Nice little joint, and, wait for it... *not* in a Gas Station :). Well-lit, clean and a good amount of room. They don't just have 2 salsas, they have FOUR! They are all good too, mild tomatillo, medium verde, spicy Arbol and an even spicier Habanero. They were all VERY good. I got the fajita, chicken and pastor (nice little chunks of pineapple in there). All of them were superb, plenty of onion and cilantro with the obligatory lime wedges. I'm thinking of running over there today. It is worth a drive to go there. Doubt anyone would be disappointed. Enjoy!

If you are in the Rowlett area, you must try this gem! It's a clean and spacious restaurant! You order your food at the counter and they bring your order to your table! I read positive reviews about the chips and queso and we had to try them! The salsas were flavorful with a kick! I recommend! The tortillas for the tacos were soft and did not fall apart. The meats were cooked to perfection, my personal favorite was the barbacoa! And let's not forget about the rice and beans! Made me feel at home! We will be returning! Loved this place! My fiancé and I just moved to Rowlett and I was craving street tacos, we found this little gem near our new home and we loved it. We both got the 4 taco plate,carne asada, the mini tacos had plenty of meat and the salsas were chef's kiss ! We also got the chips and queso. The chips are super tasty because they are not thin. Oh and don't forget to get the 3 leches cake,it was homemade and so delicious! The place is clean, there is plenty of space to sit & I have to say we felt so welcomed to the area. We will see you guys soon!
Tried the Birria tacos and Barbacoa tacos on Saturday night came back Sunday evening! It was so good and has that authentic Mexican taste! Service was great when I called in my pick up order. The Restaurant is Not that big of a place but food is great!
Authentic tacos with a very cozy and inviting little restaurant vibes. Extremely friendly owner as well! The tacos are hearty and filled to the brim with taco meat and they definitely don't skimp out on stuffing the meat. Every bite is heart and delicious and the flavors are authentic and made with love and care. They have a variety of options that you can choose from. You can't go wrong with having your meal here and make sure you close it out with a dessert of crispy churros!
Food is home made and delicious, prepared at the moment, we tried the breakfast options. Red chilaquiles and ham&eggs. Both were delicious, very good portions, just like home. Service is great and attentive. I will definitely come back and try the tacos as those have good reviews as well.
Recommended to me and my partner in crime, we headed here for some breakfast tacos. We ordered a couple of carnitas and potato, egg, and cheese and they did not disappoint! My thoughts are if you can order something as plain as potato, egg, and cheese and I'm still craving them hours later, then you got me. Something so simple tasted so good and had me wishing I ordered more. I was told their carnitas and barbacoa were very tasty as well. I had a mixup in relaying my order to my PIC so instead of having one carnitas and one potato, egg, and cheese I ended up with two of the latter. No matter I was still satisfied with what I had. The tacos are street taco size so order accordingly but for me, two was still enough. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and had such a nice smile throughout our stay. Definitely made me wish we lived closer!

Simply perfect tacos. No muss no fuss. Simple menu with tacos, tortas, burritos, quesadillas and a burger that I am anxious to try. Got the lunch special and for ten bucks I got three tacos, rice & beans and a soda. I had the quesabirra, pastor and fajita tacos. Completely satisfying and a bargain. Clean but small restaurant. Food was served quickly and the gentleman taking our order was friendly and brought our food out as well. Excited to go back and try breakfast and so much more. Please support local and keep this place around.

Great place to sit down, take a breath, and enjoy some food. I got the four taco plate with al pastor, fajita beef, chicken, and birria queso. All tacos were great but the birria was my favorite! Restaurant is cozy and clean with friendly atmosphere and I loved the mural. read more

Amazing authentic tacos, rice and beans in a very cute taqueria right off the Bush Turnpike. The customer service is top notch and they are fully bilingual and friendly. The refried beans were some of the best I've ever had. I love the barbacoa tacos and my husband especially loved the pastor tacos. Come support this new place in Rowlett so we can continue to have such a great local spot. read more

Not going to lie almost drive right by it, it's tiny. I'm going to preface this with I have worked in several Mexican restaurant kitchens in my youth and the flavor in their rice and beans was so exquisite. A lot of Mexican restaurants just see them as an after thought bland rice and bland bean paste but this little taqueria was outstanding. I've had my fair share of tacos and I must say all the tacos we got were delicious, the meat was well seasoned, and juicy. Their meats have a uniquely delicious flavor profile can't say I have ever had anything like them. Service was great, the restaurant was small but clean and inviting. This was our first visit to Los Parrilleros. The staff is very kind and welcoming, the food is delicious and affordable, the restaurant is clean and we will definitely return. We had burritos and chips/guacamole. read more
