I worked at Captain D's for years, and they could definitely learn a few things from Velvet Taco. The fish was perfectly crunchy, the ingredients were fresh, and they even included actual crunchy potato chips. My husband ordered the salmon taco and said it was absolutely delicious. He enjoyed it so much that he went back and ordered a second taco, the Pork Al Pastor, and loved that one too! When he told Gustavo how great everything was, Gustavo said, "You can always leave us a review." I was already planning to!
