After new ownership took the helm a few years ago, I've been a less frequent customer. It's been years since I've been to an out-of-town unit. So, in the spirit of adventurous eating, I wanted to try this place. Crowded because of the location and probably the Wednesday special,I found out the food probably has something to do with it also. Our experience this week was so great, it was like the OTB of the past - absolutely delicious food, a clean, refined menu, and friendly, warm, and clearly retrained staff (a previous visit included a waiter arguing with me that cucumber was one of the ingredients in the veggie quesadilla). We all had the same thing for lunch: quesadilla and soup combo and both were delicious. The flavor of chicken in my quesadilla and soup was so good - tender, juicy, and full of hearty roasted flavor. The soup was light and fresh (next time I would order it with light or no rice but that's a personal preference) and was perfect for a chilly day. The chips are thin, light, and crisp and the new salsa (served warm) is a thing of beauty. If you haven't been to OTB in a while, get in there - it's worth the visit!
