Meal was good and fresh. The guy in the beard with the bandana was not wearing a mask and was around all of the food. I don't appreciate that as a Covid complying customer. All other employees were wearing their masks properly over the nose and mouth. read more

Ive been to jersey mikes in the past an i have to admit when my dad suggested we stop in for lunch i wasnt sure if i was ready to give them a second chance In the past i tried them a few times an it was expensive an the food was boring under flavored an over priced . Im glad i gave them another shot . This location is in a rich white neighborhood ! My food was fantastic service was great portions were bigger fast service im very impressed with this location There freshed baked bread was 3 times the size of other locations they used better quality meat Try the chesesteak with extra meat an chese . My first time trying Jersey Mike's was at this location, the staff are fantastic and have great menu knowledge giving them the ability to answer any questions. The food is fantastic, freshly made right in front of you. The extras definitely have been specially curated because they pair so well with almost any sandwhich. I would recommend making this your regular lunch spot and trust me, you won't regret it. read more

Fail! Was on the way to the lake to see my sick father in East Texas. I ordered him two giants and put specially in notes "juice on the side". These two subs were for him to eat over next few days until I can get back to see him. JUICE was not on side and the subs are saturated soggy mess. Giving them four stars this time for consistently good service for many months. None of the old problems I had. However, and this is a BIG however, the subs seem to have shrunk in size. You're still paying the same price, but the bread is definitely smaller, less wide. The amount of toppings I do not think has changed though, so that's good. First time here and I had heard good things, but they forgot to make all three of our sandwiches. We went up to the counter and the cashier dismissed us and said they were coming. The people who were in line behind us were through eating so we went up again. When they saw us standing there they started making them. I had asked for some oregano, but they didn't bother to do that either. They kept trying to act like it wasn't a mistake and didn't even apologize. It was horrible. read more

I enjoyed my first Jersey Mike's in late 2014 and went back several times. And I even ordered from their app right on my phone. I enjoyed the Big Kahuna and the Original Italian. However, each sandwich had less toppings as the one before it, and I began to question the value of the sandwich. Then, my from the app orders began to run slow. The last time I was there, my pre-paid order sat on the shelf while they serviced the 7 people in line. Fifteen minutes later, they simply reached back for my sandwich and said thank you when they handed it to me. I won't bother trying them again until they install a "to go" counter. read more

I love this place. Having grown up in the Northeast, I know good subs from bad. Jersey Mike's fresh bread, particularly the rosemary, is the bomb! Their fresh sliced meats also achieve greatness but my favorite part is that they do not skimp on their portions. Unlike Subway, you can actually see and taste the meat on the roll. Highly recommend the Club and Steak and Cheese which are both great! read more

I am so glad I don't live by this store. If I did I probably wouldn't like Jersey Mikes. There was one couple checking out and another family that walked in behind me. When I walked in the store I was never greeted. That I can honestly live with, but when I walked up to order there was a kid standing there with just a completely blank stare on his face. So I ordered my sandwich, he told me to hold on and then went and started messing with the grill. Another guy walked up again blank stare said nothing to me, so I ordered again, he said ok grabbed a piece of bread off the counter and cut it. Ok that one stuck, great! After checking out, I think it was the manager, walked up to me and said they were out of white bread and would I be fine with wheat or rosemary. I told him they were already making my sandwich and it was on wheat. Got my chips, drink, sandwich and left. When I was sat down to enjoy my $12 sandwich I noticed my sweet tea was not sweet, I know for a fact I got it out of the container marked sweet tea because I was thinking about trying the watermelon sweet tea. Then my sandwich was on rosemary bread normally I wouldn't care about the bread but my pregnant taste buds can't stand rosemary. At least this isn't my normal location. read more

I came into Jersey Mike's in Rockwall tonight after having come to town following the unexpected death of a very close friend of mine this morning. I drove in from Stillwater, OK where I attend graduate school at OSU. Your employee, who's name I'm sorry I did not get, greeted me and said "go Pokes" as I was wearing an OSU shirt. He asked how my night was going and I told him that I had come to Rockwall (the city I grew up in) after my best friend's brother was killed in a motorcycle accident this morning on 635. I was wanting some comfort food and this is where I come when I am home to visit. I am sure he noticed I was fighting back tears and he shared his grandmother had recently had a stroke. When I went to pay, this gentleman said there was no charge and he assumed the cost of my order himself. I immediately burst into tears and could not even explain to your employee how much that small gesture impacted my day. I truely hope this message gets to this person and that they know how much that meant to me. Jersey Mike's has always been a great company with amazing sandwiches, but to me, this visit was above and beyond anything I would have expected. Thank you again, and God bless! read more
