huge single portion, so splitting it was perfect. We have many terrific restaurants around us - Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake. However, this was one of the finest Italian meals we have had anywhere, including Little Italy in Boston. Everything was so flavorful and hearty. The garlic toast served with the lasagna was also excellent. By the way, the old-fashioned with Makers Mark bourbon was superb as well. Based on our first-time experience, there is nothing NOT to like about this establishment. I just wish the portions weren't so generous so that we might have had room for the coconut cream pie. BTW, Hailey is an excellent server.

The build-your-own burger I made (blt, mayo, and added avocado spread) was FANTASTIC!! The fries were a hit. Sweet potato and plain were both the most amazing addition to their burgers. Loved the spicy and regular ranch! Okay now to the margarita. Strong and tasted pretty good. My husband enjoyed the beer options (purple haze and dark matter). My only beef with the harbor is the parking. I don't feel the infrastructure here is set up for this much volume of stores and customers. Of course this isn't the restaurants' fault.

What makes the Rockwall spot stand out is its incredible outdoor patio, complete with swinging tables and chairs and a beautiful view of the lake. It's one of the best patios around. The burgers themselves are wonderfully creative, often featuring unexpected ingredients--like strawberry compote. On a burger? Absolutely. And it works. I can be a pretty picky eater, but at Rodeo Goat I've learned to trust the menu. Order it the way the chef intended, and you'll be glad you did. You can't go wrong with any Rodeo Goat, but the Rockwall location is especially worth the visit for the views and the outstanding burgers. You won't be disappointed.
