First time here, everything tasted so good. There's options for everyone, even the picky eaters. Good service as well, everyone helps one another which leads to great customer service. Definitely coming back.

This diner is always a hit. I frequent this restaurant with my grandpa after his doctor appts and on the weekends with my boyfriend. Normally always go for breakfast or brunch time. Everything is good. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Great food great service will definitely be back. Prices were also very reasonable, and the quantity and quality of the food was wonderful.

Bro was like 6'0", curly-haired, buff, Salvadoran, and had the brightest teeth I've ever seen. He definitely knew how to make a good first impression. I ordered the chicken and waffles thinking it was just going to be some regular chicken and waffles, but I was completely wrong. The chicken was actually AMAZING and way better than I expected. Everything came together really well, and I was genuinely impressed. Good food, great service, and a server who was way too friendly and handsome for a random restaurant visit. Definitely coming back!!!

She came back halfway through my meal and told me they were brewing new coffee and it would be another 7 minutes. I was finished eating by the time she came back, at which time I refused the coffee. I asked her to remove it from my bill but she did not. The food was not exciting (very dense biscuits and mushy hash browns) and the waitress never refilled my empty water glass. When we paid our bill and got the receipt from the waitress (including a $7 tip that she did not deserve!) I thanked her and told her to have a good day. She did not acknowledge either me or my husband, but handed him the receipt and walked away. I do not recommend this place and will not be back.

I asked the server to ask the kitchen if they could make me a savory crepe, and they did it for me. I had two crepes with spinach, mushrooms, and mozzarella with an extra side of hollandaise. It was so delicious! It was everything I was hoping it would be. I think I was charged a base price for the crepes, then individually charged for each added ingredient. But it was no problem because it's not on the menu, and it was no more expensive than the sweet crepes anyway. Plus, they accommodated me with me no problem. Their lattes are really good as well. The restaurant itself is a nice quiet place with lots of natural light and open space. There is a bar also, for the bar people who don't like to sit at tables or in booths. Also, the Benedict and brunch potatoes are really good too!

Toasted sourdough bread was NOT toasted but the Manger(?) replaced it with fresh toasted. Service, had to request lemons twice for hot cup of water, (2) then (4), also had to get up and request 4 extra honey small packets. (I was not a busy morning). Nice clean atmosphere. We left a 20% tip and hope things will be better the next time we visit. We were a mixed couple, his food was excellent! His only complaint was the easy over egg was "small".

Well, talk about a hidden gem. I had this place bookmarked but could not tell you where I heard…read moreabout it. It is basically a little luncheon oasis dropped right in the middle of a gigantic industrial park. On the drive over I was seriously questioning my Yelp choices. It is that kind of location. But trust Yelp and sometimes you are handily rewarded, which we absolutely were. We came after a few hours strolling around at the Botanical Gardens, so we rolled in around 1:30 and there were still plenty of people there. I can only imagine at noon this place is packed, and honestly it should be. My biggest complaint is the menus. There is one above the counter that does not include everything, and then a different, more complete version if you scan the QR code at the table (But 2 different navigations even on the website with slightly different menus). Do yourself a favor and look it up ahead of time so you are not standing there making panic decisions. There is a half sandwich and half soup combo (Not on the board but online menu), which is definitely the move. I got the pozole, which you should absolutely order, and a half grilled cheese on their housemate sourdough. Normally not my go to, but I was trying not to be completely stuffed since we had dinner plans. And they bake their own sourdough, so I had a strong feeling it would be great, and it delivered. Toasty and melty, American and cheddar. My husband got the southwestern wrap, and my friend went with the half club and half tomato soup. She immediately regretted not getting the pozole and the half birria sandwich, which tells you everything you need to know. Also need to mention the snickerdoodle. Not much to look at, kind of humble, but it completely makes up for it with flavor and that perfect soft texture. Go ahead and get the cookie. You are not here to make responsible decisions. Bottom line, it may feel like you are driving into the middle of nowhere, but keep going. This place is worth it.

However, I can see why this place has such a low rating now. I came here on a Sunday full knowing it would probably be busy. Pulled up and waitlist was 20-25, knew it would be crowded so I went back to the car to wait. 30 minutes passed and no text or update on the website. So I went in to ask the host in person. He proceeded to tell me that sometimes the app and the online system doesn't work but I could just go to the hostess area and tell them that I was just trying to get a seat for 2 people. I already waited a whole 30 minutes? Whatever. We get seated and the waitress comes to help us. We order our food and drinks and wait. Waitress comes out with the basket of biscuits and places it down. We notice we have NO silverware so we spend 10 minutes trying to get our servers attention to no avail. She's yapping at the table next to us about the food choices and other tables while not even looking up once. Fine, whatever. We ask this other guy for utensils and are hit with a "huh?" What do you mean huh? So my boyfriend and I repeat it and he walks away with a confused look on his face and comes back with utensils after 10 minutes. The utensils aren't even a complete set. One is missing a knife so we have to share a knife between the two of us. Waitress finally brings the food and surprise surprise the country fried steak is soggy with oil, the eggs for both meals are over cooked, the sausage is hard, the hashbrown casserole is crispy but like a cooked in the microwave crispy and the pancakes are basically grease soaked fried bread with suspicious burned meat somehow embedded in it. This is by far the WORST Cracker Barrel I have ever to in my entire life. Kentucky could definitely give them some tips and pointers on actual customer service and how to cook food that's edible and not puke inducing.
