Both here and the Rowlett location are good. I never sit inside, I always get to-go. Nice folks, and something to be said about Jersey Mike's, for a chain, they do a damn good job of making a real Italian sandwich. Their both clean, the staff are friendly and the product is about as good as you're gonna get without finding a NY/Chicago Deli. Not a lot of those around, and also not very close. PSA your employees need to wear their hair back and wear hairnets!! This is the second time I've gotten a hair in my sandwich. First time it happened I went back got a refund. Haven't been back in month. but I work at harbor mail (same shopping center) and i thought enough time had passed so today 6/9/26 I went back... another hair in my sandwich uneaten!! The service here seemed super rude as the guy on the line forgot to add ingredients to one of the sandwiches we ordered. The atmosphere did not feel welcoming at all. They were out of white bread, cream soda, Pepsi, root beer, and regular sweet tea. Our only option was mountain dew, Diet Pepsi, starry, or some watermelon flavored tea Definitely find a different jersey mikes, if you can. read more

Been here twice now. First time was fine - sandwiches and service were decent. Crazy heavy handed with the oil and vinegar mixtures, but still tasted fine, all good. Solid 4. Second visit tonight was absolutely god-awful and I feel like I never want to step foot in there again. Ordered via the mobile app. Showed up when recommended. They couldn't find my order ticket anywhere on the counter, and eventually pulled it up from their computer. The kid at the register, who I actually appreciated out of all this, offered me a free drink and quietly warned me it might 'be a few minutes'. After watching the 5-6 people behind the counter go and yet very few sandwiches making it out of there, I realized it was mostly the girl doing condiments. Don't ask me how it can consistently take 45 seconds to spread relish on a pice of bread, but it's a thing. And whereas some people might glance at the ticket and think 'onions, lettuce, tomato' and get it going, her process was 'Stare at ticket for 30 seconds. Put down Ticket. Take 45 seconds to scatter onions. Pick up ticket. Stare at ticket for 30 seconds. Put down Ticket. Take 30 seconds to scatter lettuce. Better scatter more lettuce, 15 more seconds. Pick up ticket. Etc...' 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled pick up time, I was pretty steaming mad, as were several other people also waiting on their orders, and just grabbed my bag as soon as they called my name and dipped out. Even though I felt it pretty much inevitable that our sandwiches wouldn't actually be right. And sure enough, they weren't! All 3 were missing the oil/vinger/spice mix that in theory comes when you just click 'Mike's Way'. That said, I get it, good help is hard to find. And kids today, amirite? And it was towards the end of the day, they were closing in 30. New location, working out the kinks, training new folks. I really do get it. And my family likes their food, so I'm sure I'll be back at some point. But I don't look forward to that moment!! I get this every time i come here and i absolutely love it. And i guess the spicy dill pickle chips are new but they are SO good also, the service at this location is amazing. 2 teenage boys were at the register talking politics very loudly, while 1 girl took 5 minutes per sandwich & clearly hated her life. We had to tell the 2 boys our order 100 times & they were so busy standing around talking politics that they forgot 1 of the sandwiches. Five teenagers standing around and they couldn't care less. The guy taking my order had to ask three times what I ordered. It took over ten minutes to get the two sandwiches. I paid and left and then realized one sandwich was a small versus the regular I ordered. We didn't get cheese or bacon and only one sandwich got condiments. The food is never the problem. It is consistently good, but we received the rudest service at the Rockwall, TX location this evening.

