Native Station with walls. No menu on the website. The stickers on the door showing hours were already peeling and falling off. We were seated promptly, just to be ignored by wait staff for 10 minutes. The place says it's a sports bar, we came in around the same time the Mavs Spurs game started. 85% of the TV's were on Jurassic World, a couple on True Crime, and a couple others on SpongeBob. Took 10 more minutes after we got our waiter to get our beers, and 5 more minutes for our waters. Had our apps and entrees served at the same time but waited another 5 minutes for SILVERWARE. So I went in with a group of friends to watch the final FIFA match the place was busy but not packed completely. I think there was a change in management recently from what I heard. However, that did not stop what little staff they have from going above and beyond. I will definitely be back and I want to host some group events there. Had the best drinks, dinner, and atmosphere at The Iron Plow. I had a GreyGoose Lemon Drop Martini while the husband had an Old Fashion. We are both pretty particular with our drinks and let me just say The Iron Plow exceeded expectations. We had the deviled eggs as an appetizer and they were delicious! I had the All American hamburger and it was great! The husband had the Corn Beef Sandwich and it was equally as delicious. Wait staff was very attentive and the bar tender was on point. The Cobb Salad was very tasty and no complaints on it. The Fish and Chips tasted okay but it came out on a tiny cookie sheet with 2 small pieces of cod and a small order of fries and no chips. Chips are some of the beer batter crisps. The cod was perfectly cut in a triangle, so I figure they were pre breaded. The product was decent for pre breaded but for $23.00 definitely not worth the cost. The service was lacking for only have 3 tables occupied. We may try it again but $45.00 for lunch was a bit much for what we got. read more

Came to watch the Knicks vs Spurs game 5 and ended up waiting 30 minutes just to get someone to take our order. (Our party didn't end it ordering at all. Just left.) Me and my husband decided to give this new spot a try on his lunch break. Was maybe one other table and a couple people at the bar. Not busy at all. I'll start with the good. The wait staff, very friendly and the place was nice and clean. The onion rings app. AMAZING. We also ordered the "chicken" nachos to try. I empathize chicken in there because there was hardly any for it to be labeled such. My husband ordered the sirloin (medium) and I got a chicken Caesar salad. Food came out pretty quick. But maybe too quick because he ended up with a beyond raw New York strip (not a sirloin) that he had to send back. By the time they replaced his food with the right, cooked order I was already ready to go. The manager nor cook never came by to apologize, check on the replaced order or mention anything about the huge mistake. Very disappointing. For the price, wasn't worth it sadly. read more

This is a brand new operation. There are some wrinkles that must be worked out immediately. I'm going to give the management team some time to tweak their operations before I give a real review. Second time visiting...the first time they had only been open for two days. While the menu was limited then, we thought the food quality and service very good. So we decided to give it a go again this past Saturday with 5 of our friends. The menu was greatly expanded since they opened, but unfortunately the food quality and service took a big nosedive. Overall, the food and service were mediocre at best. Friend said the burger he ordered was just OK, but he thought it was overpriced for what he received. He commented that Chili's serves a much better burger for less $$. His wife ordered the chicken wrap, she said it was overly salty and had hardly any chicken inside (2-3 small strips). My other friend and I both ordered the corned beef sandwich. The menu description made it sound like it would be similar to a Ruben sandwich. We were very shocked to see what they brought out. The corned beef was dried out., overly salty and served on a non-toasted swished burger bun. Menu said it came with Russian dressing but appeared to be Thousand Island. To be honest it was below mediocre....my friend only ate half of his (he's not one to waste food). It was not even served warm. What a disappointment compared to what the menu described. Typically corned beef is served on rye or sourdough bread. For $16 we felt ripped off. My general impression of the Iron Plow? Mediocre and overpriced bar food. We liked sports bar atmosphere, exactly what you would expect at a sports bar, great place to have a beer and watch a game. First time there we had a chicken bone, something very hard and inedible? No apologies!??? Second visit was way worse, burgers were way over cooked and a few other minor disappointments! The waiter offered for us to talk to the manager, so we waited 10-15 minutes, some of us went outside but, another 10 minutes went by and still no manager. Therefore, we went to the bar area and the manager refused to speak with us and forced the bartender to do it!?? We'll give them a year or two to improve, on many levels and may try them again! Friday night 6:30. Walked in and seated quickly. Sparse menu. Waitress said everything is good. I beg to differ. $17 for a cheeseburger with fries. Oops out of fries. Making homemade onion rings since they were out of frozen onion rings. Food came out. Burger was pretty dry and greasy. Onion rings very greasy. So I get this is a new place. That said, the menu is light on depth and breadth with one burger, one salad and a few apps one of which was out. I really did enjoy the flavor of the one burger but it would have been better if it were hot when I got it rather than like warm. The onion rings were real onions and batter was seasoned well. The also charged for ranch...now, if you're going to charge 60 cents for ranch I would just like to know upfront because it feels cheesy on the back end. 3rd try...and 3rd time we had to ask for silverware and plates. I am not understanding this concept. Fine if you wait until the patron orders food to save the waste of putting out utensils and napkins - but when you bring customers food to the table...that is the clue to BRING the CUSTOMER what they need to EAT it with!!! Not just your establishment doing this but, you are a new establishment and folks expect more "service" but, instead we (the customer) feel like the nuisance for even asking!!! The skillet queso was canned cheese with sour cream and a few strings of crunchy brisket tossed in. My husband had the burger, it was raw inside and lacked flavor. The brisket flatbread was extremely scarce on brisket. I was expecting typical brisket but it was dry and scraggly, no moisture. Kids meals were good and they were happy. I understand this is a new business but I also think there is a lot to go until this place is fully prepared. We went in on Karaoke night. Did not realize it was until we sat down and the guy had the speaker so loud that we could not stay because we had our 6 month old with us. We had ordered a drink and an appetizer before we realized how loud it was. Asked for the appetizer to go if they already made it. Took 40 min for deviled eggs to come out. I was outside with our baby for almost 20 min waiting. My husband finally stood up and walked out in frustration after paying for the food. Really good food. We had the deviled eggs, hot honey chicken, and sliders. Really neat venue with a lot of opportunity for ongoing events etc. Service was a little slow based on the number of people in here which would be a concern if the were busy.
