So let's start with Mary! She's the best. It's like Flo at Mel's diner but better food. So she suggested the chicken fried steak cut in strips... So yummy. She's attentive. She's personable. She's very efficient. I've gone on her off days and still a good place to eat but Mary, and her GREAT service... They should keep her! read more

We LOVE Boomers!! The food is great!!! The people are great. Some waitress already know our order. Plenty of regulars hang around. The vibe is great, whether we're listening to music while we dine or watch a game. Always a great spot!! read more

Service and food were great but portions were tiny. Chicken strips were the size of nuggets and the coleslaw came in a tiny bowl the size of one of those paper ketchup bowls. Left hungry. read more

Ordered quesadilla chicken Salad. It was not as described. Salad with chicken and quesadillas. No black beans. No corn relish. When ask, they were out. No discount or apology. Staff to busy buying jerseys from some dude. Not impressed and won't be back. No wonder they changed the name. It won't help. Still just a place to get a beer. It was too cold and the music was too loud. read more

This place is one of the few hidden gems of Mesquite. The only thing better than the food is the service. the ambiance is chill, unless you're a square. read more

The waitress was very friendly and attentive, music was Very loud though. Food was not bad, and the Long Island Iced Tea was decent for the $3 Tuesday special. My only BIG complaint was a cockroach ran across the table and my plate of food towards the end of my meal. The manager did seem mortified, and comped one of the meals on the ticket. However, roaches anywhere is a big NO from me. I should have paid more attention to the lack of displayed health department audit, they have instead a paper taped to the window where you can scan a QR code to access it, which is never really a good sign. I would have liked to give this place another shot, but cockroaches are one of the few things that majorly turn me off. read more

Visited this location last night about midnight after a softball game. I used Yelp to locate late night grub because it was late and the spot is listed as closing at 1am. Once we arrived it was 1220...the door was unlocked and open sign shining brightly. The coach entered to find out the restaurant was closed. The door sign stated it closed at 12am. Also, this Boomerjacks does not resemble the chain Boomerjacks in areas like Arlington Highlands, Lincoln Square, etc. read more

Great night with buddies from the 'old school days' catching up and sharing laughs about our youth activities and common friends. Many items offered provided pleasant sharing and sampling. Comfortable separation area in the back, away from the hustle and bustle of sports enthusiasts enjoying the many large screens. Staff courteous and attentive! Patrons enjoyed billiards in area that provided ample space without noise a bother. read more

Unfortunately, I can't say I had a good experience. This is my third time going there for food and drinks with my family and the third time the service has been horrible. The third time that we been told that our meals were running so slow because the kitchen was understaff. The only time we were checked on after our initial order was when I got up and walked over to our waiter and asked her what was going on. There's too much that went wrong to sit here and write a book, but we will never be going back to this location as it has been a disappointment every time. read more

I wanted to have high hopes for this place, but the food quality was pretty mediocre. I ordered the soup/salad combo, southwest egg rolls, and queso skillet. The tortilla soup was bland, the salad wasn't bad,the egg rolls were pretty small and lacked flavor, and lastly I've had better Velveeta/ Rotel dip in comparison to their queso skillet. read more

Wings are prepared perfect every time! I usually order from DoorDash and they always get to me in less than 30 minutes. I get the mango habanero sauce and it's perfectly sweet/spicy. Not too overpowering either way. When I pick up my order, the staff is always kind and efficient! I've only ordered wings, but I'm excited to try other menu items soon! read more

We ordered through Door Dash to our hotel room at 1130p on Monday. It took about 40 minutes for food to arrive to us. The Triple B burger was good! The ground chuck was medium well how I like, brisket was tender and bacon was not to crisp but just right, the red onions on burger chopped small and perfectly, the lettuce and tomato tasted and looked fresh onion strings could've been crispier. I think they should've put more barbecue sauce on the brisket but overall the burger tasted good. The fries had a good sweet seasoning taste. Be prepared to pay $13 dollars for burger and fries but it's worth it. I gave 3 stars because I didn't get the full dining and ambiance experience, but will dine in for that. read more

This is my first time going to BoomerJack's and I was incredibly happy with the fast service, kind waitress's, and piping hot food. I mostly went for the drinks but decided to order the sampler. The mozzarella were hot & googy with cheese! The Thai chili wings were perfectly sweet & spicy & the egg rolls were greasy & deep fried. It was good for bar food. The shots were tasty! Everything came quickly. I even got a free drink! I definitely enjoyed my time there & will be back again! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I waited over 20mins for my to go to be ready after placing it 20mins before pick up. You got workers eating food and walking around doing nothing. Nobody manages the to go orders so you stand there hoping you get acknowledged. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more

We moved to the area six months ago, so we've been trying to give business around us a chance. This has been the third order from BoomerJack's. The first order was from their website and picked up. You can tell when you enter the door that the crowd at the bar are the regulars. Had I walked in to place an order, I would have probably left without placing it. The order wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything to brag about either. The next two orders were made using third party apps. In both occasions I was offered free delivery plus an additional discount, so we gave it a try once again. In both occasions, the steak was not cooked to order. Asked for medium well and received a medium rare steak. I don't know if their grill is too high, but it is definitely deceiving them into believe that it's cooked from the outside appearance. The mashed potatoes were just a runny mess. It was suppose to be the jalapeño cheedar mashed potatoes, but I can only assume they were out of both and chose to add more cream instead. They did manage to get the two sodas correct, but might I suggest, instead of supplying to-go orders with paper straws, go without. The cheap paper didn't survive long enough to finish my drink. I wish I could show the picture of that pink steak, but that was sent with my complaint to doordash for my money back. I did include the runny mashed potatoes though. After three failed attempts to impress, we're making the decision to not return to this place. read more

How do you mess up a.Burger & Fries to go? Start by severely overcooking the patty then put it together along with fries into a hard plastic container. Close the lid & let it all steam to unlock all the delicious potential...or is it let it steam until a soggy, unappetizing mess results? Factor in a 45 minute wait & you've lost a neighborhood customer. Management here are missing many opportunities for success. read more

BoomerJack Wings was better when it was Lonestar Wings. That was a long time ago. For Creek Crossing, this is about as good as it gets for a Bar & Grill, so they have a lot of business. Good on them! The Chips and Salsa was AMAZING... and I mean... WOW. Where did that come from! It was made from scratch. The wings are good, not perfect, but good. Running a little small. I like the Cajun Wings the best. The fries are salty, wet-ish... and very good. Try them. The beer was cold and there is a ton of TV's in here to watch. Not a bad local place to stop and and eat or watch sports. read more