Tad disappointed - 1. Employees wearing gloves were touching their hair and then wrapping sandwiches. 2. Asked for extra meat... willing to pay extra - ran out of turkey on the current meat, one would've thought to grab another one - and instead when I asked if that was extra - I was told it was.... Even though I asked AFTER they ran out and never cut any extra... but the kicker is they still charged me for it. I questioned it and 2 employees looked at each other (with the face of "no") but the one cutting said it was. I'm unsure what constitutes extra meat... but every time I come to this location it varies so drastically. We love JMs, but think I'll drive a bit and go to another location. read more

I love Jersey Mike's, but at this location there seems to be a staff issue. While I was in the store two young men (one possibly hispanic black hair + other white male) stood behind the counter doing nothing while the other young lady rushed around picking up there slack. While I was in I also heard the young man with black hair talking back to the young lady in a condescending tone. Both of these young men wore there mask improperly while behind the counter and were busy talking to each other instead of helping the rest of the Jersey Mike team members. I feel bad for the young lady behind the counter, as this was a very busy day and she was wearing her mask and doing a majority of the work. read more

The thing I like about this place is the food is consistent. You know going in what to expect. I prefer the wraps but the bread is always fresh. Meats and cheese are fresh sliced. I love Jimmy Johns! Ordering through the app is so easy and highly recommended for this particular location unless you enjoy waiting in long lines as it gets very busy during lunchtime. My order is always ready when I have came to pick it up. They had tables near the door to pick up your order, not sure if that is still the case or not. Super easy to get in and out when you preorder though! Parking stinks as there are a few places Nextdoor that people may also want to dine at so plan accordingly. Helpful employees and having my order always ready for me gets them a five star rating. Make sure to sign up for texts so you can earn double points on certain days! read more

Manager was too busy to handle the call when I asked for replacements, then charged me for replacements upon pickup. Horrible. Will not be returning. First try here. I was honestly still hungry after my sandwich but I am breastfeeding so it's similar to being pregnant and I guess this is why. I only got the kids meal, my sandwich, my drink and Cheetos. It was a little over $13.00. Unless it's just me, I thought it was pricey for a minimal amount (not a combo) of food but it was tasty. I rarely leave 5 stars, but this is because we've been so many times to the RW location, it's our favorite sandwich spot and, well, everything is fresh and when you get your sandwich "Mike's Way" (oil and vinegar with spices), you can't lose. I can maintain my healthy diet with several options do i don't feel like I'm missing anything as well. Any sandwich can be a wrap and there are three sizes and three bread choices. Now that they are open in our hometown, Jersey Mike's got more of our business, as if that's possible! read more

My first visit here. This joint has very good subs and pretty good service. Legend has it that this joint has the best cheesesteaks in the area. They make a good cheesesteak and a good buffalo chicken wrap! If you like your cheesesteaks "Philly" style this MIGHT be your place.......or it might not be :) Good food, good service worth a try. I realllly like Jersey Mike's style of sandwiches. I'm a usual #7 fiend, it's my favorite and what I've gotten nearly every time for years, so I feel like I know Jersey Mike's pretty well. Jersey Mike's is my #1 favorite fast food sandwich shop, by far, but this location is just meh. Meh enough to where I'm tempted to just get Firehouse or hell, even Subway from now on. We went in on a cold night about a week ago and I wanted a warm sandwich. Feeling adventurous, I asked them how the meatball sandwich was. Funny teenagers behind the counter said it tasted like a meat ball. I asked if it was good and they replied, if I like meat balls I'd like this sandwich. I asked if they would get it and they said probably not, but if you want a meatball sandwich you can get one. *eyes narrowed* So I got a #7, my usual, turkey and provolone. I'm glad I got to watch them make my sandwich because they also look like the type of little assholes who would loogie in my sandwich if they had the chance also. I wish someone grown up worked at this location, because every time I go in there's been some funny teenager behind the counter who acts like they don't give a shit about you or your #7 (or meatball sandwich). I have mixed reviews about this location they have several times gotten our order wrong and it is always when I have to call it in because the online ordering is not working. Twice now I've ordered a giant with only turkey, provolone and mustard but this seems like a hard concept to get and my son gets a sandwich loaded with tomatoes and lettuce and salt n pepper and oils. I all for one size and recieve another. We like their sandwiches well enough but with how many sandwich shops there are in Rockwall they aren't making an effort to be in the top running. We've had a few other issues with ordering once the online ordering allowed us to order and pay and when we showed up the store was closed so no food for us lol... We did get a refund later in the week so at least that cleared up. Final thoughts this location is just ok, they are def not great. read more
